Why is my mothy bill around the same price EVEN THOUGH my contract has ended: and mobile has been FULLY paid off, YET, no reduction = rip off???
Genuine question and NOT trolling: Title states it clearly, we purchased mobile for our daughter, a 0% 3 year contract, yet, did not expect to be paying around the same price pcm once contract had ended and handset HAD FULLY BEEN PAID OFF - as per contract, why the same price then?? There is simply NO excuse to why this is practiced, it is a blatant rip off and theft in my/our eyes, as we are still paying for the handset, therefore, you are willingly taking money off us under false pretences, not good, not good at all!!!!! Please let me hear your excuses….

choosing a switch over date for my number
I’ve received my id sim but cannot end my present contract for another 14 days or I will get charged. When I go to fill in switch over it doesn’t give me option to pick a date so do I just hold onto the sim till nearer the date? Thanks

Unable to view bills using the android app
I’m not able to view my bills when using the Android ID mobile app, when I click to view a bill it tells me I need to give the app permission to access the storage but there is no storage permission when I go to the app permissions under settings. I have a Motorola razr 40 running Android version 13, not sure if this version of Android has some issues with not displaying all the permissions as my previous phone, a Samsung S21, didn’t have this issue and showed all the permissions. Does anyone know how I might go about fixing this issue as I have 2 bills for August and would like to see why? Here is a screenshot of the message I get followed by the app permission settings.

Refer a Friend Not Working
I have just wasted 1.5 hours trying to resolve issue with refer-a-friend using the online chat and i am going crazy. I referred my mum who signed up via link, she joined id and received an email to click a link to submit account number for refer-a-friend Clicking this link goes to the original refer a friend page where you enter email to start refer a friend process AND NOT a page to enter account number. Can someone please help

Bringing transfer of old number forward
Is there a means of bringing forward the date my old number is ported to ID? When I purchased the contract I selected 15th August 2023, not realising the phone would be delivered next day.

Gmail Emails not being received or sent
Hi Just a quick post as I cannot find help via a Google search. Whilst on the mobile data for ID Mobile, I am not able to send or receive emails via Gmail. I am having to switch to my other SIM cards mobile data to send and receive. This is not ideal. Any ideas on what can be the issue? I've noticed it's not only Gmail, however Gmail is my more important one to sort out. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Port switch done and I cannot receive calls or Texts
I switched from Plusnet to ID with my exisiting mobile number . The port switch was carried out yesterday. Since then I cannot receive calls or texts. I can call out and send texts. Should you call me it will got straight to the previous newtworks provider. My phone is showing the correct telephone number. I have reset networks I have reset the phone HELP PLEASE

SIM is not working
Hello, I just moved from Three to Id mobile. I wanted to hold my old number, therefore I followed all the steps, and yesterday morning my old SIM lost the signal ( never had any issues, I assumed that the process of transferring my old number to ID has started). I removed the old SIM that I had from three, and inserted the new SIM from ID. At this point this is the second day when none of the SIM are working. When I insert them in the phone, it says ‘No SIM card’. I did try with other SIM just to see if there is any issues with my phone, and they are working fine (I tried with O2, GiffGaff).

Hi, I ordered a SIM on Tuesday, got an order complete email same day, does that mean its shipped? Travelling abroad next week, would ideally like to transfer number over, but am reluctant if SIM might not arrive by Saturday. Last chance to do number transfer is today 5:30. Port has not completed and can't register?
Hi, I’m new customer, or I’m supposed to be. Phone should have ported from PlusNet yesterday but hasn’t. I’ve got all of my information (Service pin, account, ID mobile no, Pin etc) but it doesn’t recognise my email address (even though they are using it to send me stuff through), either phone number or password to let me set up an account and when I try to register, the security code doesn’t come through to either my Plusnet or ID sim. i have a signal through ID. Tried help chat but permanently unavailable. How am I supposed to resolve any of this. How hard do they want to make it to be new customer?? Any humans who can help tell me what I’m supposed to do next please

how long for old number to port?
Gave PAC number at time of ordering SIM. My old SIM is no longer active and my new iD SIM is on a new number. How long until this changes to my old number. I’m a little bit stressed as I thought it would be pretty much instant and I need my old number for work. Anybody calling me today is being told my number doesn’t exist! Thanks, Lauren

cant make an account
hi ive tried 10 times to try and make an account . i put my correct email address .. then add a password . date birth etc, and id mobile number , it wont let me make an account , ive tried putting my email address in dob and clicked forgot password and it still says details are incorrect . i only managed to join this community by letting ID have my facebook settings . any help most appreciated .

It has been brought to my attention that my number is not receiving calls but I am able to make them, and I am able to receive texts but not send them, could someone advise. Thank you.

old number not ported over
I joined id and requested my old number be ported over, sent id the pac code and chose 07/08/23 as the transfer date. When I call anyone it is the new number showing not the old one. Any help appreciated as I am expecting calls and they cant get through

number not transferred correctly
I have followed your instructions to change the number in settings but it simple doesn’t allow me to save. Both my previous number I chose to carry over is connecting when people try to call me although, when I call them it displays a new number the one I cannot amend in phone. Again, I have followed all the instructions provided and getting quite frustrated as cannot seem to contact you bia phone. Pls assist asap. Thanks Daisy

Hello, I'm locked out of my account and unable to amend or cancel my monthly payments because my card information has changed. This is VERY significant because if I can't access my account, my credit score will start to rise. I have used all of your suggestions:I receive id mobile emails, so I know I'm using the right email.Accessed every possible username and password combinationMy last name, birthdate, and phone number are all entered correctly when I try to reset my password, yet the message "sorry something isn't quite right" still appears.I need assistance logging into my account, otherwise this will be a major issue. Is there a method for me to verify my identity? I would ideally like to cancel now. EDIT: I JUST SUCCESFULLY RESET MY PASSWORD AND IT’S STILL SAYING I HAVE THE WRONG PASSWORD!
