I've had my phone a while now, and every time I go abroad my data never works. So I can't access Google maps etc. The setting is toggled ON on ID mobile settings.I need this to work for my next trip abroad.Is my phone faulty? 

I’ve recently switched from O2 to ID, porting my old number across. My switch happened today and all looks ok, except for the fact that when I look at the primary mobile service provider details on my iPhone (settings- mobile service - primary), it’s still showing as O2.  the travel mobile service provider is showing correctly as ID, and the mobile numbers showing under both are correct.  Should the primary mobile service provider now not be showing up as ID? I don’t know if it’s connected, but I also get next to no signal when I’m away from WiFi, and only when I have mobile switching turned on. I get no internet without switching turned on

I have ported my number from EE  TO ID, I have no voicemail messages tried everything suggested to try and remove it but it is still there. I have even turned off voicemail

Quite a simple question, I'm off on my holibobs to the US (Los Angeles )  next month is the USA a  “can roam like at home” destination (like it used to be on the parent network Three)  Cheers 

Hi, I recently rejoined IDmobile after a couple of years with another provider (same number). Initially, I was able to login and see my number and old bills from 2022 but could not access my account and was getting the “oops something has gone wrong” message. I then removed my account thinking I needed to re-register, but now when I try to add my number it says “Sorry, your details do not match our records”. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times and tried several browsers and other devices to no avail.The live chat team were quite frankly useless and did not even seem to understand the problem. Eventually, they said the issue has been escalated and the app is not working.How can you run a online only service without customer support, when the online part does not even work?Can someone please help? Otherwise I will just quit IDmobile and re-join my previous provider.

Since upgrading my sim deal last year I'm paying twice a month one for the old plan and a second for the new plan. I am owed quite a lot of money. How do I cancel the old DD and get my money back. The email that comes for the old deal and lesser amount doesn't end in the four numbers of my mobile 

We purchased two separate accounts at the same time using one email. One of the accounts cannot get access to the app because it only recognises the first account.

I have a basic PAYGO account with idMobile.  It has just over £5 credit but when I try to make a call I get the “out of credit” message.  Similarly I can’t send texts. Help!

I've a PAC code from my old three mobile but it's not letting me, can I keep my old number? If so how?

I have moved from Three to ID Mobile on Monday 7th July, some 7 days ago.I gave my PAC code when I applied online via the ID Mobile web site.I have received the ID Mobile SIM card and put it in my mobile and it is showing the ID mobile number, not my number that I want to port.But I have not yet been given a date to port the number, and my mobile is still showing the ID mobile number.Nothing I have seen online helps me get the port done.I can log on to my ID Mobile account on the website and all my details are correct and the ID Mobile plan is also correct, but it still shows the ID mobile number.How can I get my old Three mobile number ported?Can somebody please contact me and explain why this has not yet been done?

Hi I paid my outstanding balance but my services are still restricted I have turned my phone on and off numerous times but this hasn’t resolved the situation 

I was the victim of a SIM swap fraud recently that caused quite a big headache both literally and financially, and honestly dealing with ID customer service via the live chat has been an absolute pain. It’s also made it apparent the account security is absolutely woeful on the live chat and I suspect it’s how the scammers managed to SIM swap me in the first place. I’m balking a bit at the termination fee, but I’m absolutely done with ID Mobile based on how poorly they’ve handled this whole thing. I know I can request a STAC/PAC via the website + app but I’m getting frequent crashes that make this difficult - can I manage my account at a physical Currys store? I’m not sure my sanity can handle another round with the live chat.

I've just switched from Lycamobile, who I used to get a steady 35-40mbps with, to ID.My router has line of sight to the mast located at 54.2522, -1.2056 which can be pasted into Google Maps. This is a fairly remote rural area, and most residents are old enough to remember the English civil war.I get full five bars of signal continously.The service I'm getting with ID is horrendous - the first speed test gave 8mbps, now they consistently give under 2mbps, and the service “dies” every hour or two, requiring a reboot of the router to reconnect.Is this just how it is and why it's cheap, or is there some kind of network maintenance happening?

Good afternoon, having switched from Sky mobile to iD mobile for both mine and my daughters sim cards within a couple of days of each other, I did my daughters first and her previous number changed over on the date selected without issue. Mine was due to change over on the 18th initially but then didn’t and I was able to do the process again but it wouldnt allow me to select the 19th and as such today, the 22nd was the next available switch date. I really need my number switched over asap as it is required for work. In addition i fond myself frustrated as to no fault of sky mobile, due to this delayed switch over I have received another bill from them. in addition when researching this topic it stated that I would be compensated by way of the account being credited, can you confirm if this is an automatic process? kind regards, Ian

Hi! I have been using ID mobile for about a year now.Have recently flown back home to India, hence disabled my direct debit with ID mobile and also turned the sim off to enable my Indian sim. (I’m certain that my charges were already pre-paid for the month after which I cut my direct debit.)I had, although, turned the UK sim on one day and attempted to make a call, but that call didn’t pass through. Recently, I received an email for an outstanding payment on my account and I assume it was for the same day.While I’d like to pay the balance off, I’m unsure how can i do so. When I try to log in, it asks me to enter my ID mobile number, last name and DOB for an OTP to come but unfortunately, I’m unable to receive the OTP. Is there any possibility of receiving the OTP to log back into the account on my email? Or any other possibilities?

Hello. My number has not transferred over correctly and my mobile says that my number will expire in 5 days. 

I’ve been waiting on a email with my order but I’ve just realized I put in my email wrong. Haven’t been able to find a solution to this.

I have not received my welcome email so don’t have the transaction number to switch using my PAC code.  Please can someone get in touch with the transaction number?

I have my new ID SIM installed and activated, I have my PAC code and I want to transfer my old number across. When I follow the instructions and click the link to enter the PAC code I get an error message "The requested URL was rejected.Please consult with your administrator". What does this mean and how can I keep my number if I can't transfer it? All advice gratefully received!

Really disappointed at the fact I don’t get 4g! The network checker says 3G isn’t compatible in my area but that’s all I can get. Think I’ll be looking for another provider next month 

I am now out of contract and am thinking of upgrading to sim only contract. I have loads of rolled over unused data so wondering if I will lose this when I upgrade?Thanks
