We have PAC code transferred my daughters number from another provider and I've had confirmation thay the transfer is complete. When I text or call her on the transferred number she receives it and when she calls me it comes up on my phone as her saved number, however when she texts me (even a direct reply to my text message) it shows the other number on my phone. We have tried turning the phone off and on again but it makes no difference. Any advice please? 

In an email about roaming it advised to check that it was on. It says to go to the ID app and open the Services section. But there is no services section…...

Hi all, I’ve not long moved over to ID and I’m finding the signal is pretty poor.  When I look on the coverage checker it says I should have 4G inside and outside, but I frequently find this not to be the case.  Often, I will see 4G with several bars, but there will also be an exclamation mark and no connection at all.  I wondered if anyone had any solutions for this? Many thanks, James

HiMy contract is finished in Two weeks (with iD Mobile) so I recently took advantage of an upgrade, (still with ID Mobile as the provider, just via a third party as they offered a much better deal than going directly with iD).Am I correct in thinking that I now cannot keep my old existing mobile number, even though it’s with the same provider when I cancel it and use my new one? I am assuming a PAC code etc is moot or can I merely switch it across as it’s with iD Mobile still? Confused by how it all works... Thank you

I ported my number across from o2 to idmobile in Feb 2024  and as it's my spare sim didn't really check at the time that everything was fine. Recently needed to receive calls and messages on my number and realized that I wasn't getting incoming calls or messages. Making calls and sending messages however works just fine. Ive been on live chat with 3 agents this week and everything has been checked on the phone to be setup correctly. Even checked the sim on multiple phones and the issue still persists. They even sorted a replacement sim out which ive now checked and i still have the problem. There have been  couple of tech tickets raised as well and yet the issue has not been fixed. Can I request the tech teams to urgently sort this issue out asap as I will be left with no option but to have to cancel my plan and move elsewhere if this issue cant be resolved this week. At the outset this feels likes a routing issue for my ported in number but ill leave it to the experts at idmobile t

I am trying to switch from a previous provider to iD mobile. I’ve got my PAC code and have entered all the correct information on the form on the website, however I get the following message:We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted.I’ve tried using the live chat feature on the website but can’t get through to a person.

Can I know if I can use my ID sim outside UK in Albania? If yes, will it be the same rates? Can I use it like I use in the UK or it will be different? many thanks 

Just wondering if anybody else has problems with 5g in East Sussex / Bexhill.I am new to ID and after 4-5 weeks of fantastic speed my connection has dropped to H+ or even H.All phone settings are as they should. Live chat informed me that there is congestion in my area. But speed dropping from 600-700 on 5G to 10 on H almost over night?I can't even connect to 4G

I virtually have no coverage in central london around soho /Piccadilly area. Phone will have full bars 4g or 5g but no ability to do anything even basic messaging. Here is a screen shot of my speedtest. How to i complain and get a resolution?  

Plan suspension  I had a text yesterday morning saying plan suspended due to non payment. The direct debit was taken and returned although adequate funds in account so assume audis issue as I updated account details in the app. I then paid online, is said on app I was still in arrears so I paid again I have now paid my £30 bill/arrears three times, I can't make calls as it says there is an issue  I'm on holiday in a foreign country with limited online access to chat to anyone (the time difference also makes this quite difficult). It's been 24 hours since the message saying I was in arrears and access suspended (also no warning which I would have remediated immediately) and 18 hours since I made up the payment and I still cannot use the SIM  Please tell me how / when I will have my account switched back on   Supplementary to that is it possible to pay the rema

No 5g coverage. ID Mobile are charging for a service and failing to provide it

I recently changed the bank details for my direct debit to a new Starling bank account. This morning, I got a message from Starling saying:"Your direct debit with ID mobile was declined as there was no mandate with reference 13675378/001. Please contact ID mobile if you would like future payments to be made from them."When I check my ID Mobile account. It says the payment was successful but no money has come out of my bank account. Any idea what is going on?

I understand that data roaming in Switzerland is not included in my plan and I will be charged extra for this. This is fine I will only need access to the internet for 5 mins so I check into my flight when I am in Zurich.  I have roaming turned on in my package. I will select the roaming option on my mobile and I have a data cap of £20. Will this mean I will be able to access the internet when I am in Switzerland?do I need to specially connect to any network? Normally when roaming abroad I will turn my mobile data on and roaming on and that gives me access to the internet. ta.

I am unable to submit my PAC code.  I have checked the details repeatedly, I get to the screen where I can choose the date to switch, and it then tells me that it cannot be processed.Live chat will not launch  - I have tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox, pop-ups are enabled, all cookies accepted, I have tried it with all security turned off, on two different laptops, my phone and a tablet - it will not load the button on any of them.  I will try a message on socials, but other questions here do not give me much hope for a response that way.  I rather think this was a mistake...

Hi Dear community,I went on holiday to Poland (EU) and I can't make nor receive calls or text messages. Error message is: Mobile network isn't available. Connect to wireless network to make calls.Weirdly my mobile data works fine. I have roaming switched on on my phone and on the iD account. My phone is Pixel 7. Network selected is Play 3G. I am having issues with sending texts using my iPhone since switching to ID mobile. My text messages appear as 'not delivered' but still are received by recipient.I also found that iMessage does not work with other iPhone users but sends it as a 'green' text.This all started from switching from gif gaf to ID mobile and wanting to keep the same phone number. My unlimmited data seems to be working completely fine, just my text messages. Wondering is this has happened to anyone else, and if there is a fix? 

hi I payed my bills for my phone  and my wife phone  but her phones not  working to make calls 

After having problems with my phone number being transferred over , leaving me with no connection for well over a day. Now I have been told everything has gone over successfully but I have no real usable internet connection. At best a 3G connection that lasts for a few seconds then drops out again.I have just taken out this contract for handset and sim but as it is unusable I might have to use the cooling off period and cancel the contract. Very disappointed.
