I have recently joined iD Mobile and I'm very pleased with the SIM deal that I got and the coverage. My partner recommended you.One issue is, despite unticking all of the communication preferences apart from SMS, I still get sent pointless emails from iD. In the beginning I just assumed these were one off welcome type messages but they keep repeating. My partner gets none of these. Since I'm on a fixed price contract, after initial setup, I'd expect no more emails.During the same period I've received no SMS messages, which is ironic.Do these emails stop in time, if not how do I stop them apart from marking them as spam so they are auto deleted?Many thanks in advance,Tony.

I was trying to log in to my Id account to set the roaming but when I enter my number & last name it says “Sorry your details do not match our records”.  And no other option on how to get in touch to someone to rectify this.  Please any one knows how to access their account with same problem?

My allowance is 100gb but app is showing only 20

My google pixel 7 has gone into a restart loop and will not turn on, rendering the phone unusable when its just over a year old and i have have a year left on my contract. Contacted ID and asked them to fix or replace as the phone was sold to me to last a 2 years contract, and is unfit for purpose regarding a contract lasting for 2 years. My phone has been well looked after and not damaged in any way.ID mobile refused to accept any responsibiliyy for this and said I need to pay for the phone to be repaired.ID should not be selling phone that are unfit for purpose regarding the length of the contract, and if anything goes wrong with the phone, they should accept the responsibility.I will never use ID mobile again!!

When I send a message it says not delivered when it has as I switch over to this one with my old number but on my account it has a different number 

I have a contact with id that I get unlimited calls and texts and 25gb per month for £7 However, last month June I was over charged and was charged £18.35. I paid that off because my SIM was suspended.Now this month it's asking me for £24.35. I have no idea why they are asking for more. And it's already saying that I have £31 bill for next month. I'm certain that in this month I haven't gone over the given data. Because I have 19GB/25GB left. So ID I would like my money back and my bill back down to £7/month 

Since the app changed recently, I don't seem to be able to see my contract details such as start date, end date. The home page has some details such as allowances, but no dates. There used to be a "my account " section which has gone. Having recently upgraded my account I would like to be able to see and keep a copy off the new contract. Any ideas please? Thanks

I've been with ID mobile for 4 years now, I have just done my upgrade but change my mind in the 30 days cooling off period.I have sent the phone back etc.. ID received the phone a week ago. My plan has not changed for over a week and stats I'm still in contract until 2026 and plan has not reverted back either.I have called ID on numerous occasion's and (live chat) and keep getting told every time it will take 48hrs. I then have told IDM its past the 48hrs and there telling me it will be done tomorrow.( its always tomorrow!!) So frustrating! a simple thing to change my plan back and they struggle to do it. shocking!! Still NOT been sorted. over a week now.

Hi, I have purchased a new pay monthly contract with ID mobile and switched networks. The phone has had to be posted to another address to me as i am away at the moment but there have been delays and it hasn’t arrived yet, however my old network has been turned off now so I still have my old phone (until new one arrived hopefully in the next few days) and no network. Is there a way I can set up my new ID mobile network on my old phone for now so I have data/network and then switch this over to the new phone once arrives?

Hi, I am trying to by a pay as you go plan but it keeps asking me for 3 years of UK address on the check out page. I am moving to the UK next week and do not have any physical UK address yet and wanting to get esim before i get there.

I’m just wondering if anyone can help me, I can not log into my app as it keeps saying “ sorry you details don’t match our records” but it’s my number and my name I’m not sure what is happening it started since they updated there app and I can’t log on online either 

Can't upgrade online. I got an email on 11 July confirming I could upgrade as I was coming to the end of my two year contract.  Since then, I have not been able to do so. There is no option on the app. I did a live chat yesterday and they said due to a glitch, my app has not been refreshed so I'd have to do so by phoning. That's simply not good enough. Anyone else in same boat?

I've kept my phone updated with the latest firmware, tried another phone, even spoken to friends who are on ID mobile and I'm having the same problems as them. I'm finding that I have very bad signal where I'm losing phone calls, not receiving calls and internet is virtually useless. I need my phone for work and work all over the country . Is anyone actually finding the opposite of this? I've been with ID for 6 months now and I'm wishing I hadn't changed provider. And really don't think it's worth the money..... Even though it's cheap.

The network connection is dreadful - !!LTE =0.18meg…. Certainly not the fastest 5g network Just tried a Lebara SIM in my phone and that’s at 62meg…!I have an iPhone 11pro running 17.5.1, my SIM is 100g/month and I have virtually all of thatIs anyone else having issues? Have been here for a few days now and nothing I’ve tried improved it   How do I actually get to speak with an iD person to get this looked at???

Bought ID Mobile phone and contract via mobiles.co.uk last week. Put PAC code in at point of purchase and chose 5th Feb as switching date. Mobiles.co.uk emailed to confirm this switch date last week. My number still hasn’t switched from my old O2 account to my new ID Mobile account and if I try to enter my PAC again on my ID mobile app it won’t work. Can someone please tell me what’s happening as I’m going into hospital on the 8th Feb and need it switching before then. Whilst this is going on I’m paying for two accounts still which I’m not happy about. Live agents are always ‘busy’ according to the chatbot so that’s not an option. Thanks.
