Hi I joined the £6 a month unlimited calls and texts, first question. Am I in a contract for say 12 or 18 months etc or can i cancel anytime?2nd question is. I am using a £34.99 nokia phone not smart got from Argos, It seems to work perfectly and does with my sons Giffgaff 02 network based simcard but with the IDmobile simcard sometimes phonecalls that last over 15 minutes cut out. So i have ruled out the Nokia phone being the issue by testing with my sons giffgaff 02 network simcard and calls can last well forever and the 02 network in my area is actually lower signal by quite a bit than IDmobile which I believe is based on the three network.So why do phonecalls cut out and am i in a contract or not.Thanks for anyone who replies, I am partially sighted and can’t see to type properly anymore and often I need to get my Autistic son to type emails and things like this for me as I tell him what to say.Again thanks to anyone who has the answers.Susan.

HelloI took out a new id mobile plan today. Trying to input my OAC and details on the id Website but not working. Saying issue with the information I have submitted but there isn’t. Tried several time but still error. Anyone able to help ? Thanks

iD used to have a policy that customers who signed up before a certain date (20 June 2023 ?) were not subject to the the 30 Gb limit on roaming in the EU, then newly introduced.This policy was explicit, as was the fact that it would continue to apply, even if the plan was changed - as long as one had been a customer before that critical date.I can no longer find this information anywhere on the iD website. Can anyone help me with the following questions:Am I correct in asserting that the 30Gb limit should not apply to customers who signed up before a certain date? What is that critical date? Does anyone have a copy of the policy wording previously available on the iD website. Am I correct in believing that iD has now removed all mention of this policy from its website? Has iD been trying to enforce a 30Gb international roaming limit on other customers who should not be subject to such a limit?

I have been offered a sim upgrade with more internet, when I go through it wants to take funds from a credit card, I want to keep my old number and how do I know when the old account has been cancelled as it’s not at all clear as I don’t want to pay twice

So I set this sim up then checked the app just to go over everything and the app says my payment is the 26th of each month. I woke up on the 11th to find I've already been charged but my allowances a) haven't reset as it says they will when I pay my bill and b) are showing 15 days till they reset (15 days onto the 11th would be the 26th) 

Paid 2 payments on my bill and my data still isn't working, when I try ring, just sending me to customer care. Plz help. 

Growing tired of the dreadful data speeds and patchy coverage on iD.  For example, Speed test at home I get a pathetic 2 Mbps when it actually manages to connect all.  For reference on an Asda mobile SIM in the same phone I get 16.5.  Is there a definitive reason for this as apparently this area coverage is good?  Phone displays a 4G+ connection on the top bar. Postcode area S40 2DP  Handset Redmi Note 10 Pro

By mistake, I turned sim card off in settings in sim manager on my Samsung and now it won't turn sim card back on. I turned phone off and back on and now it wont recognise my sim cards mobile number and says unknown number now. My sim still works in another phone. I have also tried a different sim in my phone and it says unknown number too even though that sim also works in another phone. Please help!

My bill is wrong!! Contacted  ID and being ignored? Shocking customer service that has to rely on its customers to solve issue’s, appalling really!

I got an email reminding me to claim the reward by July the 30th yet never received anything I could claim. The person who referred me hasn't seen anything either. If you could let know where to find it?Thank you 

2 days ago I received a new phone, and sim. I sent the PAC code to ID, and the switched occured today for which I received confirmation through text. Following this, I have encountered a number of problems.On sending any texts (not imessage), I get an undelivered notification on every message, but the person I send it to advises they have received said message between 3 to 6 times (I only send it once, and it tells me undelivered).I am also not receiving verification messages. I tried to login to whatsapp, and on the verification call and text part, it does not arrive. Likewise, I can’t add my switched number to my iphone as I never receive the verification code. Therefore can’t receive texts or calls via my number (excluding icloud email).I’m going to give it a few days to try and resolve this issue, however the lack of customer service and these issues mean I think I will be returning the phone within the 14 day cooling off period.If anyone could offer

You advise Network Issues for SY21 7TL, this appears to have been on going for an excessive time as we never have consistent outdoor coverage. Seriously disappointed and will be checking other networks.What is the expected timescale for rectification?

EE have sent we a text I needed to respond to, but I get the above error when I try. The msg centre is correct.Other posts suggest it's incompatible with short codes. But iD need to get real an support this asap.

I have just been sent a roaming alert when I have had roaming switched off since the start of the trip - by ferry, so potentially expensive.  Has anyone else experienced this? Am I likely to be charged?

Hello,  I am now longer able to access my mobile ID account. When I input my phone number, surname, and DOB I get a message, 'Sorry, your details do not match our records' error. I’ve checked the inputs and repeatedly tried, getting no where. Your help is much appreciated.  Anna

I’ve just upgraded my phone to the iPhone 15, 128gb of storage, 50gb of data and unlimited called & texts. For some reason, it says I’m going to be charged £54.25 even though the price is £33.99 a month. The upfront cost was £99 which I paid today. Can someone help me with this please? My old plan was sim only and was £8 a month for 30GB of data and unlimited calls & texts. I’m very confused and quite concerned.

hi all…  I have tried logging into my account and keep getting logged out on both pc format and app…  I can’t seem to be able to get around it… so decided to try via a new registration… got the verivication code and input it and this came up… We can't authorize you because of an OAuth error.You didn't complete the approval process before it expired. Please try again.I would like to get this sorted asap as I will be working overseas and would like to access my account so I can question any billing issues should they arise…. Thanks Steve
