Hi, Due to having no signal at all since starting my contract and being unable to speak to anyone on the chat or a human being on the phone I've terminated my contract. Can someone confirm this has been done and can they also delete my community profile and iD account? Thanks.

I have received a final demand payment of 1 months line rental for a phone that I never received and then cancelled the order when it was confirmed it was ‘lost’ at DPD Liverpool who had called to check if it had been received as there was some internal investigation going on. This was back in July. ID moblile took a payment on 26/07 which was as refunded by Curry’s as the order was through mobiles.co.uk. I then went to store to purchase a different phone. This letter is causing much distress with its threatening nature. I cannot call or live chat as I do not have a PIN number for the account because I did not receive the phone!! The whole episode was stressful even when the phone was lost and now 2 months on it is still causing problems. I put a review on Trustpilot with my contact No but the reply just pointed me towards social media or live chat which I cannot use instead of addressing the problem. I have emailed a complaint to socialqueries@immobile but had no acknowledgement. I expect compensation for the undue stress and time taken trying to resolve your mistake threatening my credit rating with a large DO NOT IGNORE on the letter. I expect to hear from you soon as I have been given 7 days.

Hi all, I’ve searched a couple of the threads and everyone seems helpful here. I purchased a new phone and inserted my PAC number when completing the transaction. Phone arrived - great. Switchover day happened and I received a message to say that the number had been transferred. Yet, I was still receiving calls to my old phone. Spoke to the live chat person just now that was incredibly unhelpful and did not help at all. Said that I need to contact EE - I don’t know why. The tech team would contact me and then started putting me through a complaints procedure. Please can someone just help me understand what I need to do to get the calls to come through to the new phone? I thought that once I gave the PAC code, they transferred the number and deactivated the EE account. Maybe I misunderstood? Thanks all.

Hi there, I have recently purchased a SIM only 30 days contract with you. I have received all your emails with the first invoice (including the new number attached to the contract). I also managed to transfer my old number on to this contract without any issue. However, I am trying to get registered in your app and I can’t manage to do it. It keeps saying that the phone number provided is not recognised if I use the number I transferred, however it seems to send an SMS if I put the new number attached to the contract, however I don’t receive it in my phone. Can you please help me out?

I attempted to upgrade my phone this weekend and received an email a couple days later to contact the sales team as there seems to be a problem. I have been on hold with the sales team for an hour every day this week and haven’t managed to speak to someone, and an agent hasn’t been available through live chat. I tried to put through an upgrade again and it was cancelled as it was a replicate order. Does anyone know how best to contact them?

I am going on holiday for a month to France and Spain and have an unlimited minutes, texts and data sim card that I took out in May 2023. Am I allowed to use the unlimited data for streaming like i do at home while I'm away?

I initially switched my old number over using a PAC and was fine. About a week later, I started noticing issues with my phone still saying I had two numbers, and people being unable to contact me on the number I wanted to keep (both phone and text) and receiving texts from me on the number I was trying to get rid of. My phone kind of flip flopped between using both numbers randomly. I went onto Live Chat to try and get it sorted, and she got me to reset the network settings on my mobile. I didn’t have another handset to check if this worked, so had to wait until I’d been chatting with my partner over text, and it seems that the number I wanted to keep has disappeared, and the one ID originally gave me is what I’m stuck with. I want to fix it, and get the number I wanted back, but every time I’ve tried to go on Live Chat since they’ve said that there aren’t any agents available. Any help at all would be very much appreciated

I ordered a SIM . Completed the order. It then invited me to specify a porting date for my number to change over. I assumed that they would take into account their timeframes for delivery (I also assumed next day). I am now in a position that my old phone contract has been ended by 3 and I dont even have the SIM card from ID mobile. I dont actually have any confirmfirmation its been despatched. First impressions….good at taking money, very bad at providing the service the money is paying for. How do I get my SIM and can someone lend me a phone in the meantime?

Ordered my new sim card with monthly plan 3 days ago. Got an email about setting up direct debit and my new number, pin code and etc but my sim card hasn't arrived yet. I tried to register to id mobile but obviously can't as it sends registration code to your new number so I cannot do it. How long does it take to get a sim card? It's been 3 days and I'm going on holiday next week, wanted to get it sorted before it so I can use it. Please help, thanks

My elderly Mum is in a care home and is too frail to use her phone anymore so I wish to cancel it. HelloI went into curry’s on the Sunday and signed up for a sim only contract and needed to port my number. Vodafone cut me off at 10.30am yesterday the 20th. I have been without my phone for 21 hours now. I repeatedly contacted them by the live chat and at 7.30pm was told there was something wrong with the sim. So I went to curry’s to get a new sim. But they can’t activate it. They can only give me the new sim. I desperately need my phone. Please can you fast track this. You even have my emai address but never contacted me. 24 hours with no phone is not what I signed up for

Why is it when I try to change my plan it doesn’t work? I started my contract January 2022 and it’s a 24 month contract so I have exceeded the 12 month minimum. I have also attempted to change this on my app and website so again why is there an error to change my plan when I’ve exceeded the 12 month requirement? This is very frustrating.

Hi, everyone. I’m an european student here in the UK, and I definitely need a UK number for my mobile phone. There is an ID mobile plan that seems really convenient, but I am having serious problems by placing my order: ID mobile requires 3 years of UK adress history, and I arrived here just 3 weeks ago. Is this thing mandatory? Would it be possible to have a brand new UK number with them?
