New SIM not activating - I've tried everything that the website tells me to try but mobile data, calls and messages not working
I switched to iD mobile and received my new SIM for my iPhone 15 a few days ago, I was told to put the SIM in on 30th August when the “switch will occur”, my old SIM stopped working so I swapped it out for the new one as I told to do. When I put this new SIM in, my messages, calls and data stopped working and are still not working now - 4 days later. I have tried resetting my phone, my network settings and logging out of my Apple ID and still nothing has changed. I have tried to ring iD mobile with a friend’s phone and got no answer and I am unable to call now as my phone calls are not working on my phone. I also am unable to use the iD mobile app due to message authentication being required to log in. I am not sure what else I can do and have been very disappointed with the iD mobile service so far. I have no clue what else I can do to get my phone calls, texts and mobile data working again?
