I am a new customer and I will now be abroad when my transfer is due to happen. will this still go ahead or do I have to be in the uk for this to happen?thanks.

I brought a phone in Currys last week but returned it the next day, today I have got charged for a simcard and phone which I don't have 

My bill states £65 uk fees but I have only got a £10 contract and upgraded to 500mb for £2.50

I have an Honor Magic V2 Fold and I’m due to go to Spain. I’ve purchased a local eSim and the Honor will not recognise it as an eSim and allow it to install. I’ve had no issues connecting to my iPhone 15 Pro.

I have ordered a SIM and need to retain my number, I have my PAC code, but do not have the new SIM and ID mobile number. The question is do I need to wait until I receive the new SIM and mobile number before I start the process to port my existing number? 

I stated at the outset I must keep my old number, but ID have sent me a new one anyway.  I have a PAC from 02, but your system will not accept it.  I have had to use the new number to sign up here.  Losing my old number would be a disaster.  What do I do?JN 

I’ve switched to iD today and can’t make or receive calls, live chat not working and no apparent way of contacting iD for support or advice! How the hell do u contact them to resolve issues!

Hello, I have signed up via MSE. Esim activated and working but no welcome email received and no transaction number received. Also, Live chat and bots that are available 24/7 have not been available for hours.

Our SIM is in a WiFi router in a caravan, so we don't know the number and I think we need to upgrade our data. Can anyone help?

Don't have any signal cf63 1db, not mobile data or phone/text. Have to go about 5 mins walk for one, had no issues with smarty, which users 3 as does id. 

Hi,   I recently transferred to ID Mobile but since then I'm unable to receive calls from my other phone number. This number is on the same network I transferred my number from. I can make calls to this number from. My ID mobile phone and send and receive text messages from it.  The number I can't receive calls from is able to call other numbers.    I spoke to provider I transferred from and they done a SIM refresh but it didn't make a difference and then advised I contact ID Mobile which I have done but was told they would look into it as unsure why having this issue with 1 number only.   I have checked and number isn't blocked I just get a beep noise when trying calling l.    Any advise appreciated 

Since porting my number across to ID, I’ve had several of my contacts say they can no longer call or text me with the number that is saved in their phone. It’s as if it’s blocked for them. I can still call and send texts, and am also receiving them from others, it seems to be a random selection of contacts that this is happening to. Any idea what is going on? 

Hi, I recently joined id mobile and have discovered this weekend that I can't get any 4g connection in EH45 postcode area where I spend a great deal of time. I have followed all steps advised online about resetting the connection however when attempting to connect to the id 4g network it says 'unavailable'. Thanks

I am worried about roaming charges- I am in Spain and I read that you need to switch on roaming in your ID app but I can’t get access to the app only my online account is accessible but it doesn’t have the ability to switch on ‘roaming’ I have no idea what is going on - I am using my phone without WiFi as there isn’t any where I’m staying- I’m worried 

Just joined idmobile and imported my old number.Phone works fine but SIM Manager shows "No SIM Card" in slot 1. Tried card in slot 2 with same result! Details in About Phone show correct Phone number.

Hey!So I have a question. I usually UK resident, but I am happened to travel to see friends and fam.My question is I want to join ID mobile as your roaming allowance is lush. I was hoping to get eSim and get it activated in Estonia. I have spoken to Agent 'Siyasanda' , who replied back to“I am planning to join Id Mobile but I am currently away on holidays, If I purchase one of your eSim would it let me activate it whilst I am travelling in EU? I am back to UK in July.”This:  “Yes, you can activate your sim card even if you are abroad or while travelling. So I now have a conflicting information. As I have read a thread here to say it is impossible, but your webchat rep said it seemed to be fine. Can somebody please clarify this for me as if I am gonna commit to a full credit check least I want to be able to use the service. Kind regards, G.

I went to America and got charged 54£ for 151mb making my total bill 130 pound.

I have taken delivery of a ID mobile sim card to use in my car charger, rather than a mobile phone.  I’m trying to set up the app and get to the part that a code has been sent to my new ID mobile number via text.  But I don’t have the card in a phone so can’t receive the text - how do I get round this?  Thanks

Problems started when for some unknown reason ID did not claim my Direct Debit, even though it had been set for months and there was money in the account. No notification to say the direct debit had cancelled. Received about 4 notifications telling me my account had been suspended though until immediate payment. Tried to dial the number given on the messages to make payment but of course they had suspended the phone so couldn't. Made the payment online. Went to try and contact their customer services to try and understand what has happened. After 3 attempts waiting on the live chat, I was cut off each time. Over 2 hours wait time estimated. Lovely service. Finally.... now my bill is upto date. I cannot make outbound calls without it taking me to the id bills service automated message that simply informs me my account is up to date and cuts off. Thought I would leave it overnight to see if any resets. Nothing. Tried to restart phone. Nothing. Airplane mode on and off no

Hi just moved over to ID network no problems with it at all compared to others. I listen to radio via streaming, with O2 the app Absolute Chillout worked with no problems at all. Since moving to ID it's stopped working no setting have been changed. I removed the app still same problem when reinstalled.Can anyone help missing absolute chillout big time 

I put my PAC code in when purchasing my new handset/ contact which got declined for some reason. Then I went through the process of purchasing it again but wasn’t asked for the PAC code. Will it still go through and change my numbers over?
