I require my proof of usage for an insurance claim, and for some reason chat isnt working>Is there an employee around who can help?

I have tried to access my account using both laptop and mobile, including using the link in my billing email.  Two days trying.  Nothing works!  I get an “oops” message at every try.  ID… sort this out soon or I will be forced to move to another provider after many years with you!

I haven't received my £30 Amazon voucher yet, no emails or letters with a code etcHow do I get it please ?I might stop my direct debit for my phone if it doesn't arrive soon !!

Can't make calls when I leave the UK , keeps saying number not recognised, once I cross the boarder I can call the same number no issue , all my roaming is on both my phone and in settings ? Any idea 

Have tried multiple times to input a new PIN number during the automated set-up proceedure so I can hear my voice messages.  The automated voice fails to recognize that I have used the phone’s keypad to type in the number, followed by # as directed.  Keep getting to request to enter the number, I keep putting the number in with the #, in the end the system gives up on me.  Have even tried using a landline, but the automated voice says I have to use my mobile. Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong and how I can move this forward.

My wife and I have been with ID mobile now for a number of years without issue until today!We both received emails at the same time with the title “Your PAC request”  Neither of us requested any such thing or have even been on the ID mobile website.So following the advice in the email,“If you didn't request this PAC, please contact us immediately”.I contacted the online chat service.  It was suggested that we made the request via the website today.  On being informed that we had not it was then suggested that anyone with our account details could have made the request.  There is no one that has access to our account details as both accounts are unique to us and served with different details including passwords!The only thing offered was that all would be OK as we did not make the request and we would not loose the account or our numbers.  Also stated that a password change may be in order.As a matter of cour

Hi I tried to upgrade my phone this morning to Samsung 24 with double memory and a galaxy watch. I could not get my trade in phone page to work. It would not find my old phone. How to transfer number from old id phone to new id phone

Ported over from O2 almost three months ago, and been having this issue in varying degrees since day one. Basically, incoming callers are either hearing nothing as the phone is ringing at my end, or sometimes it sounds as if I'm abroad.  Today I discovered the problem has worsened and all callers are hearing silence as the phone rings. This is leading to a lot of missed a calls because callers assume there is a connection problem.  This renders the service effectively useless.  I have asked the 'technical team' to investigate on three separate occasions and I have submitted two complaints to ID which have both been closed down as unresolved.  The problem was even escalated to Three without success.  I've been extremely patient so far, I just want a little bit of customer service, which has been worse than poor so far. I tried changing email address but seem to have amended the billing email , not login emailso when I tried to login with new email address it doesn’t let me register with my phone number and I can’t delete that account either, or change the login email as that email is used I need Customer Services / Support to delete the new account, or help me make the swap.Why is there no way to reach Customer Services? Thanks

Hi in the last two weeks ive gone from having 5G at home to little or no signal at home if i dont connect to my wifi i cannot hse my phone at allIs this a an going issue or normal ? Its almost like everything is good for the 1st month thendown hill!Ive checked the signal and its showed issued on day 1 but doesnt now. Ive rebooted phone reset it anx still the same!! Any assistance would be appericated.

I was charged twice after i left id mobile why?

Hi, I’ve paid my bill immediately as it was cut off, as I forgot that I hadn’t had my direct debit set up. But Still nearly 24 hours later and whenever I try to ring anyone I just get an automated message saying This is customer service and your bills are up to date, Thanks and hangs up? What’s that mean? And this is very frustrating as I have Epilepsy and can’t be without my phone, it’s very important and I need to ring my doctor over an hour ago, and still I can’t? Please can someone help asap? This has never happened to me before. It’s so annoying that you can’t physically talk to someone! I’ve been with ID for about 6 years or more! Thanks for any help, much appreciated.  

I purchased a bundle plan 15gb data and unlimited calls and txts on Tuesday 25 yet it's still saying I have no credit and won't let me make calls or use data? This has happened to me twice before and I've had to pay again to get the bundle working

Please can someone advise on this? My son is in Amsterdam and cannot access the interneThe has lots of data left and has roaming switched on. He can make calls and texts. My old number went live yesterday with id mobile, after doing the pac code, etc. But the number in my id account hasnt changed.

I am upset and appauled  ID mobike do not have human customer service so stucked without essentials apps in europe.I am on a contract with ID mobile  with 30gb roaming allowances. When I entered france, ID mobile send me a rate advice roaming text althrough when i looked at my account, it show my service was served by the id mobile network and the unused datas was 69 gb in my credit. No issue accessing my datas, calls, text. 6 days later i received the same text, no issue again again large data credit on my account and cover under an ID mobile network in France, datas worked perfectly until even in remote area until ID mobile send me another roaming text 10 days later and decided to block only my data,  my account now showing 25Gb of roaming credit, texts and calls worked which i cannot used.The complaint is : it is impossible to connect with an human at id mobile to ask for help.
