I have just purchased a new SIM. Whilst it initially connected to the network now it won't. I can't make calls or use data. It does work when connected to my WiFi.

Hello,When I have logged onto my ID mobile account/app it say’s my bill payment was successful and paid. However I have checked my bank account and the direct debit has not been taken out at all, I have spoken to the bank and the direct debit is active but no money has been taken out of my account. I have checked my direct debit details on id mobile and they are correct as I had changed them 3 months ago and payments had been taken out of this account but on 18th July 2024 a payment was received and sucessful but no money come out my account and the bill is not outstanding? What is going on here can someone help me? I have tried speaking to the live chat team and they have said a payment was succesful, I honestly do not understand.

I have been charged twice for  my billand they cut off my service even though I over paid. I try to make a call but there’s only the automatic replay and I still have no service even though I tried to pay more this morning

What is the number to speak about fraud being done in my name please? I’ve been charged £41.99 and I have no clue what or who IDMOBILE is? 

im travelling to USA in a month. I see charges for international roaming, but I am wondering, do I get charged if I receive a text, or receive a call even if I don't answer the call? what if I answer the call, I assume I then get charged? thanks. 

How do I report network issues please?I can receive calls / texts but, after I moved office, I am unable to get on the Internet (4G reported by the phone with a question mark).Coverage and Three network don’t report issues with my postcode but this is going on for a while now.Tried airplane mode on/off, restarting the device, moving around the office in diverse locations, no luck.Thank you.

Hello I use ID Mobile and I have have contract for over 2 years now. It is not in my name because my credit rating is poor and it is in my mums name however I've been given permission for full access on the account. My bill is paid on time around 25th every month, without fail. There has been a few times I've tried making calls and it isn't working cutting me off giving me a error message. This has happened again 12 minutes ago not allowing me to make any outbound/ outgoing calls telling me "Sorry, Your Service Does Not Allow Access To This Number". What is going off? Why is this happening? And is there anything I can do to fix this myself? I'm seeing previous reports of this in threads, neither of which explains how I can manually fix this issue myself. And if it is a system error or update it needs to be done in 1 of 2 ways, which are the following: 1. Allow all customers to continue to make calls or texts even if there is a system update or system erro

I bought an Apple Iphone 15 Pro Max, 256 GB, White, but because of some Reason I registered a Return request and then I returned the Mobile Phone Via EVRI Courier and the Mobile has been delivered by 10th June 2024 but then until now I have not received the refund and ID Mobile updated the status that they have received the tempered packaging and empty box and now they are investigating this matter since over a week, so please advice Me or else I will register a legal fraud complaint against this issue I have visited the Currys Store, Beckton but they denied to accept the Return and they adviced Me that I will have to send it to their warehouse, so might they can do this kind of FRAUD If the box was tempered and empty then why ID Mobile warehouse accept the package from the EVRI courier

The newly updated app just won’t work. I need to increase my spending cap from £0 due to a visit to the USA. Cannot see how to do that from ID mobile site. Can anyone help, please? 

Hi I came from Sky and before that Smarty (virtual network on 3) - I left Smarty due to network issues near CB23 6AH. Joined ID Mobile on sim only and when I leave the house and go shopping at the local Supermarket I cannot call - the call contects and no one hears me. In other locations my phone works fine.Please can you advise me when these nework issues will be completed by as it is becoming a real hassle and I would like to stay with ID?  Best regardsTom

I am considering buying a new smart watch. If I buy an LTE enabled watch, can I use my existing physical SIM mobile number with the watch eSIM. In other words 2 devices with the same mobile number, same plan. My phone has a physical SIM.I have trawled the community, but I have seen conflicting information on this topic. 

Just switched to ID and not noticed this previously.When connected via phone’s hotspot, public IP address of  other connected devices keeps changing while just browsing. This causes connection problems with some banking websites and, ironically, ID Mobile website! This causes these sites to keep kicking me back to their login pages while browsing my account despite cookies enabled.Phone reception appears fine so doesnt look like connection drop-out. Is there something awry with the DHCP leasing or some middleware on the network causing the changes? The IP addresses can cycle through 2 to 4 different ones during a session and sometimes appears to settle down to a single one after about half an hour.Very frustrating

I've attempted to join ID mobile 5 times over this weekend, all cancelled orders due to failed credit check. I went to check my credit score and it is near perfect. But when trying to contact ID mobile, they could not provide me any further information other than what I had been told over email. I even went to Curry's to join there, and the sales representative said they can't do any more than what the system does. I tried Three, and my order went through first time, without any nonsense. Therefore there is not an issue with my credit score but simply ID's systems. Quite poor really as you've lost yet another customer. Are there any more people feeling this way? 

I’ve had a text saying my old number has been updated but nothing has actually changed 

I transferred my old number from Three to ID mobile. With PAC code. But when FaceTiming it’s a different number. no one can FaceTime on the number I am meant to have. But people can phone me with the correct number.  Really annoying. What’s going on please?

I have paid my outstanding bill hours ago,however every time I try to call out it is say you are connected to id bill line but you do not have any outstanding bill, I can’t call out and need to use my phone.. please help 

During this week I’ve been down in Penzance and realised I had barely any signal, being back home within the south west region of Bristol the signal is at one bar 90% of the time weather I’m in or out the house. Is anyone else getting this issue?

I have blocked a number but the person is still able to call me, why is this? 

I’ve just had a painstaking live chat which the person was lovely however I believe my daughters day at has been stolen. her roaming data has exceeded 30gb to 115gb.We’ve not stepped foot out of the UK this year. I’ve been told I have to wait for a usage report.  has anyone else had this! I don’t know whether it’s identity theft a data breach or something else entirely!im so stunned!

So after looking at some previous posts about issues regarding data rollover, I can’t seem to find the conundrum I’m presented with. Well it’s not exactly a conundrum, but more of I’m really confused.  As I believe it, that whatever data allowance you don’t use on your plan from this month is rolled over to the following month. So for example, on my 50GB plan, if I only use 1GB of data this month, leaving me with 49GB. This is rolled over and added to my new 50GB leaving me with 99GB in total next month.  If this is the case, my recent ID bill logged that I only used 446MB of data for this month (it’s for my new iPad and I’ve not been anywhere with it yet) but only carried over 6GB. My ID mobile app is only showing 56GB/50GB.  Surely, it should be showing 99GB/50GB as I’ve only used less than 1GB   Maybe I’ve totally misunderstood how it works. Can some please enlighten me.
