My number is incorrect on my mobile app

I have recently applied via carphone warehouse for a phone with id mobile network, but was refused due to failing id mobile credit check. I have a score of 999 out of 999 with the two leading agencies, and classed as excellent rating. Experian suggested I speak to id mobile and tell them to do a manual check as there is no reason to be refused. I have tried but cannot get anyone to speak to me, the one person I spoke to via online chat flatly refused to put me though to anyone senior. What makes it even more ridiculous is I already have a sim only plan with id mobile. Can anyone suggest how I get to actually speak to someone who will listen and help?

I purchased sim online, but didn't receive the sim. I couldn't figure out how to get a replacement so went to curry's and got a new sim there.  Now I have registered on the ID app, but can't figure out how to get a tel number or attach it to my account?  Please help.  Thanks

No connection since 28th June. If not remedied in a few days I will be looking elsewhere.

Hi, my plan is 7£ and I got charged 8£ 

I have recently arrived in France and haven't been able to use roaming. I have roaming turned on, and it shows as though it is connected, but I am unable to access anything which requires Internet unless I'm using WiFi.I have since been to Italy and Monaco and received the iD text saying I can "roam like at home" but I still cannot use roaming.Others who are with me and use iD (all android) can use roaming just fine.Having searched the topic, I reset my network settings, restarted my phone, tried to manually input the correct APN settings for iD, and tried to manually select a service provider but none have worked. The only thing I haven't been able to try is take my sim card out, however I don't believe this to be an issue since data works just fine at home.Is there anything I can do about this? 

A couple of weeks ago, someone I text regularly stopped receiving my texts. They show as "sent" on my phone and the message details give a timestamp of when they were sent.  I can receive theirs OK and they can receive them from other people on other networks.  Any ideas whether it'd be my end or theirs? As I say, they receive texts OK from others (who are with Vodafone, for example). They're with Lyca. 

Hi I am wondering if there are aim PAYG SIMS I can use without having to unlock my phone, is ID mobile under a major sim provider? we are due to travel to USA and will have a need to use data 

I received a notification from my bank informing me my direct debit for this month for ID mobile will be £45 more than normal. I checked my bill and I have been charged for data roaming.I discussed this via an online chat and was asked if I had been out of the country on a specific date. I had not. I have not left the country for approximately 8 months. On the date in question I was at the beach. I didn't even go in the sea. The advice given to me is that I should put my phone in flight mode whilst at the beach?!? Having checked ID mobile website I can find nowhere that they advise this! I don't think I should be charged £45 extra for simply taking a walk on the seafront with my family!Regardless of whether it's to do with satellites passing or whatever, that's not my problem as far I'm concerned.

New SIM only account - ported number.Had to enter the initial SIM number to create an online account.Number has now ported - and I now have a different number in my online account to the actual number of my mobile phone.Will this be a problem?

I have tried all the suggested ways to port my number, I’ve waited over a weekend but I am still not able to use my iD mobile number. It has NOT ported! PLEASE HELP - I run my business from my phone!

Hi, I have the Zte mce888 router and what seems like a simple problem. I am using id mobile sim card and the performance is great, I get nearly 500 down and over 100 up. This is connected at 5g, but often after a while it switches to 4g and speeds reduce. If I restart the router I get 5g again. When I used a Lebara sim card it always stayed on 5g.How can I make it stay on 5g with the id mobile sim card?Thanks 

I have cancelled my  contract with Id but need to pay a final bill. I have the same number now with the Vodaphone network. Had a final demand notice but as it’s impossible being able to talk to anyone at ID and I am struggling to pay final amount. 

I am trying to port my o2 number to a ID phone sim that I've had for 2 years. It wont except the transaction number I put in.Is there a way of contacting a human being to do this.?

HiI’ve got a new 24 month contract with idMobile and received the eSim earlier with a new number which I’m using on a new phone. I have a number on an old phone with a rolling one month contract with idMobile that I’d like to use on the new phone.I want to transfer that old number to my new contract but can’t see a way to do it (There is no ‘Welcome to IdMobile’ email when I ordered the eSim which I seem to need on the ‘Switch to idMobile’ page … of course, I’m with idMobile already so that’s likely why I haven’t received it). Ideally I’d also like to transfer the current eSim number to the old phone to let my daughter use it as her first phone but I’m aware need to order another physical sim to do that and cancel the monthly contract. Main thing is somehow getting my old number working on the new phone. 

I am having issues with sending texts using my iPhone since switching to ID mobile. My text messages appear as 'not delivered' but still are received by the other person.This all started from switching from vodaphone to ID mobile and wanting to keep the same phone number. My calls are also saying use last line when I make an outgoing call , I’ve tried a network reset but the id phone number they gave me is still showing as my number in setting but I have requested my past number . 

Goy charged an extra £3 and didn't go over my bill what would that have been for they haven't stated why in any emails or anything

I sent a message saying INFO with my date of birth on Sat 29th June and it came back saying my final bill will be £40.01. Did it again on Thursday 5th July and it is saying my final bill will be £71.50.I took out a 24 month contract on 31st July 2022 so I am at the end of my contract but why has my final bill gone up in price when I expected to pay £40.01 for my last month with ID.

Just been to spain and unable to yse my phone abrosd for texts and calls 

I have Galaxy A54 5G.  Over the last 24 hours, I am not able to make any phone calls as a message comes up saying “”Not registered on Network”.  I am unable to access my online banking, as the 6 digit number for verification does not work.I need 24 hour access to my phone as I am a diabetic with unstable blood sugars, and I need  to be able to call my family if I have a Hypo.

Hi my contract is due for an upgrade on 06/07 if I cancel it what do I have to pay a did I upgrade to a new one what happens with the old one ?

Hi everyone. I have just joined ID mobile. Requested the PAC, completed the request online for today, downloaded the app, and joine this community. Fingers crossed I will receive the text and change by this evening but will this change happen in APP as well, or do I have to re-register both with ID and the community? Many thanks!

I am visiting America next week. Is they a way I can pay a one of payment to be able to use unlimited internet while I'm out there?
