How to access my account? I cannot access my account anymore. According to the bill charges received in my email, this (the email) is good. The last name and/or DoB must be wrong in my ID Mobile account, and without accessing it I cannot change them. Or maybe they’re correct, I have no idea as I don’t remember last time I’ve logged in. I cannot even delete my ID from the app so I can make a new account. An “Ooops “ message appears every time I try to. Furthermore, I’ve waited 60 minutes for chat support, only to be offered a survey after that hour, and not a human operator. There is no contact phone number or email support to help customer. In a nutshell, ID mobile is a joke...but that another topic already. So, can someone really working for ID look into this and fix it? PS I’ve tried the instructions sent to the ot
