My problem is your SIM is in a router in my motor home and you have just updated your app which means I have to re log in. To do this I have to receive a code generated by you to complete the process. Because you are sending the code to the SIM that is in a router I will never be able to complete the process because I cannot see the code. Is it possible to generate a one time code I can then use to complete the log in to the app without having to start removing SIM cards?

How is is that the new App has everything except when a plan will expire? Is it a deliberate attempt to get people not to remember when their plan expires? Please I need to know when my current plan will expire do I do not over pay what I cannot recover.

Hello I’m unable to manage my ID Mobile account via the web site or the Android app. I’ve ceated a login and thats sucessful. But when I try to add my mobile number/Last Name and DoB and I get the message “Sorry, your details do not match our records”. THe mobile number and last name are corret. Ive tried all possible combination of my Date Of Birthe but none of them work and I cant find anyone to talk to about it….I need to manage my account and top up my mobile date but I cannot login to do so. Can someone help or give me some info on how I reach out to customer service?  Thanks

I remember reading that ID Mobile were offering unlimited data roaming during the olympics in France. I can’t find the article now, but does this mean up to your UK allowance if you don’t have unlimited data in the UK?

I’m roaming in france for 18 days and my plan renews 8 days into the trip. Does this mean i can use 30 gb under fair usage for the first 8 days and then another 30gb for the next 10? Or am i limited to 30gb over the whole trip even with my plan renewing?

Hello, I upgraded my phone to a Google pixel 8 2 weeks ago, this purchase came with a promotion of free Google headphones or a Google watch. I am currently trying to claim this rewards but I am unable to prove the purchase. None of the emails I received regarding the upgrade confirm what phone it was I upgraded too. Do I now need to stop my old contract or will EMobile do that for me? I obviously do not want both contracts to be active/paid for at the same time!Thanks, Chris. 

Hi,I’ve just activated my new ESIM from the physical SIM already in my Iphone 14 plus and everything seems to be working ok. Do I now need to remove the old physical SIM from the phone or do I just leave it there and hope/assume that the system now recognises my new ESIM as the one to utilise?!Thanks,Chris.

I only had the amount of money for the bill at the time so I paid it myself through the website.however, today there has been money taken and I’ve been billed twice? I’m not sure what to do because due to that I’ve been put into a minus and I’ve already paid my bill for the month.

Hello. i am trying to find out if calling an international number through whatsapp is free on pay monthly sim only plan.i have used this with wifi active and each time i get a warning text from ID stating that international calls are not free.as i understand it, whatsapp uses wifi not cellular, so why am i getting these messages? thanks

I landed in spain (ibiza) and my roaming is not working. It’s switched on on both the ID Mobile app, and in my settings. I’ve looked for how to do a network reset but i can’t find it in my settings. Any help would be appreciated :)

I have been an id mobile customer for a few years and upgraded to new phone and SIM card a few months ago but now have an issue with poor coverage and it’s getting worse , I am unable to receive calls or make calls at home and using data for internet virtually impossible. I’m locked into my contract till 2026 , any suggestions?

Hi all, any help appreciated. I’ve order a new phone deal through uswitch. It’s with ID mobile. I’m already with ID mobile and the reason I went through uswitch is that they couldn’t offer me the same deal on an upgrade option. The uswitch deal was obviously better. My question is, how do I port my current number? Do I act as though I’m leaving ID and then return with my pac code or is there another way to arrange this?

Why has my sim card stopped me from seeing graphic images etc as it's got a block and how do I remove the block
