I can't find the services page on the id mobile app 

When I send a text, my phone acts as if it has successfully sent the message, but the recipient does not receive the message, and the number of texts in my allowance has not decreased. I can make phone calls, receive texts, receive calls, use internet as usual. The problem has only started since I have gone abroad (in the EU, where id mobile says texts/calls comes out of my allowance as usual). Does anyone know what the issue might be? Thanks.

I read in here that as long as your plan is going up in cost, it's okay then 30 days and it's SIM only, increasing the data limit is ok and simple.When I follow the steps and click on ”Change plan” it says there aren't any plans available at the moment.Why can't I upgrade?I'm currently on a 30Gb monthly and want to upgrade to unlimited.

Just moved over to ID this evening and looking to keep my old number by using the PAC code provided by o2. As I used a deal found through a third party site I understand there can sometimes be issues with the welcome email and it seems I have not received it, nor an invoice for my purchase. Because of this, I do not have a Transaction number which is required to get my old number back.From reading the forums it seems an ID employee may be able to help with this but the live chat doesn’t have the capabilities to provide the number.If there are any ID employees who are able to help with this issue and PM me with the details needed to get this number that would be much appreciated :)

I recently went to Dublin and despite all the roaming boxes ticked in my app and on my phone I had no data. This happened to my step daughter last year and when I rang ID they said there was something wrong their end and then checked a box and said it should be fine. I cannot ring ID anymore - so how can I check that my step daughter and I can roam with no problems when we go away.  secondly - I used to have my step daughters phone account on my app but now I cannot see it and cannot add a plan as she has a different number. How can I see her account to manage settings etc thanks  Cath Roberts

I’ve was approved a phone contract (with credit checks) and then returned it because I realised I ordered the wrong one then ordered a new one and got declined anyone know why?

I am on an unlimited contract in the UK. I have been in Spain for nearly 2 weeks using my roaming for the usual Facebook, WhatsApp emails etc. nothing excessive. I have had a message telling me I have used 80% of my cap limit but cannot find anything to tell me what I have exceeded beyond my 30gb fair usage allowance. Can anyone point me in the direction of this info cos my bill tells me I haven't used 1gb yet yet alone 30gb. Many thanks 

I'm having this issue repeatedly and it's getting frustrating. The calls don't connect, the data doesn't work, I can't receive calls all when this ! Is showing. It's not isolated to certain areas and it's driving me nuts. I've tried removing the SIM, restarting the phone and still no joy. What's the point of having a phone with signal is I can't connect to the network. This has been happening more and more in the last few months and I'm seriously thinking of biting the bullet and leaving ID because of it. I drive for a living and need to be able to use my phone on the move. I can understand not having signal but it is clearly showing a signal, I just can't use it l.Anyone else had this and found a solution?

Over the last few weeks mobile reception on my Samsung A22 and my wife’s A12 has become very poor. Our postcode area is SS12 9LJ. Is anybody else experiencing this or can give a reason for it?

Where do I obtain the qr code to activate an Esim? 

I am currently abroad in Greece , I have 500gb of data a month and have set a bill cap at £5. Therefore does this mean I can use my data as I normally would and as long as I don’t use 500gb I should not get charged more?Thank you

Now that the App allows me to access it I cant see the proper information. My monthly update took place on 19th April. My dated topped up correctly although no mention of my rollover. My Text and Minutes are still the same as they were before the 19th. Either I have not received the monthly top up or the website and app are not displaying the information. Either way its wrong.Can someone please look into this and let me know by return what is going on. I have been with ID Mobile since 2018. I wont be much longer if this does not get addressed.

Good morning.I received an email to say that I should use my refer a friend vouchers by 30th July and so did the friend I referred. We should be awarded £15 each and we have both received the emails accepting the referral with the “claim your reward” link.However when I try to log in to claim it, I go round in a loop and cannot get anywhere on this page.https://www.idmobile.co.uk/refer-a-friend-rewardI have contacted Aklamio as suggested on your the site and their reply seems to say that they only took over the scheme in May this year and were not able to help.Please could you advise?Thanks,Jeremy.

Recently joined ID mobile - when I’m using internet/wifi I can call, iMessage and use Facebook etc, but I can’t sent standard text messages. when I’m outside of internet I can use Facebook, iMessage but cannot call or text. My phone says I have 3G/4g and sometimes even 5g in the locations but yet won’t sent standard texts and also can’t call which means I would be stuck in an emergency.  help please otherwise I will be forced to cancel as what’s the point in a phone if you can’t call or text ! 

Hi, I have just upgraded my handset and contract from an iPhone to 13 to 15. I had to activate my eSIM on my old phone as it arrived before the new phone  and the old phone stopped having network. I have now received my new phone but the esim won’t transfer - it states the sim in your old iPhone does not support eSIM transfer. I have also tried using the original QR code but this no longer works. What should I do next please? Thanks

This inability to add a mobile number to my account is driving me insane! Kash email me back on my account email address please rather than on this crappy community page. Since ID mobile changed the app to the new one, things don’t work properly, and I am forced to reach out to customer service every month, since I am a PAYG customer. The balance information is not correct, whatever I see on my account is not the same what the ID Mobile staff see on their end. Last month I tried to top-up my account and purchase a 15GB bundle, and was unable to do that on the app and via browser access. I had to contact the customer service to get them to apply the bundle to my account. After they have done it I was still unable to see that on my account and my balance was showing £14.99. Now that my bundle expired, I went to top up again (manual process atm because the recurring bundles are not available on the new app) and I can see that the payment went through on my bank statement, and I received text message saying the same, but my account still doesn’t show it!! Which means I also cannot purchase the bundle because the account doesn’t recognis

Hi I'm trying to transfer my number from giffgaff to ID. I got a the ID contract but had a month of minutes to use so kept my number on giffgaff. Now I'm ready to switch, I got the pac code and used it on the site area but it said there is something wrong with the information I'm providing. Can you help me with this? 

My phone was stolen months ago. Haven't cancelled but need to now. How do I do this? How do I pay the outstanding balance?

I have been an id customer for a few years, but lately I have been gradually suffering from no 4g mobile data and broken voice calls around the Mount's Bay area where I live and work. In Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole I cannot get 4g and I have to turn it off and go back to 3g or H+ to get data when the exclamation mark shows on my signal bars icon.My calls are also generally poor.I also get 4g data in Falmouth, but it's slow when compared to the 3g in Penzance.I had an old motorola phone when I started getting problems, so I've bought a new 5g one and it's no better, in fact I'd almost say it's worse.I have a friend on 3 network with a Samsung, and she struggles with broken calls and data issues too, while in Falmouth, so this isn't phone related.If this continues, I will have to leave the network and take my mum and daughter too. Can anything be done please?
