Hi, I have two ID mobile accounts. The first one I purchased is recognised in the app. However, the second account is not recognised, and I constantly get the "Sorry your details do not match our records" error message . I have checked the information that I have inputted many times. However, keep getting the same error message. I have looked at the chat forum and can see others have had this same problem. However, I cannot seem to resolve this issue. Please can any one help or advise? Thanks.

Yesterday I lost phone signal and wi fi ?!?!? Just want to speak to someone to resolve and getting nowhere?!?

I’ve cancelled my phone number on ID and it will be deleted once 30 days are up i have 11 days till the number is deleted. I am still getting charged for the number, would i get refunded the money because we cancelled it, so far we’ve paid 1 bill close to a 2nd.

My Postcode area is SY1 Shrewsbury. I don’t know how to check if there is an outage. I’m a new customer, also.

Since changing to iD in Dec 2023 I have been unable to guarantee being able to either make or receive calls. I have a new iPhone 14 which is not the problem. When trying to make a call the coverage bars often disappear and I have to wander about to gain coverage, despite there being no registered problem with iD when I checked. The calls often do not register and when I am able to connect the call often is dropped. In addition the quality of the connection is very poor. As well as problems making calls frequently hear that family have been unable to reach me as their calls have not connected or just rung out yet there is no record of the call on my phone.I am in my 70s and need a reliable service. This cannot be right! This service isn’t fit for purpose and would like to be released from my contract without penalty. How can I contact iD    

My husband and I are both with ID and neither of us can make or receive calls. Whenever we do the person on the other end can't hear us. The person on the other line can be heard absolutely fine but they can't hear anything from either of us dialing off an ID phone. I have complained about this already and my husband was sent a new SIM ( I was promised we would both receive new Sims which didn't happen). There has been absolutely no improvement since my complaint and my husbands new SIM has made no difference whatsoever. Both of our phones have been rendered unusable and there seems to be no sensible solution.Why am I paying a monthly charge for two phones that don't function as phones?!  I have just lost my Grandma and it is currently impossible to phone Grandad to check in on him. The advice I have been given by ID hasn't fixed the issue and I cannot believe I am paying for a serious lack of service not to mention the fact it is impossible to actually s

Whenever I use live chat portal I have to get past the bot first and this involves me asking lots of questions - just trying to get to a live operator and over to a human. Does anybody know any key phrase to get through to live operator ? 

I am using a sim in my MiFi with unlimited data but struggling to get any data? What am I doing wrong?

I know this is an often asked question, but none of the other answers are suitable. Here’s why:The sim is for my car and the car does not have a way of reporting the number. The sim is Micro, but my phone is nano, and I don’t want to snap the adapter off to put it in my phone. I can’t make calls or SMS from my car None of my emails from ID have the number in full. my first bill just has the last four digitsSo, I’m hoping I can just email them somewhere and have them tell me, but I’d like a clue as to what information they will need, just my account number or the barcode from the sim credit card???

I have been an ID customer for a few years, I set up a new contract, with a new phone for myself and had planned to keep my pay monthly sim and phone for my daughter. When I put the new sim in to the new phone it automatically assigned the mobile number on my account during activation, making my old sim obsolete.  My account only shows the sim only plan and not the new monthly plan.  I don’t know how to split the plans or cancel the sim only so that my new monthly plan can be viewed.My old sim is now not recognized and I’m lost at what to do. I’ve replaced my physical SIM with an eSIM on my iPhone 15. I cut and pasted the carrier instructions from ID to manually add the eSIM. I’m now a bit baffled by the iPhone settings which I’ve had to play around with to get the eSIM to work. I’m asking a similar question to one others have asked about my upgraded account. I’ve just had an upgrade from a SIM only to a phone plus data deal. I was offered an unlimited data loyalty, but my plan only shows 10GB data and there is no indication of anything on the “View Add-ons”. Please could you confirm that I do have unlimited data?

When I try to port to I’d it keeps saying details not matching what I’d hold ,but have checked but still won’t port 

I arranged for my old phone number to be switched to my new phone by registering my PAC code but on the day it was scheduled to happen I was overseas. I’m back in the UK now but my number has not been switched yet. Do I need to do something to make this happen?

Hi AllI'm looking at getting the imoo watch for my son. But it needs a SIM card. The website said O2, Vodafone and 3 work but doesn't list specifically ones that don't work.Is there a way to trial ID mobile? Can I just put my own SIM in to see if it works? Should I get a pay as you go? See if that works? Or do I just have to go somewhere else?Thanks!

My SIM card is not detected on my Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra.I have tried to switch it on-off but to no avail. Somebody told me to get the IMEI then it can be sorted but I checked “about my phone”, IMEI is not known.What do I do now?Thank you.

I need to cancel my new contract?

I purchased a SIM/set up a direct debit a couple days ago on the basis that the coverage checker says there are no problems and full signal at my address - but I can’t even receive texts or load anything on the internet indoors in my house or on the streets nearby so this network is basically unusable for me.I want to cancel before I’m charged anything but I can’t log into the account anywhere or speak to anyone so unsure what to do - could someone from iD private message me to help?

Hi, I'm a newbie here and would be very grateful for some help, as im not that tech savvie. I'm just about to buy a Samsung laptop with 5g connectivity and was looking online at some set up instructions (not ID's, but it was all I could find). It seems to require an unlocked sim, but mine is locked on a contract. Does this mean I won't be able to use connectivity to the network on my laptop?Thanks very much.

I have a Samsung s20 fe and am having problems with text messages. Without going into too much   is one particular number which is receiving my messages but my sim card seems to be blocking any responses from that number. I have spoken to the recipient and gone through all the various settings on my phone but it still won't accept a.response. Any ideas how to resolve this?. I can't seem to find a number for technical help from ID

When I try to log in to the new app it asks for my email, I input my email abd it asks for my password.  I input my password and it takes me back to the email page. There are no other options on these pages.

I am now considering leaving, I requested a new replacement sim over a week ago which you say has been sent , however this has never been received, I have chased this up already with you via way of live chat and it’s still not arrived, my son is now expected to go on holiday for the next 10 days without a SIM card in his phone that is used for a medical device, so the medical phone will now not work without a SIM card/data plan, this is extremely dangerous and unacceptable I am very dissapointed in the service provided

Samsung have not fulfilled their cashback reward after purchasing a new handset. The window for payment, as stated in their own T&Cs, has long since expired and 'track your reward" has just frozen on "processing". Emails and calls to Samsung have been fruitless. The ASA and Trading Standards are now involved. Anyone else having this kind of problem?
