Hi, Both me and my wife have swapped over to ID mobile. I have supplied the PAC number to transfer over our old numbers. The date we chose was 10th July, one week they haven’t transferred. How can I track why they haven’t changed over. We both had text messages to say you had received the PAC numbers.    

I would like a refund/credit note on ‘Rest of World Roaming’ as it simply did not work in Orlando. The only fix whilst on hols was eSIM, which turned out to be a great fix with little fuss.     Hope to hear from you soon,       Kind regards,           Alex

The first year has been problem free, but sadly   for the past 2 months or so we are having continuous  issues with every  incoming and outgoing call, people only hear a few words of what we are saying and vice versa, many  calls just disconnect after a minute or so. We have 2 contracts in this household with Idmobile  and it happens to both of us, trying our sim cards  in other phones gives the same issue.Have tried with wifi calling enabled and disabled but it is exactly  the same . Last night as a last resort I did a factory reset of both phones but the problem persists. On the network status checker it says “We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible.We're sorry for any disruption this may cause and will add any further updates here.

The message above does include data though and there's no Add On for International data. Hence everything suggests it should work but apps do not work and an Speedtest shows no data is received or sent.

HiI’m trying to switch to ID Mobile and getting an error when trying to submit the PAC code“Your PAC code will expire before we can process your switch. This could lead to switching failure or a loss of services, please request a new PAC code from your old network.”I’ve tried using it today 5/7, but I get an error message that the PAC code will expire before the transfer is completed. And the form is not submitted.My existing provider say the PAC code is valid until 11/7 and they cannot issue another, until after that date. There are full 5 days left on this PAC code. ID mobile expect the transfer to be one working day. So how do I use the PAC code ?

I have just moved from EE to IDMobile and now i cannot receive calls from any EE mobiles. I have performed a network reset on the phone but this has not worked. Please help.

I recently got a new iphone15 and the battery lasts less than a day, most days I need to charge it to get through the whole day. Worse than my 3 year old iPhone 11! Do others have this problem or do I have a faulty handset?

Hi How do I turn off safe search it hasn't been on for 7 months yet it now is and says someone else is controlling it. I've been in the id app and adult content blocker is switched off yet safe search is still on. 

I have changed over from 3 to IDmobile and moved my number over. Its working fine when calling or being called but when I text someone the original sim number appears as the sender and as such nobody knows its me. Also when I text it says failed to deliver despite being delivered. 

If someone tries to call me when I am out of reception then it tells them it is an invalid number rather than going through to voicemail. How can I rectify this? Thanks!

I am trying to add an additional plan to my account. I get a ‘Sorry, your details do not match our records’ message about my phone number, surname, date of birth. My details are definitely correct and have not changed. Live chat told me to delete app, put phone in airplane mode, remove sim etc. I am still having the same problem. Can anyone help?

I have been receiving texts, but have just discovered I can’t send them. I have been with ID since May and rarely use text so I hadn’t realised. Any ideas what’s wrong, I have an IPhone 13. 

I'm.working in Norway and I can't make calls to the UK but can receive them. I've gone into settings and found International  calls except home is toggled on, when I try to toggle.it off it asks for a 4 digit password number, which I have no idea what it is, I've tried 0000 but no use, can anyone  help please, If I have to ring ID does anyone.have a number you can call Cheers Steven 

Since using my ID mobile SIM, if I make a phone call - especially from home but this happens anywhere, if I read a number out on a phone call it nearly always breaks up, so if I say “post code M14 3RT” it will probably cut out at the 4 and certainly the 3. It makes it impossible to deal with any numbers, which is a problem because it’s my job! If I switch to an O2 SIM in the same phone (S24 Ultra which supports having 2 physical SIMs), everything is fine, so it is definitely something to do with ID mobile. My suspicion is that it’s something to do with the compression being used, but it means I simply can’t make outgoing calls. Does anyone else have experience of this?

I was prevented from calling a number today because it was apparently a premium rate number. The message said I could increase my price cap if I wanted to call it. The issue is, is that I know for sure it was not premium rate as I checked it against the Government website on premium rate codes. This is not the first time this has happened. Why are ID Mobile telling me I can’t ring numbers because they are premium rate when they are not?

I have terrible signal at my house, for some reason when calls come through they don’t go through WiFi calling and I just get voicemails (which I then can’t dial up at home). My WiFi works fine for emails, watsapp etc. I’ve switched on WiFi calling but am I doing something wrong?

I referred my husband and he purchased a mobile plan and phone back in March. On my dashboard it says he is "pending" but he has done all the steps to activate the Currys voucher offer. He has made 2 payments, one in March and one in April but neither of us have received our vouchers. When will we get the vouchers?Thank you

Hi, I wonder if anyone could provide me a number got ID. Due to there being Fraud on my account this means thar the bill has stopped from being collected. You have restricted services and I need the phone for work. My new card arrives tomorrow so can pay the outstanding this. I can't get through to anybody to sort the issue out. 

I’m attempting to re-register for the new app. However something seems to go wrong on step 5 (outlined here).  At first I assumed I just mistyped but after attempts 2 → 5 seems like it’s something else.
