I’ve just got a new monthly ID mobile contract, and i am barely getting over 1meg speed. I have an iphone 12 pro max. Changed handset over to a new android mobile and it’s the same. This speed is at home and out in my local area, I am in Barry close to Cardiff UK.I really did not expect such poor network coverage, as i was with 3 for 12 years.Sadly this is not acceptable in 2024 for network coverage in the UK.As for support there is no dedicated number or app or anything for ID Mobile, I deeply regret swapping from 02.

Is there a number to ring to speak to an advisor or sales team? Having no luck with live chat.

Hi, has anyone had any luck trying to cancel their contract. Since I joined 4 months ago I constantly can’t make calls to landline number - I get a “you are outside your call allowance” message despite having unlimited calls/text. Sporadically happens with mobiles too or cuts out once connected. Today I couldn’t even send text messages! The service is faulty so I’d like to leave without being charged for the rest of the contract time. Anyone successfully done this? 

Hi. I’ve recently taken out 2 sim only contracts with ID Mobile on the account that when we moved house, the coverage inside and out were showing as great. However, we have now moved and get no signal at all.   please advise on solution. 

Hello guys, Actually I can NOT using any allowance of my account in Italy, France so I reviewed all topic of Roaming and free Roaming destinations but still doesn’t work for me. Anyone can help me how use my allowance in France?Appreciate your help in advance. kind regards Kourosh 

Frustrated!! I received the sim today itself. Appears I have made a mistake by switching over to Id mobile.Has not worked fine since last 6 hours since I switched over to id. network/signal has been intermittent where I’m unable to make or receive calls unless using WhatsApp! I’ve tried resetting the phone numerous times and tried everything suggested in the ‘chat’ from others having same issue, regarding settings etc. Checked network coverage status, etc for my area and says all is good it reckons. Tried disabling my Wi-Fi on phone which makes 5G appear, but disappears once I turn Wi-Fi back on again, and oh my signal only has x1bar. I have had really bad reception on my iphone 14. My phone displays having 2bars on signal. I can make a call, but no-one can hear me. My2 children as well as my workplace have been calling me and report they can’t get through. Not receiving any texts as well including OTP.I have reset my iphone and force

Do I have to cancel existing supplier/network?

So I’ve been on my contract for an about 3 months but I’ve grown to not really like the phone I have I got out on contract. Would it be possible to return or sell the device?

i canclled my plan by accident snd now i wish to upgrade  Can someone get in touch to resolve this I can’t upgrade until this is resolved 

Referred my wife before April 24. We both received an email to claim reward. However, follow the instructions and it tells you to log back in and return to the refer a friend page. Of course, when you land there, it has forgotten who you are and requires you to log in again. You do and you end back up on your account page and in a never ending loop.    Chat they say…..but how? This is very frustrating and taints my view on IDMobile. Gary

Hi I'm currently in the US and I recently changed my cap to £50 and using mobile data still isn't working. I've tried doing the APN to change network but it isnt working and I've reset the phone multiple times. I've turned on roaming on both the phone settings and the ID mobile app but its still not working. Any fix?

I’m looking to remove a default from my credit report from id from a few years ago and I haven’t received an email or letter.  I have moved house and would need to settle this account and don’t even remember the phone number 

I have recently switched from EE to iD mobile using PAC code. The switch was confirmed quickly and u can make phone calls from my old number using my new iPhone 15 however when making a call it asks me to change my primary line and then also doesn’t allow me to use iMessage or FaceTime from my number. I’ve completed the trouble shooting that I’ve found online and tried to edit the phone number attached to the new phone but it doesn’t save, and it says on iMessage that it’s not available on the old number. I’ve successfully signed into Apple account as it shows my email address. Any ideas? 

My wifi has stopped working, connected without internet.I have tried in several different WIFI areas and the mobile data says the same.Can anyone help me to fix this?Thanks in advance.

why is Holland/Netherlands not on the list for free international roaming, its also not on the list for having no international roaming so which one is it?

My original dumb ‘phone costs me £0/ month but I am charged for its use, whether calls or texts. Every now and then I have to buy ~£20 worth of credit. I only use it as a back up and for emergencies.There are lots of fancy jargon words floating around but I believe that “traditional pay as you go” is the correct description of this service.The question is whether iD Mobile offers such a service?

My mother is a vulnerable customer. She has had an email saying she will have to change her phone as it does not have 4G connectivity /4G calling. She does not want a Smartphone. ID no longer seem to sell Doro phones, which is what she has at the moment. The only large button phone I can see on your website (Nokia 2660) does not appear in the list of compatible phones that you sent. Unless you can suggest a compatible phone I think we will have to change network. (By the way your live chat is a waste of time). 

Hi, I'm having a problem where the hotspot is throttling the speed to my pc. On my phone I get 5g at about 300mbs consistently but the hotspot is throttling the pc to about 10 mbs. Can anyone help?

Hello, does anyone know how to get faster speeds when connecting to a mobile hotspot as mine seem unusually low? It seems I’m getting a fraction of my actual speed and I’m not sure why.My actual phone’s speeds are between 350MB to 500MB/s which I consider good, but when hotspot is connected from my PC I’m only getting 60MB to 80MB. Phone: Samsung Galaxy M53 5GID mobile package: Unlimited data/calls/textsPC: Windows 11 Thanks 

I currently pay for my daughter’s iD phone bill and the account is in my name.As she will be going to uni she wants to have her own account (still with ID) and keep her number.  If I close the account and she starts from scratch with her own account, is there a way to keep her number?Or is there a way to have a seamless transition from my plan to hers on a specified date using the PAC code?I’d be grateful for any helpjill
