I am getting constant calls, texts, even whatsapp messages all asking who I am and why I called them. And when I say constant I don’t mean it lightly. While writing this I got about twenty more.I greatly suspect my number has been spoofed by a scammer, and am lost on what to do.

  I am told that my order is delayed and is not being delivered till 19/09/2025 but I am also told it’s being delivered on Wednesday?! I have no idea what’s correct and what’s not! please advise

However, over the past few weeks I have experienced recurring issues with signal loss. The only way to restore connection is by restarting my phone, which has become increasingly disruptive. This problem occurs frequently during my working hours while I am out completing deliveries, where reliable service is essential. The repeated interruptions are not only inconvenient but are also beginning to negatively impact my work. Given the amount I am paying each month for my plan, I do not feel I am receiving the level of service I am entitled to. This is very disappointing, and I would appreciate this matter being investigated and resolved as a priority. Hello, so I’m aware ID no longer lock their phones to the network but my iPhone 16pro and new iPhone 17pro will not accept any other sim card apart from ID mobile and 3, any ideas why this would be happening? 

Iam still within my cooling off period and trying to cancel, terrible network quality and data speeds. But they want to charge me termination fees. Ridiculous. The customer service team is definitely not in UK and seems like everytime i heard an african accent and the whole floor can be heard through whoever is speaking and they dont seem to understand..Will have to pursue this probably through Ombudsman as the contreact papers and what iam being told is different

If I would buy the plan let say 12 month with term of condition 3 months half price and after then normal price. If I change my mind in 30-60 days and I make the decision to stop the plan, it’s can be anytime stop the plan or not?and if stop the plan, I am still have a charge fee like early termination fee or not?

I have pre-ordered the iPhone 17 Pro and I’m sure the expected delivery date was around early October but I have not had any confirmation email to tell me exactly what the date was. The only email I received was an “Your order is now being processed” email and I was told to expect a confirmation within 24 hours, which I have not received. It has gave me a reference number but when I asked customer support if my order was there they could not find it. However, they had to use my name and address as they could not look up my order with the reference number.I’ve also not been charged for anything yet and was wondering if my order has actually gone through and I will be charged and get sent an email once stock has arrived. Don’t want to go buying another phone when this order has actually went through and I just have to wait for stock.

I have a contract with ID mobile and a physical SIM card but would like to add an esim to the phone from another provider when travelling outside the EU. Am I able to do this or is the phone completely locked into ID mobile?

Hi ID Team, I recently moved one of my 4 family simms from another provider to ID mobile and waited for 2 months to see if the coverage was good before moving anymore, Today I tried to move another simm over and was advised that I failed the credit check what a load of tosh I can have 30k loan from my bank but not a £8 Simm from you. If this is how you treat new customers I won’t be renewing after 12 months very poor customer experience. 

I have 3 numbers with ID Mobile.2 numbers paid £35 for 20GB data for 10 days for Turkey.One number is fine.Another number no data when leave hotel, can't WhatsApp, internet, no bank, nothing. iPhone, she's turned on data roaming, all works in WiFi.ID Mobile instructions are incorrect: Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.Tap ‘Plan’.Scroll down.Tap ‘Manage your iD services’.Enable the ‘Roaming’ & ‘International’ toggles. There is nothing that says Manage your ID services.

Hi ID mobile. Yesterday I added a roaming bundle to my account as I am abroad. However I have 2 sims with you, one for me and one for my daughters. I accidently added the bundle to her sim (and she isn't travelling with me) I have then added the bundle correctly to my sim.  Please can I request a refund of the £20 bundle i added to her sim and just retain the bundle on my sim. I have paid £20 for the bundle I need I dont really want to pay the additional £20 for a roaming bundle for someone not travelling.  Totally appreciate this is my error but would appreciate your help

Hi,New to ID and not overly impressed- constantly losing signal or no signal, and a massive amount of calls being missed even though my phone is there! I have an iphone16 and have seen someone with similar issues being advised to allow VoLTE in their settings, but I cannot see this anywhere. Is somebody able to help at all please?Also when I get a missed call, it just comes up with the mobile number, not the name, even though they are in my contacts list. Is this normal please?

Has anyone had any issues with calls and texts not going through after successfully installing an eSIM? The eSIM is selected and showing full 5g signal, data is working fine just I can’t make calls or send texts, all options are ticked in mobile settings. I thought it may take awhile to activate (even though the guide to installing states it’s should be up and running straightaway) but it’s nearly been 24 hours now and still nothing. Tried the usual rebooting and switching airplane mode on and off. 

Can I get a duplicate sim to use in a Motorhome WiFi 

I am eligible for an upgrade.  However, there doesn’t appear to be a way to trade in Google Pixel 9s at all? Both the IMEI number and the model type (Pixel 9 Pro) result in “handset not found.  Am I missing something?

I am not receiving any data from ID since a new update was added to my phone I am trying to restore my phone but cant Please help otherwise I will have to join a network where i can speak with an actual human!!!!!!!!!!!! 

How long have people been waiting for the trade in promo payment to be paid.....I have tried contacting tradeuphelp@currys.co.uk and tradein@currys.co.uk and after multiple attempts to both haven't received a single reply.20th June they received the phone, the main payment took a week or two but then nothing since.  I filled in the form for the promo so no reason why I shouldn't have received the additional payment.

Just joined ID and so far very unimpressed, your network cannot handle signal in any building and only seems to work in open air !!  Signal shows 4g 1bar as standard and performs like 48k dial  up then jumps to 5g as soon as outside again ! This is the same in any building in the centre of a town !I was previously with Vodafone and had superb coverage consistently  I am aware you have merged with Vodafone I need to know how soon you  will be mast sharing around Norfolk as this will fix the issue  and should make id mobile the best option overall for both price and coverage ,

Hello.  I moved to this mobile provider as I had poor service with my last provider, but now I cannot make phone calls as have no signal, even though the map says there is good signal where I live.  How do I cancel the 12 month contract I have signed up for as it is not fit for purpose? Thanks.

I’m attempting to pay my final bill with limited success.I no longer have access to my online account and the automated phone line tells me I owe £0, without even asking for my account or phone number, no matter which phone I use.I joined another provider and owe iD over £700 but I’ve no idea how I’m going to pay it!My last resort maybe a bank transfer, does anyone know the sort code and account number for iD Mobile?

How do I get carrier (ID) to allow International SMS so I can use iMessage? I’ve turned it on and off on my account and restarted the phone multiple times.  Note my appleid is also out until it resets but the guy at apple said this isn’t stopping ID unblock my SMS account…

Spent £20 on a data package in Turkey and was not able to use it at all because there was no signal. It’s not a location issue, as my friend had perfect coverage with his £5 data package, whist I spent x4 more and had ZERO coverage.DO NOT PURCHASE THE ROAMING PACKAGE FROM ID MOBILE. IT’S A SCAM!
