Just joined ID on colleague offer a d received a message saying I've used my 30gb data allowance?? I haven't been anywhere to use it?? Can you help?

I have been with ID Mobile for several years with no difficulties and have been able to access all my information on the app. However, a couple of months ago I suddenly became unable to access my account as it just says that my details do not match so I was unable to use my phone. We went to Currys in Shoreham and were told that I just needed a new sim which was installed and made no difference. This visit took me three hours to accomplish nothing and no one seemed able or interested in sorting it out for me. So we went to the Currys store in Crawley hoping for more help there but they could not solve the problem either. On their customer screens all my details are correct but when they are entered on the app it just says that the details do not match. This visit was only two and a half hours so eventually we decided to upgrade my phone which took my bill from £8 per month to £29.99 which was not helpful but I could see no other choice and really need a functioning phone as I have v

I have been trying to port my number over for the past week with no luck. It says something wrong with the information you provided. Tried the  chat feature, no luck. Looks like a number of people have the same issue.  Not impressed at all.

I already have a simm only deal if I am just upgrading do I keep the same simm card and number.

I’ve switched to ID Mobile and haven’t received any welcome email with transaction number on it, hence haven’t been able to receive calls or messages from my old number which is extremely inconvenient

I was setting up my iD mobile account and it requested my iD mobile number but when I entered it i recieved no code and using my old number doesnt work

i buy a new phone with sim now im useing it , now i want to continue with my old sim number , how can i change my number?

I checked on the app and it gave me the information I was due an upgrade. It have me the option to set a reminder on my calendar which I did for 23rd July.. I now can't find an option to actually pick an upgrade.  Can someone please advise on what I can do to actually get my upgrade sorted ?

Hi, I transferred my old number over a couple of months ago, but whenever I send normal text messages or iMessages, the message is sent from a different number. I think it’s the original number the iPhone 15 came with. Please can this be sorted as it’s becoming very confusing for my friends and there have also been occasions when I’m not in a WiFi zone that I’m missing out on text messages being sent to me.

My voicemail only works when my iPhone is turned off I’ve put all codes in correctly and been on live chat it’s the same with my wife’s phone too it’s frustrating as I’m dealing with cancer at the moment and if I can’t get to my phone in time I don’t know if it’s the hospital ringing as they always say they will leave a voicemail for me so need it fixing ASAP 

Bill came out early so got refused by bank but I have paid on line got confirmation of payment and I have used the internet since then. Just gone to use internet and it's saying no data but my son is on same ID mobile and he has data.Please help.

Upgraded my phone 2 weeks ago (16th) , no issue got new phone put sim card in all OK. But got a text yesterday (30th) saying ‘Great News!, Your Sim activation is in progress, We’ll send you a text once it’s complete.’ and today (31st) midday the phone said ‘sim not provisioned' I have gone into my account and reactivated but still no mobile single, so no phone! Please can someone have a look at this ASAP, I do not understand why I got the text saying the sim activation was in progress as I’ve not got or needed a new sim.

Just came back from abroad, and now I can't make or receive calls, have tried to reset my phone, have removed and tried the sim card on a different phone, still the same issue. The sim card was working fine in the past.

For my family, I now have one log-in with four subscriptions - how do I tell them apart other than by the mobile number?Is there a way to apply a ‘friendly name’ or nickname to a "subscription"?  If so, how?I used to be able to assign a round image/icon in days gone by but that facility seems to have been removed as an option - there’s progress for you!TIA - Peter 🤔

Hi,After I either go out of range of a WIFI signal or turn off WIFI I am finding that there is no data connection 4G or 5G, the only way I can restore my data is to reboot the phone, any ideas please?Cheers

Hey. My son is in Canada and has lost his phone. He can't access his emails or banking as when he tries to log in from a new device the authentication code is sent to his lost phone,As far as I can make out, the best option is for him to buy a new phone and get an ESim from idmobile so he can transfer his number to the new phone and then he'll be able to use the code from Apple’s 2 factor authentication to get into his emails and hopefully his banking etc. Problem is if he can't get into his emails without his phone number how would he be able to access the eSIM? Any ideas or suggestions are welcome, I'm worried sick. He's working at a camp in the middle of nowhere so I don't even know when he'll be able to get a new phone.  Id mobile don't seem to have any customer service phone number. 

Is it possible to have call divert from one id mobile to another id mobile number? I have 2 id sims, one for work and one personal. Google pixel 6a if that matters

Unable to log in to app or online. I imagine it was due to the porting of my number as I could before, I have tried with both old and new numberalso impossible to ask questions as keeps directing me to generic answers 😡 that don’t fix the issue 

I paid my bill 3 hours ago it came out of my account but bar still not lifted , please help 

I was using my phone while charging it few days ago and  a green line appeared at the bottom of the screen and the bottom side of the phone was really hot I bought my Google pixel pro 7 on 12 of April 2023 and I'm still paying it out with a 24 month sim contract this the phone is in mint condition aways used protector and case but now it's not functioning proper and I'm still paying for it. When the phone cools down the line gets less visible but when it heets up it gets bigger. Who should I contact to fix this?
