I paid £172 of my bill in the hope that pays the rest of my bill until January. Can you confirm I won’t be charged until January

My son has managed to disable his SIM card on his phone, and is unable to to re-enable it as we have no online access to his account as I have forgotten which email address it is registered against. I have tried to reset the account email, however this uses two factor authentication, which sends a text to his phone, which we can’t access. I went in store to Currys, however they couldn’t help; no access to details(?). I was going to buy another SIM, but would need to request a PAC, which again requires a working SIM. Is there any way to re-enable his SIM or account?

I’ve got all the information needed for the PAC transfer but i get an error when filling in the form. All of the details are correct as I’ve double checked. What can I do???

I sent me phone in for a trade in and haven’t heard anything from them. how did I contact them about this.. it’s been weeks

Hi they sent me 2 sim cards when I only ordered 1. Now they have set 2 accounts up. I've cancelled 1direct debit, but now they are putting me in the hands of the debt collectors. Cannot speak to anyone only automated chat. Hope someone can help?. Thanks jeff.

The number isn’t recognised I have transferred my old number with the PAC from my previous supplier O2. An android user I can make and receive calls no problem. But not receiving calls, it goes to voicemail Could someone check this issue??

I currently have a SIM only plan through ID. I found a better plan through uSwitch than was available through upgrading. After ordering, I've now learned that i can't transfer my old number to the new plan. My question is, can the new plan I've ordered be applied to my old SIM/phone number and that SIM used in the new phone? I'd therefore not require the new SIM/phone number for the new phone?

ID mobile cannot connect me to their network. They send new SIM cards, activate those and same issue again. Network Unavailable. Sometimes it says you need to add money to your account to use service. I am on a monthly Contract - unlimited number of Calls and Texts. Cant make a single call. What am I paying for? I cant use the phone, I cant use the network. Customer Support only send new SIM cards and active them. This lasts a day. I need FIRST LINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT to investigate the issue. Get my phone able to access the ID Network. I want to speak to a human being who can check and see if their are Flags etc on my account. and then to remove them so that I am able to make calls. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

ID Mobile app does not recognize my login details. I have tried using the “forgot password/username” link but ID mobile does not recognize the my number and last name. How can I resolve this problem?

Hey, Can you use bill to mobile using ID mobile in Google play? I was able to with my previous provider but can only see a three mobile option now and when I click activate it comes up with an error. Many thanks Debbie

Hi, I recently wanted to increase my data by changing plan. I didn't realise you could do that through the app, so I gave it a go. Turns out that unlimited data is only 50p more expensive than my current plan, so I tried to confirm the plan change. Every time I've tried (on both the site and app), I'm given a generic error. So I tried to contact ID Mobile support. They said I have no plans to change to, even though I meet all of the eligibility criteria. Both agents I contacted gave different reasons. One said wait another 30 days, another said my contract is too close to its end. Neither are mentioned in ID's documentation. Some key facts: - I've been on a contract since 2021 - The plan I am upgrading to is more expensive than my current one - I have tried through both the website and app - Support have referred me to complaints as they cannot adjust my plan on their end Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have the worst signal going, I use an unlimited in a router as my internet and have a good router and even an omni Ariel booster. Netflix buffers no matter the weather and I'm sick of it but I can't seem to speak to a sodding human! What do you do? The signal checker says it's awesome signal but it bloody isn't!!!

Hi, I’ve come over from three today, my three sim stopped working as today is the transfer date so put my iD mobile sim in all good untill I got a text saying welcome to iD here is your new number. When I signed up I put a PAC code in so I could keep my original number?

Good afternoon! When I registered for ID Mobile I asked for a switch and selected a date, but in my welcome email it says "Switching date: No porting date selected". I've tried to make the switch on the website but it says there's an error. How can I check that the porting will actually take place? Thank you. OC

Its been 6 days now from the date that I requested my phone number to be transferred..my PAC code was given when i bought the new phone/contract…how can I contact somebody about this as it is really frustrating as I use this number for work?
