I'm checking My account my bill says it's $24.99 when I've checked my balance on my bank you've taken 27.99. can you tell me why this is please?

I've already made a complaint and been referred to the fraud team. The problem is I have no way of contacting them as phone is disconected, due to issue. I accidentally ordered the wrong upgrade then went back on and ordered the right upgrade , will the first one be cancelled? As I really wanted the upgrade with the laptop.... 

I have tried to install an esim for a new accou t for my daughter but it says no longer valid and to contact ID Mobile. However I can't contact them because I don't know my daughters number and the chat bot etc always asks for your number.… Thanks 

My mobile data speeds and signal are horrendous in my area considering three network is the best performer in my area.Is there anything i can do to improve this because at this rate this is the first and last time i’m choosing ID mobile.Can anything be done to my account,just turn my sim a notch please. 

I’ve tried through the app and the website. “Oops...sorry something went wrong.”Tried the chat bot system, literally couldn't do anything and was useless/waste of time.This is terrible customer service. 

Took out an upgrade on my contract but DPD failed to deliver my phone on 2 attempts it then got returned to the supplier. I have discovered myself the phone was returned to Curry's they have now cancelled there side of the contract  ID mobile live chat agents are unable to locate my phone despite them supposedly sending numerous emails to the supplier. They keep promising to contact me back but never do so I have to contact live chat and repeat the whole story which gets longer every time. 1 month on I still have no phone which I am paying for and no response from ID. Can anyone help with how I can resolve this please. All I want is my phone. 

Hi, I’ve just arrived in France and am trying to use my data roaming allowance. I’ve contacted ID Support via Twitter but they don’t seem to be able to help me. Basically, I can’t see how to turn on Data Roaming. When I was with my previous carrier (EE) I could toggle this on or off in the settings page under Mobile Data options. I’ve attached a screenshot of my wife’s Mobile Service Page (she’s still with EE). With ID, that screen does not appear. I go into ‘Mobile Data’ and just get a voice of ‘Off’ or ‘Personal’’ I’ve ticked ‘Personal’ because I don’t believe that ‘Off’ can be right, but this doesn’t help. Anyone got any ideas or help please? Screen shots attached. Many thanks for any help. I’m getting desperate!

I have 4 phones (mine and 3 children)  that were up for change of contract on 22/08/24, i would like to change them over to sim only, as of 22/08/24.  i assume that i would have a 14 day cooling off period as it is a direct debit contract.I can’t contact anyone physically to discuss this.  please could you advise exactly what steps i need to take to ensure that i am not paying for 4 phones i have already paid for, but to ensure that my next direct debit is for sim only contract. Or how i go about ending my 4 contracts under the cooling off period of the contract.  i would like to go elsewhere where i could speak with someone if any issues.  i have been with ID as a provider for 6 years, in the past i have been able to speak with a customer advisor.i look forward to a response.  thanks

They are doing monthly contract 30gb data, unlimited calls and data for £7.00. Can you upgrade my current £6.00 8gb deal ?

I can make calls but no mobile data. So no websites, app connections etc. both me and my wife have ID Sims and both have same issue. Both phones have  mobile data enabled. It's report 4G and 5G on phones but still not working 

Data roaming is greyed out on Samsung S23 that I got for my son through ID mobile last month. His sim is set up for roaming....he used it at beginning of June on his old phone.He has an error message to say data roaming was not turned on by home network.We have tried all changes to settings that we can possibly see. We have done a software update, restarted the phone, contacted Samsung help.

I registered for my upgrade last night. My network instantly stopped working so I set up the eSIM that was sent to me on my old phone as the new phone hadn’t arrived yet. My new phone has just arrived and I tried to register my eSIM to it but it says it can’t be used now or it’s expired (something like that!) any advice?? Thanks

When I signed up I was shown an network coverage map and was told the area I lived was excellent, this has turned out to not be the case.  There is no signal in the area or if it is it's minimum and drops out regularly until I'm out of the area entirely. Signal is okay in the town center but not where I need it the most. I have tried using my old device with the SIM and had the same issue. Please could you look into the signal in the HD9 area of Huddersfield - Mainly Honely

My contract has 4 days until it expires.  However, the line rental is showing as £107.  This seems incredibly high. Can anyone explain this and whether this will be cancelled once the contract ends?  Thanks all.

Please can anyone help  I have requested a change over of my old phone number. I’ve done every right and had 4 dates notw that have passed i I have contacted the help chat and they said it would be transferred in an hour,  that’s not happened. id mobile is very poor for customer service 

Help! I'm in Wales, coverage checker says there should be signal, but there isn't. I have no phone signal or data, and I need sat nav to find where I'm going!!!Please help. I've turned my phone on and off repeatedly and re-started, but still no signal.Help!!! Please!!!!I've even tried removing the SIM, but haven't got a needle to poke in the hole.I'm really struggling without sat nav, and am not sure of how I'm going to get where I need to go. Please help! Cheers Ezzy

Hi I submitted my PAC code but my old number from O2 is closed but it’s not transferring to my ID mobile contract. 

I have gone through registration process for new app up to the point where I register my phone number and at this point the system says there is a problem and not working so I cannot access my online account. PLEASE ADVISE

I recently switched to ID mobile from Lebara. I kept my old number and transferred it onto ID mobile and the SIM works but people cannot call me as when they do it says the number is invalid. I’ve received texts from Lebara and ID mobile saying my old number has been switched over to ID mobile successfully and i can use data and call others. My only issue is people cannot call me as it keeps saying invalid number whenever they try to call me.Can anyone pls help me resolve this issue?

I have received a text saying that I have used all my 30GB roaming data, but I have not been out of the UK. 

Digital Bank statements not showing my Direct Debit payment date or amount that has been paid through my bank account even though i've had 3 payments come out & not on the agreed calander day. Ive been with this company 3 months & had 3 payments come out within 20 days of each payment instead of the contractual 3rd day of each month

My son has lost his phone. He created new account, as we’ve all been forced to do, but he cannot connect his id mobile phone number. I read that this is a common problem but I haven’t read any solutions. He got a replacement SIM from Curry’s but cannot activate it because he cannot access his account. My only option seems to be for him to get a new SIM only account and SIM from another company and cancel his direct debit. Maybe this comes with other problems. Can anyone help? Also, I understand that iDmobile is cheap because we can’t get real time help with issues but these issues take so much time to resolve and it’s so frustrating. Maybe it’s better to just pay more? Can you read the desperation in my text? Lol. Oh well. I don’t expect to get an answer anyway.
