Cancelled contract
Hi, Please can someone help? I cancelled my contract within 14 days, returned the phone, had my £29 upfront refunded but have just received a final reminder for last month’s bill telling me that my contract is suspended until I pay even though I cancelled over 4 weeks ago. Now I’ve logged in to see that it says on here next month’s bill is estimated to be over £70 which is impossible since I don’t have the phone and never used it. Does anyone have a phone number for this company so I can contact someone and get this sorted out? Thank you in advance, Laura

Keep getting this message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again” when transferring a number from GiffGaff to ID on behalf of my wife. Didn’t give PAC at point of purchase trying now few months later, put surname in app capitals as advised on here but no joy, please help

Feedback box does not appear after live chat session
Hi, I have used live chat on 2 occasions and each time have been asked if I would fill in the feedback survey after closing the chat box which I agreed to do however each time I close the chat box there is no feedback form to fill in. Is there another area of the site in which I can provide this feedback? The people I spoke to were very helpful and I'd have liked to have given them high ratings! No big deal, but would have been nice to do that for them! If Zizipho and Landiswa are reading this, thank you! Thanks

LCS debt collection notice
I have been sent a debt collection notice for a contract which i do not have with ID mobile. I do not wish to share my personal details with then. I would like to discuss with ID mobile direct to solve this issue as I have never had and account with them. Can you contact me direct to discuss the matter. Thanks

5g eating more data!!
Hmmm was told that 5g would not use more data het apart from playing with 5g for 36 hours only got 4gb left out of the 25gb. Guess that will be unlimited data from now on? Can I change this after just having signed up for the app or will indeed to wait?

Upgraded to Sim Only, do my payments change automatically?
I have recently upgraded to a Sim only contract for £15 a month as my current contract ends on the 9th September. However my account still says that I need to pay my current contract price of £43.93 when I have already paid off that contract. Have I done something wrong or will it change automatically at the start of the month as I do not want to pay for something I don't need to.

SMS from Poland sent from the bank does not come.
Why are there no SMS from Poland sent from the bank? They were sent several times and not a single one came. I can't activate online banking.

switching my old number to my new phone
Hi i bought a phone last week I gave the pac code to transfer my old number to this phone but it hasn’t work every time I phone someone it comes up with my new number not my old one

PAC code transfer not worked
I was meant to have been transferred over yesterday according to the text i received from ID Mobile. it didn’t happen, do they text you every time you have been moved? it is very frustrating as i have reminders for appointments etc coming through and i worry they will be missed

if i was to leave id mobile would it cancel my PAC code
First I get the PAC code by texting 65075 and then I cancel iD mobile contract. Would cancelling my iD mobile contract cancel my PAC code and would I lose my number cuz of this?

Trying to transfer old number - request rejected
I keep getting the same error when I try to transfer my old number - The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID is: 3258281635080882922. Any ideas? I have tried it outside my iD account and in my new iD account but it doesn’t seem to like the link (https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/). I have the PAC from my old network ready to go.

Cannot Create Account as I have been a customer before
Hi, A year ago I was an account holder with ID Mobile. I have now returned and have my sim up and running. The application or Web will not allow me to create and account for my new sim as I have already used my email address for my old account. How can this be solved please? I dont have another email address (and wont create one just to solve this problem) Thanks

cant register on App with past details - phone number
Hi Iv recently re-joined ID mobile I'm well aware of the issues with the app where you can't use the same email address to login. I have another email address I can use but my problem is I am using the same mobile number as before and I am unable to register because its in the system! so, I can't use my old email address and now i also can't use my phone number. I have zero access to my account! Can anyone help? Thanks

Fraud or Direct Debit Cancelled by iD Mobile?
I received a text message: Your bank has notified us that your Direct Debit has been cancelled. You can set a new one up using the iD App or My Account. If there is a balance on your account and you don’t have an active Direct Debit with us, it could lead to missed payments and extra charges. - I did not cancel my Direct Debit.- It is visibly planned in my bank account for the next date, as usual.- There is enough money in my bank account- The text message came from the “iD” number, which sent me previously legit messages when abroad- I am in the UK- I am with iD since 2021, not a new customer, no changes made recently- There IS an option to set Direct Debit in my account and it seems like it is not set up(?) What happened? Is this a fraud or real message? How to check if my DD is still set up?

swapping from sim only to contract
I’m currently using a sim only contract and want to purchase a new phone with a different contract but still with ID. How do I make sure I keep my original number. It won’t let me use a PAC code on the car phone warehouse site as it recognises it from the same provider. The deal is not available directly from ID

Hi I applied my PAC number yesterday. I was advised that my number would migrate over today. I haven't has access to calls or messages since lunch time. Does anyone know how long this takes please. Thanks in advance.

i have a Santander account which told me to reset my credentials because it no longer recognised my mobile. I.think this was because I had a VPN installed on my phone. Santander sent me a 'one time passcode ' which I was notified about at the top of my screen , but this didn't show the number or 'COPY' like it normally does. So I had to go to SMS or my email address to view,so far so good but, when I go back to my Santander app it has reset and wantsto send me a new OTP. That's alright I'll use split screen. No the app doesn't allow split screen. This has given me an idea, to open Santander on-line not using the app.

Upgrade question!!!
Hello, I have been with ID for about 7 months now and last month, I got my upgrade offers which are actually quite good. I wouldn’t need to be credit checked I have been informed as the upgrade options are based on credit, payment history etc. which has already been determined hence the offers. Anyway, I have found a phone I want to get. It’s a good offer and I don’t want to miss it. My question is, if I go to my local curry’s store and do the upgrade there, will I be credit checked? I need the phone ASAP and cannot wait till Tuesday for delivery. Sorry if i have been rambling, just hard to get a straight answer, feels like I have been looking all day. Thank you in advance! Charged for data while in the UK
Hi, I was in Norfolk, near Sheringham last week and I was charged for data roaming while I was walking along the coast. I did get a text warning me but unfortunately didn’t actually read it until I had already used the data. I have a cap in place so its not too much money, but I would just like to know how this can happen when I haven’t left the country. I have seen that some other people have had this happen in the Cromer area, which is close to where I was. Is there some kind of issue specific to this area?
