I have tried to get a PAC code by texting 65075 from my mobile and I’m just getting messages saying there is a problem. Typical!!! I also cannot find how I do this on the website. Are you being obstructive or are you incompetent??

Changed my new ID number onto my old number weeks ago, some people are saying that it still displays the new ID number.Also some friends have said they are unable to call me, since I have had the new phone, when they ring it goes straight to pre recorded VM.

How can I replace my physical sim with esim

I’ve made numerous attempts to obtain a PAC code from ID to switch to another network but message keeps returning saying they’ve run into. Problem?   

Received upgrade phone yesterday, all data etc successfully transferred from old phone BUT can’t make /receive calls on new one. Old phone iOS too old to activate new eSIM? 

***EDIT - resolved ****Two seperate issues that are now resolved: The data useage in the app was resolved after rebooting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the appThe phone call problem was because i was calling an ‘07’ number, that was actually a ‘scam’ or chargeable service (which was why it was telling me i needed to pay extra, as i have a spending cap on my account :)––––––––––––––––– I’m only 5 days into my billing cycle, and I’m not able to make any phone calls, send texts or use mobile data. When I check the app its saying i’ve used all of data, out of a possible 100GB. There is absolutely no possible way that this could have happened, I’ve been at home almost the entire time during these 5 days , and have been using wifi for everything.How could this have happened? I’m also not able to make any phone calls, the automated message says I need to pay something - but i dont know how much to pay or how? its not showing me

My mom payed my bill over a week ago now.I still cannot make calls or send text messages I can't even use my mobile data when out. ?????? I have tried calling a few times to sort it out but ither no one answers or it gets disconnected.

I woke this morning in blighty, not having travelled abroad in a year, not phoned abroad in a year, to a msg that I had used all my roaming allowance and future roams will be charged at a rate. If no one else has access to my phone, how could this happen?

I am moving to Spain & will get a Spanish SIM but I would like to keep my eSIM with UK number. After the fair use policy term of 3-4 months roaming abroad will I still be able to receive UK calls & texts at no charge? I’ll obviously switch to the lowest cost monthly plan & wont be using any data or sending texts/calls but want to ensure I can still receive calls for maybe a year until everyone knows my new Spanish number

I now have had my direct debit vanish from two of my sims no reason or warning then account goes overdue. There appears to be a problem with your direct debit system. I did change them but did it well before due date?? Also this does not explain why they vanished completely from my account

Anyone able to give some advice on what happens when your id mobile ac gets hacked?rrecieved a msg yesterday about a pac code , which i hadnt asked for.By the time i managed to use live chat this morning to contact id,i had recieved another msg to say it was all going through.I told agent on live chat that this wasnt me and i didnt want to move to another provider.But inspite of this , my phone no longer  works as it seems  its no longer valid on id network.worse still ,had call from bank to say my ac had been frozen due to unusual activity, so ive got to in branch tommorrow and sort that out.to say im stressed and  cheesed off is an understatement.not really sure id are taking this seriously ,as ive not heard back from them as yet.

I took out 3 sim only deals with ID mobile. Unfortunately one of the deals sims would not work with the mobile my wife had so I cancelled it after 3 days. Well within the cooling off period. Since then it has been nothing but an uphill struggle getting answers, sorting out who to get in touch with etc etc.  It now transpires that ID mobile have taken out £207;53 from my account for cancelling this sim only deal ???  I have been in touch with 3 different agents and still not been resolved. Unfortunately i will now take matters further and inform Ofcom of what the company has done and the amount of stress they have caused.  To say i am furious is understating the matter.  Nothing but disdain i have with this company. I wish to now cancel my 2 other sim only deals but it has gone past the cooling off period. So what will I get charged for that? Thousands of pounds???  Utterly disgraceful behavioud ID. 

The newly launched id Mobile app just doesn’t work. It requires you to log in with your email and password along with questions regarding Face ID recognition and notifications requirements, but does not give up-to-date outstanding data, minutes or texts details. Hence it defeats the object of having an app!When are I’d Mobile going to fix this basic requirement from the id Mobile app? Any update will be greatly appreciated.

I own a J3 2017.It has always been able to use voLTE.Recently, it’s microphone broke and I replaced it with an identical model.Same software version, identical hardware.I moved my SIM from the old phone to the new, but the new one does not have a voLTE option.If I put my SIM back into the old phone, the voLTE option is still there. The only difference I could find between the two phones was in the iD Internet access point, under the Access Point Names menu.The new phone (voLTE unavailable) has all the options unlocked, and I can edit them.The old phone (voLTE available) has all the options greyed out and I can edit nothing. If someone could explain to me how to get voLTE enabled on my replacement phone, I would be grateful. 

I've just signed up for new contract with id mobile but I'm struggling to get any kind of usable mobile data. Most of the time I'll have an exclamation mark next to my 4G symbol and I can't get any access to the Internet. I tried resetting the phone numerous times (Pixel 8 Pro) and have ensured my APN settings are correct. Any ideas as this is quite frustrating especially if I somewhere that doesn't have WiFi access. 

How can i get a copy of my proof of purchase to validate the offer for a new Pixel Watch with my phone?

I’ve never received an id mobile sim but have been charged for it for a several months. It seems impossible to cancel the sim because I never received it so I don’t know what the number is.

Really regretting swith before I start!The BOT is useless and the live chat button does not work in three Mac browsers, Firefox, Chrome or Safari.When I applied my PAC I got ‘Your switch is planned for 14/06/2024 between 8am to 10pm’, and then that it does not like my PAC. I can’t get a new PAC as my old one is still valid [and there were no typos.In the dropdown below this window ‘Getting starte’ is the only topic, but it reverts to ‘Choose your subject’.At least with plusnet you can call 500! 

I’ve just received my ID sim which I intend to use in my ZTE modem. I’ve been using a popit sim which works off EE so I’m aware I need to change the APN settings. I don’t seem to be able to find the required settings? Can anybody help? 

How can I see my data usage as I had 30 odd gigs left and then 5 days later my data allowance was  0on contract {REMOVED}. Most of the time I’m on WiFi so this is confusing f 

Hi I’m on holiday in canaries islands and checked on the ID website which says roaming is from my allowance upto 30gb. But I’ve had a text the day I landed saying all calls, text and data are chargeable. Does that mean I’m being charged to use my phone or is it coming out of my plan?? I’m really confused
