I'm paying nearly £40 per month and get zero network coverage
I only want data for my commute into work, I'm in a major city so you'd expect there to be some kind of coverage but there is literally zero. I can't get any data outside at all. I'm very unhappy with this. It's been nearly a year since I switched to id mobile and this has been so bad. Is there any plans to increase the strength or anything? I can't load a single page outside of my home. Feels like I'm being scammed.

Does ID mobile block VPN traffic?
As above really. I’m no IT expert. Just trying to use our Draytek ‘Smart VPN Client’ and i’m unable to access whilst using my phone as a hotspot. Browsing the internet is no problem. If i try to use access the VPN using traditional broadband, it works just fine. Any help appreciated.

My SIM card deactivated, urgently need it active
I recently signed into my id account and hadn’t done so on this phone before. Then randomly it deactivated my current SIM card and I haven’t been able to use it all day. I need this urgently for work. It said it has been activated but I’ve tried restarting my phone, taking out the sim and putting my name phone in airplane mode.

Unable to access account
Hi, hoping someone from support can chime in here… I’m trying to access my account but it is not accepting my login details stored in my password manager. So, I try and retrieve my username/password to make sure all is OK but it will not accept either my mobile number, surname or DOB. I have tried the mobile number I was given when signing up and the mobile number I transferred over but still no joy. I know my surname and DOB is correct. Thanks

No data and minimal signal for 10 days
Hi, Both myself and my mum have had zero data (apart from in the middle of the night) for the last 10 days. General phone signal has also been poor. Three suggest masts in the local area are being worked on but we’re both currently paying for a service we’re not receiving. To make matters worse I’m currently in the process of a house move and don’t have Wifi to fall back on! What are my options? My mum is on a rolling 30 day contract but I’m in the middle of a 24 month contract. Many thanks

how do add-ons work?
Last week I bought a 3GB add-on to last a month. today I had a message that I’ve used 100% of the data in my plan. I thought the add-on would give me more data. I am confused - please could someone explain.

Voicemail not set up fully
Hi when I call the voicemail on my phone and enter my phone number and then the hash key it says your mailbox has not been setup fully. I have tried switching voicemail off and on the iD Mobile app but the problem still persists. Could you help me?

New Customers
I have opened two accounts last week for my wife and I and when I have received emails in regards to same the both phone numbers which are showing are not ours. Now is this a temporary issue until we give them the both PUG Codes or is this normal ? When I registered for two new accounts, I didn’t see any information to complete re PUG Codes, is it now to late to give them Thanks in advance

For refer-a-friend, where is the self reporting page?
My friend sent me a referral link that I used for signing up. I now have a working sim, an account, and my first bill, with the app fully set up on my phone. So I am ready to submit my account id to complete the referral process. But when I go back to that referral link, there is nowhere to add my account id. And when I try to ask the automated assistant, it just says there are no assistants available, try again later. Today is the 14th day, so I need to get this sorted within the next couple of hours. The whole ‘Currys gift card’ deal is starting to look like a scam. -MC

Last couple of days, my calls either don't connect or drop mid way with the message in the title. It's very annoying and I have unlimited minutes so there shouldn't be an issue. Can someone help with this?

Keep getting error when trying to port number it's looking for a transaction number the only 9 digit number that I have on any correspondence isn't being accepted tells me error with details

being cut off while talking to people.
Every time I'm talking to people, I keep getting cut off, people on the other side of the line can't hear me. Usually happens when I call companies numbers or numbers with options in their numbers, but never when I call my friends on their mobiles. It happened when I was with Three, so I changed the phone and the company. Now I am with iD mobile with a different mobile and I'm having the same problem. Can anyone help?

mobile data not working (its switched on on my phone)
I’ve just upgraded my id contract and requested to keep my sim. I’ve put my sim in my new phone and can get Wi-Fi but no mobile data. I’ve tried all the recommended fixes but nothing is working. I’ve tried the chat bot and asked to speak to an adviser but have been told they are too busy. how do I get help from ID for this issue asap?

Upgrading my phone and now the pictures/gallery are not working
i have just upgraded my phone a Samsung to a samsung and all my pictures are now coming up as a negative. All my pictures/gallery are corrupt. What shall i do to restore to the orignal set up? thanks
