I have received a gift voucher for joining ID mobile but I referred my daughter who hasn't received her voucher for joining. You've dealt with my partner who has received hers for joining but not for referring me. As I've received mine for joining but not for referring my daughter and she had received nothing. Kash was dealing with my partner.

I have upgraded my contract, however I wanted to continue with previous contract (SIM contract only) and have the new contract as a second phone. I have received the phone but does not a SIM card. How can I have a second SIM from this new contract?

Anyone had experience of moving more than one number with the same Pac ref from old supplier. Basically moved from Bus account to separate mobiles. Old supplier (o2) indicated just the one Oac number will allow old phone numbers to carry across, but ID mobile seems unable to process beyond one. It means I am still waiting for two numbers to switch but on hold with the system saying it will pick up automatically missed due dates. Any suggestions?

My plan include unlimited texts , I did not send any text, but charges me 4 texts for £6 What it these charges ??

So annoyed. Spent ages on 2 separate live chats to upgrade only to constantly get kicked off and put bk in the que. The agent puts my upgrade in my basket and I sign in online and press continue but won't let me go any further as its asking me to in put my email address either online or on the app but it already is so don't understand it at all. Im signed in. Why can't the live agent just do the upgrade fir you like every other provider. I'm disabled and using a phone fir any length of period makes me unwell. Is there any other way of upgrading?

Hi, in the past week coverage for SN2 has been unusable. Used to have full 5G coverage and now it's 4G with lucky 1 bar and unusable for calls and internet. I can see a mast is being removed close by but would expect Three to have something in place before removing it. Tried to contact Three via Twitter but nothing back. Are you able to check further please?

I have upgraded my phone but the sim from my old phone does not work in my new phone. I have tried all the things suggested so am assuming the new phone is faulty. How do I go about resolving this?

Hello my phone contract ended, so I upgraded my plan to a sim only deal. The new sim arrived and it was activated however my full data hasn't shown. 100G is supposed to show up but only 36 has.why has this happened? And how do I get my full data?

Hi, My data keeps disappearing, even though I have data remaining on my plan. It keeps saying a time that the data will become available again and i usually have to wait up to six hours for it to work again. I have been through all the settings and can’t find out how to stop this happening and its really frustrating. please help!

Dear hub, i have switched from O2 thinking i was going to make saving. In fact my deal with O2 is a bundle, so it will not make sense for me to leave. I tried to get hold of the relevant department all day today on live chat but to no avail. The last conversation with a bot was recorded. At that stage it was telling me I am in the queue with estimated wait of over 470 minutes (and it was ticking around). i also tried to set up the account with the sole purpose of closing the account but the system will not allow because the details don’t match. My surname is complex due to my background in three separate parts and this is Hoe it was submitted to id mobile but the online account does not allow spaces. I am at the end of my thether and I have no idea who else to contact. I am also a parent to a young child and my husband has severe mobility and cognitive issue due to health. I can’t spend 4 hours trying to sort this. And it is not even sorted. Worst experience as I have no solution in sight. Ah and I reached out on Facebook via the messenger. Please please help!

I have upgraded from an iPhone 11 to a 14, when going through the quick set up the data transfer always gets stuck on ‘updating software’ I just get the spinning circle. I am connected to the wifi but cannot get past this screen. Has anyone had the same issue and can advise what I need to do? Thanks

I’m getting rather frustrated attempting to set up my new iphone14 by linking it to my old iPhone to transfer all the data. I’m now on my 4th attempt. During the set up it keeps wanting to instal software 17.0.3 but appears to keep sticking whilst installing. After selecting ‘install now’ the spinning cursor appears on screen next to the words ‘install now’. I’ve been leaving it for hours but without success. You do not appear to be able to opt to install the update later (ie after you have set up the phone & all data transferred). You can’t even access any other screens on the phone whilst the update screen is displayed. The only option I have is to end the set up and start again but keep experiencing the same issue. please can anyone offer any help or advice as I current don’t have a phone I can use.

i’ve had no service for a week now and nothing is working, i’ve tried everything. Can i get sent a replacement sim to see if that works?

I’ve had my unlimited SIM for a month and yet the data usage is showing as only 1.8GB on the website. I know that I’ve used much more - typically I’ve been using over 100GB which is why I chose the unlimited SIM. Not being able to see an accurate usage is going to make it impossible when I travel to figure out how much roaming data I’ve used. Why is the usage shown not accurate? I’ve no idea how a SIM with limited data is going to know when it’s run out if the figures are so far out.

Received new phone 5thOct. ID mobile said porting due on 10th ,now 13th and nothing happened. You have PAC code from old provider O2. Seems from other commentsthat ID mobile is terrible at porting old numbers, can someone sort this please!!!!

I have had to close this account because my Dad has passed away. I know it means the line is cut off. I wondered if you could help me get a number. The number of this phone will have to change now which means they can’t get back in touch with me. It was the number of a solicitor I had. They called me within the last two weeks. they won’t be able to get back to me. Could you please send me a list of numbers. also this phone was hacked by lots of people. Could you help me get them off my phone please?

The ID MOBILE Sim card is used in a mobile phone used by a charity which operates 3 days a week and therefore accumulates quite a few voicemails. For a long time, after listening to the voicemail message there was an option to press the # key and the mobile would ring the caller. I loved this because as a result of disability I've got very little hand function and cannot write down the numbers with a pad and pen. So sometimes I've got to play back the message 3-4 times to catch the number and then to punch it out on a notepad on my computer which I can just about do using the laptop keypad. Has that functionality been taken away ? Can I do something to get it back? Has anyone else still got it? The mobile phone hardware has not changed nor has the sim Cheers Sean

I live one road across from the tower! I normally got full bar signal, 4 out of 4 bars. Since yesterday morning 16/10/2023 9:37am it was dropped to zero, one or two bars most. I can't even send text, let alone call or youtube. The antennas are on top of two big tall buildings. One of the building is being scaffolding up from bottom to the top up to the antennas level. Im not sure the scaffolding or a planned engineering work by iD mobile is causing the issue. Can you please confirm it? My postcode is BN1 4LA. Thanks a lot. I'm sure my phone is good. I'll give it a benefit of doubt and test it in another phone.

Dear Community, Anyone experience issue with porting? Is been 1 week since porting and i can not receive any text or calls. I tried live chat, facebook chat....seems that they can not sort out my problem. I desperately need my old phone number. Is a new contract with ID and i just don't know how they work ....shall return the phone and stop contract....i keep contacting them, and always they said to wait...no one can say how long? I waited 1 week, but this become stressfull as i don't want to pay a 2 year contract without having the service. Anyone experience this problem? Did you manage to sort it out? Thanks!
