Why did id mobile take 2 payments out of my bank last month, £12.99 came out on the 7th July then later that month Id mobile tuk the monthly bill.

Had this girl Anna ring me yesterday and said my contract with id had ended that day so she offered me a different one for £ 11.50 and a free gift she had all my details my end of bank account number and knew the fone number and everything thats why i thought it was id mobile  she even give me a ref number WZ 924879639A and a customer service contact number 0333 031255 BUT last night from the same number at 10.30 pm a man called and was saying I must put the 6 digit password in in 5 seconds he kept repeating this put it in in 5 seconds ,but in between this fonecall I got a text from My bank saying if anyone is asking for a password plz hang up so I told him to piss off and not to call the number again and blocked it ,the name of the caller was something like the south teeth and was wanting a payment of 95 pounds is this Really id mobile I am Now worried about my money  bank ,Thanks

Hi ive paid my bill and restarted my phone several times and i still cannot make calls. I need my service reinstated and its proving difficult to get any support from id mobile.

Hiya, I’ve just joined IDmobile a week or two back and have had trouble with data not working and my app saying I have none left even though I haven’t been able to use any of it, and texts being marked as ‘not delivered’, anyway I can resolve these problems? 

I can't make any calls, Internet is slow and cuts often. This happened even I have full bars on my signal. Is so frustrating, I'm going to cancel my contract as is impossible to use my phone in this conditions.

I entered my SIM pin number wrong three times, and my sim is blocked. Tried to get onto the live chat, but the website had been updated, and it said to make a new account. Did that, and they sent a code to my phone, which I can’t unlock, so I can’t get on the website. Tried calling and just get automated options and go around in circles. Tried Twitter/X and they’re closed and saying contact the web site! I’m going crazy! My phone is so important to me (as everyone’s is) but I’m vulnerable and I feel unsafe without it. I’ve take out the sim so at least I can use my apps with wi-fi.  HELP!

Hi, I’ve been with I’d since 15/6/24, I went on the app to check my payments, and I’ve been charged 4 times, not including my August payment. I wouldn’t be bothered by my account is still saying I have an outstanding payment to make, so the 2 extra payments obviously haven’t been credited to my account?  

I am unable to delete any voicemail. There is no option to delete or any trash can on screen. In fact I am only able to hear the oldest voicemail and have 2 new ones I cannot retrieve because as soon as it plays the old one it cuts off to the main menu with no delete option? any suggestions out there, this is a new account (8 days) and a galaxy s24

How can I file a formal complaint and request recompense/exit from my contract on basis of inappropriate service suspension. Apparently my DD did not work on the 28th of last month and on the 1st of the following month my service was suspended!!!!! No contact or warning from ID mobile that there was a problem. I only discovered I was cut off when I tried to call for medical help as I was not well!!!!! This is beyond unacceptable. I remain very distressedTo add insult to injury I received an email in the evening of being suspended advising me of an issue with DD and warning of the suspension . . . . a bit late wouldn’t you say to put it politely.Well done IDmobile for being the worst service provider I have ever encountered in 40 years. Could have done without reading the appauling way you have treated others who have had problems with your service but if you want this way of communicating then I guess you want it to be public.

Location  I am unable to access sites like the National Lottery as when I log in and try to  play the National Lottery it tells me I’m not in the UK ( but I’m actually in  the West Midlands ) Not sure how to rectify this so my location/ IP address  is UK

I am following the advice from: How do I fix iMessage or FaceTime issues after I switched?I have completed step 3, however step 4 advises you remove the iD mobile SIM card and replace the empty sim tray prior to the restart.I have attempted a restart without being able to undertake this process (as I have an eSIM) which did not work.  Do I need to request a physical SIM or delete my eSIM and request a new one? I have already attempted resetting network settings. I received an email today from iD mobile stating that the switch to iD mobile had been completed. I was with O2- I thought it had all gone through yesterday when it was expected to- my O2 ported number was showing on my iD account yesterday.I’m not sure if it related to this number as I have switched 3 numbers to iD from O2. The other 2 are working ok with FaceTime and iMessage. It’s only the one number affected which was my main number on my O2 acc

We have PAC code transferred my daughters number from another provider and I've had confirmation thay the transfer is complete. When I text or call her on the transferred number she receives it and when she calls me it comes up on my phone as her saved number, however when she texts me (even a direct reply to my text message) it shows the other number on my phone. We have tried turning the phone off and on again but it makes no difference. Any advice please? 

In an email about roaming it advised to check that it was on. It says to go to the ID app and open the Services section. But there is no services section…...

Hi all, I’ve not long moved over to ID and I’m finding the signal is pretty poor.  When I look on the coverage checker it says I should have 4G inside and outside, but I frequently find this not to be the case.  Often, I will see 4G with several bars, but there will also be an exclamation mark and no connection at all.  I wondered if anyone had any solutions for this? Many thanks, James

HiMy contract is finished in Two weeks (with iD Mobile) so I recently took advantage of an upgrade, (still with ID Mobile as the provider, just via a third party as they offered a much better deal than going directly with iD).Am I correct in thinking that I now cannot keep my old existing mobile number, even though it’s with the same provider when I cancel it and use my new one? I am assuming a PAC code etc is moot or can I merely switch it across as it’s with iD Mobile still? Confused by how it all works... Thank you  

I have literally joined today, I have an iPhone 11, live in Kent area, I done a speed test, that’s just not good, what going wrong? 

I ported my number across from o2 to idmobile in Feb 2024  and as it's my spare sim didn't really check at the time that everything was fine. Recently needed to receive calls and messages on my number and realized that I wasn't getting incoming calls or messages. Making calls and sending messages however works just fine. Ive been on live chat with 3 agents this week and everything has been checked on the phone to be setup correctly. Even checked the sim on multiple phones and the issue still persists. They even sorted a replacement sim out which ive now checked and i still have the problem. There have been  couple of tech tickets raised as well and yet the issue has not been fixed. Can I request the tech teams to urgently sort this issue out asap as I will be left with no option but to have to cancel my plan and move elsewhere if this issue cant be resolved this week. At the outset this feels likes a routing issue for my ported in number but ill leave it to the experts at idmobile t

I am trying to switch from a previous provider to iD mobile. I’ve got my PAC code and have entered all the correct information on the form on the website, however I get the following message:We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted.I’ve tried using the live chat feature on the website but can’t get through to a person.

Can I know if I can use my ID sim outside UK in Albania? If yes, will it be the same rates? Can I use it like I use in the UK or it will be different? many thanks 

Just wondering if anybody else has problems with 5g in East Sussex / Bexhill.I am new to ID and after 4-5 weeks of fantastic speed my connection has dropped to H+ or even H.All phone settings are as they should. Live chat informed me that there is congestion in my area. But speed dropping from 600-700 on 5G to 10 on H almost over night?I can't even connect to 4G

I virtually have no coverage in central london around soho /Piccadilly area. Phone will have full bars 4g or 5g but no ability to do anything even basic messaging. Here is a screen shot of my speedtest. How to i complain and get a resolution?
