Hello, i had a message in August confirming that I am eligible for a referral reward (curry’s voucher) and that another email would be sent following two successful bill payments. I am now paying my third bill but have not received another email. I have checked the junk folder just in case but there is nothing. My friend you referred me has also not received a voucher yet

I never had any issues with this, but since yesterday, even if I did not do any changes to my ID account, I stopped receiving those short messages with authentication codes. I am operating a Dual SIM Samsung, both SIMs are active, checked the settings. Please help me. Thank you

Hello there, given whatsapp has discontinued supporting my old phone because android is too old, I got hold of a Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini for the time being; it seems I can’t get registered on iD mobile network, though… The model is not in the “SIM compatible” list but neither was any of my older mobiles. Is there anything I can do or it is only : chnge phone get a SiM that is compatible Thanks and best regards

I’ve switched to ID Mobile but keep my old number. Which SIM card do I use? The ID Mobile sim or my old provider SIM card?

Is a PAC code needed when transferring from an ID monthly plan to a ID pay as you go plan? And how do I do it? My 24 month contract ends on 22 Nov and I need to know if I i) need to cancel it now, so I’m not charged any extra ii) need to request a PAC code, as I want to keep my number regardless if I stay or leave ID after the 22 Nov

Hey, To give some context, 5G and 4G both work on my phone with ID. 5G works flawlessly near the 5G tower, and intermittently from my desk. When the phone does connect to 5G from my desk (not exactly sure what prompts it to make that connection) - I get speeds of ~480mbps, which is much better than 4G’s ~10-20mpbs. I’d like to figure a way to force this 5G connection to happen - even if it means I can’t connect to 4G when there’s no 5G available. I’ve tried setting ‘NR Only’ in the service menu of the Pixel, as well as changing my preferred network types in my SIM settings to 5G. At the moment, 5G still only connects (4-5 bars) once in a blue moon and for only a few minutes when I’m at my desk. I don’t seem to have the 5G/LTE Debugging option which allows you to completely disable LTE either. My last and undesired option is rooting the phone to use a slightly dodgy looking app that promises it can force 5G - want to avoid this if possible though! P.s. Battery saver / ANY adaptive battery or connectivity settings are all off. Any advice or help is much appreciated!J

Hello. Just bought a SIM only contract from ID Mobile but cannot get my old number transferred over, I have a PAC code from EE but when I enter all the info, old number, new number, PAC code, name and transaction number, into the ID Mobile online site, “Switch to ID Mobile” it always comes up as “Something went wrong!”. Is there any other way of getting my old number registered? Thanks for looking. John

Had to get a new phone because of the switch to Volte. But can’t find my messages icon or any of my messages. Put Sim back in the old phone , messages still there as well as Icon. New phone is Samsung Galaxy AO4e, any one know what’s happening?

Recently got a new plan through iD for a deal that wasn't available for me as an upgrade or anywhere on the iD site as it was on carphone warehouse. I have an existing iD contract, is it possible to keep that number or do I need the new one now?

I've been having trouble when i text people. My number got transferred over a couple of days ago but when i text,its coming up as the number i got with the sim and not my transferred number? Yes my number does show up on my phone and on my sim. I spoke to chat but they weren't no help. I was told to remove the sim etc, Reset to default access point names,i even changed the messages app but it didnt help. Ive just spent about 2+ hrs resetting the phone to nothing and that appears to have worked for now. What is the issue if it happens again without me having to reset the phone from scratch? I've gone from a network that had great telephone support to a network with no telephone support and a live chat that dont know much apart from telling me to wait 48hrs.

My contract ends on the 1st Dec. I’d like to change to a SIM only deal but when I click on “Change my plan”, under “Choose a new plan from the list below” I’m only offered one plan: Data: Unlimited Data Texts: Unlimited Texts Minutes: Unlimited Min Monthly cost: £29.99 I’d prefer to switch to a SIM only plan, probably the £7 one for 20Gb. Why can’t I choose the plan I want?

Text confirmed number changed, but my phone is showing new number and won’t change back to original number, I’ve tried to manually override it but doesn’t save and just goes back to the new number?

I used a PAC to port my old number. It says it has worked and my old phone now has no SIM and this one does, but the number hasn't changed. I can't get onto my WhatsApp from my old number and I don't want to have a different number. What has happened?
