Hi Can anyone please tell me when Currys return the phone back and they say it's failed third party authentication what this actually means because they won't tell me they just sent the phone back and that's it. Thanks

Hi all,I’m in Spain now. My phone connected automatically to Movistar and I got a text saying welcome to Spain and all mins / data etc… is included in Spain as a ‘roam free destination’. Happy days. No worries. I then switched automatic network detection off to see what other options there were. No options, so I get on with it.I then realise my wife is somehow on Vodafone. I look on the community I see some people saying Movistar isn’t part of roaming in Spain with a link to the list - which quite right, does not include it. Some people saying it used to be part of ID roaming.I’m not going to be happy if I’ve been charged extra if Spain is a free roaming destination, and it automatically connected me to Movistar, and I got that text from ID making it seem all is well, when there were no other options! Any advice? Is Movistar now back on the list!?(p.s. since getting into Seville I’ve now managed to find an Orange network)Many thanks all!Deej

I usually use about 10GB of data a month, well below my 25GB allowance. This morning i received a text saying I was at 80% usage and shortly after another one saying I had used all of it. This can't be right. How do I get it rectified?

I got my plan yesterday and installed the esim today. I’ve attempted to keep my old number using PAC multiple times through the app but I keep getting the error when clicking next on the first details page. I’ve done everything recommended by the FAQ to fix the issue but it still happens. I then attempt to contact iD mobile through live chat but everytime it fails to connect me to an agent. What can I do?

My bill increased from £7/month to £15/month for no reason whatsoever. My bill cap is set to £0, no additional charges. My plan price just increased without justification. I did not upgrade, I wasn’t contacted about anything, it just increased.I contacted customer services last month and I was credited £10 and was told that my bill will stay at £7 as normal. Come October, my bill again is £15. Contacted customer services and they raised a technical issue and got a text 24hrs later that says it’s been resolved.My bill is still £15, and I got another email that says I’ve cancelled my direct debit, which I didn’t. What is going on? Did the customer service team didn’t understand what the issue is and cancelled my direct debit?

My phone will not phone out to some numbers for example 02036179950. It tries to connect but then it just cuts off the call. Why is this happening

Hi, I lost my phone with the SIM in it recently and need to get my number transfered over to a new sim card. I have the new sim card. Every time I try to speak with an agent on LiveChat it can never connect me to anyone - shocking service. Please can I speak with someone so I can get my number transferred over - I don’t have access to any banking apps without it.

Good morning. I have been trying for several days now to transfer my old number to my new ID mobile. I have filled out the online form when selecting switch to ID. All mobile numbers, PAC codes are correct. When trying to proceed, it always states that something has gone wrong. Been trying to contact ID via live chat, but keep being timed out.

Hi there,My phone won’t let me make an International call (I have checked my plan settings and roaming, international calls and premium calls are all showing up as within my plan).It also won’t let me access voicemails. Weirdly, it logs the numbers that called and the length of the message left, but when I call voicemail it says “you have no messages”.Any ideas? I’m loosing my mind trying to figure it out and for some reason the chatbot won’t connect me to an agent. I give my ID number but it consistently says something like “I wasn’t able to connect you to anyone right now. Try again later.”J

Dear team,I transferred to iD mobile from another network, keeping my old number with PAC. I received notification from my previous network yesterday that my account was still active despite having transferred to iD earlier this month.  When I phoned my old network, they informed me that iD had not completed the porting process.  Can you please get in touch with me urgently so that I don't continue to get charged by my old network? They require further input from your porting team to finalise the process. Best wishes

Hi, I had a phone call from a few numbers pretending to be id mobile, they offered me a promotion and it seemed good because they sent a email from id mobile! They took £29 from my wife’s account with the card details I gave and offered me free airpods, This is a scam and now worried they are using my details from my phone to set up new contract?

I’m on a monthly unlimited data tariff, but I don’t use enough data to justify it. So I tried to switch to a 60Gb monthly tariff. However the website doesn’t seem to offer any 1 month contract for existing customer at all! Tired to many times to do a live chat but was always fobbed off with ‘We can’t chat right now..’. Can someone please get in touch as I don’t want to pay for extra data I don’t need and this is getting extremely annoying!!

Hi, Order a phone/sim on Friday and was due to be delivered on Saturday. I wasn’t going to be in so changed date to Monday (20th Oyctober), this has came and went with no attempt from DPD to deliver. My tracking now states that the package is on it’s way back to Currys. Is anyone able to contact me to see what the next steps are please? Cheers, J

100% scam. They are good at getting your custom but once they hook you they dont bother with you at all. There is literally no customer service to talk to, its all about community help. I will be looking for a legal way to get out of my contract free of charge

Anyone else running into a Cloudflare timeout error when trying to upgrade?Tried from multiple devices on different connections.CS ChatBot seems to just be going in circles.

So on the 3rd October, I raised a concern/complaint to the ID support team. They told me it that was supposed to be being investigated and raised as a to why I never got any data on my roaming whilst in Turkey on holiday and I had paid £20 for it eveb though it didn’t work the entire time I was there? Why haven’t I heard anything back from the team? Its nearly the end of the month and was supposed to be contacted in 48hours ?  Why have you deducted the amount from my bill? Never had a issue u til now ?

I keep getting calls from people saying they are returning my call. The issue is I have not been calling them. It seems my number is showing up on their caller ID. But its not me, calling. Searching on the internet it seems it is called spoofing,  I have tried reporting it to action fraud, but online there seems to be no way to report it after trying a number of options. So I have given up with that route. The other option is to contact your provider.  I can use my phone and receive calls as normal. It just seems somehow someone is masking their number on caller ID by using my number. What can I do?

Hi, I’ve upgraded from an ID Mobile phone contract to a SIM-only plan. I’m trying to keep my number, but the app and website both show an error (“Oops… something went wrong”). The PAC/PUK process isn’t working because both numbers are with iD. Can you please raise a manual internal number transfer to move my existing number onto my new SIM?
