Can't get through to an advisor, sim car not registered on the network and cant access the online account. My husband is trying to use his new sim card, but its saying not registered on network, we cant get an online account because we need a pin sent by text to the number. What are we meant to do? Ive been trying now for 2 hours to speak to a chat advisor, and have got cut off 4 times. We are not sure if the bill has been paid or not, and if it hasn't we want to sort it out. No direct debit has been taken, but also no reminder letter or emails have been received either. He had this contract alongside another one, and we were told when the other contract ended , this one would just take over from it, were not sure if this has happened. Can someone please help us on this isuue, we just need to speak to someone to get this sorted out!
