Hi,  I received an email recently advising my contract was about to end and I was able to upgrade - which I did. I received the new phone shortly after and proceeded to transfer sim/data etc. The problem is that my revised plan hasn't changed although someone has told me that it should do when my old contract actually expires (next month). Also I have not been issued with any sort of receipt in order to claim the extra freebies - Can anybody advise please. Thanks 

Been trying to submit PAC code.  Using the app going to plan then switch to ID mobile, the I get redirected to web page and click plan again then constantly getting "oops something has gone wrong". When in live chat keep getting unavailable to chat try again later.  Is anyone available to help......been going on all weekend.... completely unacceptable.

I need more data but there are no plans currently available to enable me to increase my plan. Can you help please?

I was talked into joining ID by a family member despite being happy with my other provider I moved to ID. Gave my PAC and requested last Tuesday as the date.  Transfer still hasn't happened, no notification of when it will and I've been missing important calls. I cannot get hold of anyone to resolve this and now I'm wondering if I should just go back to my previous provider, at least I could speak to someone there and not be left with a chat bot that says it is going to transfer me to an agent but doesn't. How do I get hold of someone to fix this? I desperately need my number to change and I need to know when it is going to complete. Really not a good start.

I am switching from Three & opted to keep my existing number, will this automatically port or do I need to get a PAC, which would seem odd as it’s Three??

Need to cancel an order because I misunderstood something, tried via live chat but your AI chatbot is abysmal and despite it being within live times it couldn’t connect me to a live agent, so I’m having to post here for help

Had 0 network coverage all day and when 5G does appear nothing loads (Gosport, Hampshire). Had to hotspot off other people’s phones (none are with ID, 3 or Vodafone). This morning ID and 3 both said there was an issue in my area but now saying there’s no such problem. Unsure what else I’m meant to do as I’ve restarted my phone multiple times. Our WiFi runs off the 3 network too so I’m assuming there’s an outage in the area but can’t find any indication of what’s causing it or how long we’re meant to wait.

I bought my new phone on 7th September in store where I was told I get the watch, buds and a £100 Currys gift card. I received the other things but no trace or even acknowledgment of the gift card. I took a screen shot of evidence of the offer and checked several times in store but nothing has come and it's not in my invoice. I am slightly worried as some of the posts on here suggest the offer expired on 3/9 but I have the screenshot showing the deal was advertised still on 7th and the store told me it would come automatically. How do I check when this will come

Hi,I placed an order for an ID Mobile SIM using the link for a £60 Amazon voucher (administered by Giftcloud) via the Money Saving Expert website. I received a confirmation email “An Update on your Gift” from ID Mobile thanking me for my order and asking me to complete my order on the ID Mobile website to receive the voucher, which I duly did. I can evidence this via emails showing I now have the ID Mobile SIM and that I am paying monthly by DD. I followed all the instructions, allowing cookies, watching my spam folder, no ad blocker etc.I expected the Giftcloud voucher for £60 for Amazon in Sept (after 120 days) but this has not arrived. I have checked my spam email folder to be sure.I have tried resolving this via Giftcloud, and they asked some several data points (email/date/transaction no/order no) to investigate, all of which I have except for an Order Number. I have checked all my emails and texts from ID Mobile but I cannot find an Order Number.

Hi,Are there any further updates regarding RCS on iD Mobile?Since this was rolled out in 2024 EE, 3, O2, Giffgaff, TescoMobile (plus unknown others) have all activated it for their customers. We’re trying to set up an Android/iOS messaging group and the iD Mobile member is the one making this impossible to achieve. She’s now looking at other networks that will offer this for her iPhone when upgrading later this year. Thanks

I took out a new contract last night and received the contract PDF after entering my bank details. However, when I checked my email, it said I still need to complete my transaction and that I have something in my basket. I’m hesitant to try again in case it creates a second contract.How can I confirm if it has actually gone through? I received a “thank you” message after submitting my details and the contract, so surely it was successful?

I have just qualified for an upgrade after being with iD mobile for 6 months however I am seeing they do not offer the Pixel 10 range as upgrade options?If I were a new customer, however, I would have access to the 10 family for various contract options.Is there a way I can still upgrade to the Pixel 10 Pro XL? Or should I cancel my contract and start a new one. Thanks!

I've just realised I've been getting charged 6pounds a month fir a contract I finished in 2022. I went in store and upgraded. The old account obviously wasn't stopped. I stopped the account. Im now getting threatening emails telling me to pay another 6pound. I've tried logging in etc to pay, but it just niw shows me my new contract. Not sure what else I can do? Can't believe I've been getting charged,in the background, without knowing, for a 3year old account, surely they can see the number is no longer used. Then ti get the aggressive emails, with no means to pay,as account no longer viewed is disgusting. Hopefully someone will get in touch and help remedy this issue. Thanks in advance. 

I’ve recently had phone problems and had to rely on intermittent wifi while accidently going over my cap when I was travelling in Peru a few weeks ago.  I’m anxious to avoid this happening again when I travel to Vietnam and Cambodia next month. had an email to confrim my numbers been swtiched from EE to ID mobile, i now have two numbers a secondary and primary, ive set the number im keeping as primary but it will not work i get no service and no data i can only use my phone with wifi. My number was switched on friday and it still isnt working and actually says its an EE number, ive tried speaking to a number of bots and agents but no ones been helpful, and you end up going around in circles, with no help to fix the matter, cant even phone ID to speak to someone.

I want to upgrade my sim only deal from the standard to a student offer but keep the same phone number as I need it for signing in on my university webpages, is there any ways to do this?

Hi first of all I’ve been trying over the last few days multiple times to speak to someone on the live chat but the ai chatbot is completely useless and just regurgitates the same unrelated information from the FAQ section of the website, and fails to connect me to a human who can help. The UI is also buggy.  The actual problem I have is that I ordered a phone expecting to be able to transfer my number from under my father’s name (on an id plan) to mine on the new plan. When I found out this was impossible I managed to speak to someone to return the phone, and I was told that I would receive a full refund but I had to pay the postage. I’ve done this but have received a final bill email. Firstly I’d like to understand why I am required to pay this, but secondly I cannot pay it as I cancelled my direct debit when I received the refund, expecting that to be it. My plan was never added to my id account as I returned it immediately, and I cannot add the plan now as it needs

 Good Morning  , so im a new customer after purchasing the Z-flip with the package deal of buds ect approx 8wks ago , i traded in an s22 ultra , was offered £190 which i recieved a clp of weeks ago , but im still waiting on the exrtra trade in value of £125 , when i go to fill in the form to claim there is nothing to fill in , is the payment done automatically  to your bank ? & if so who pays it is it ID or curry’s/car phone warehouse ? cheers in advance
