Hello,I was eagerly waiting for my upgrade window which has just started (2 months left on contract).The phone I was looking to upgrade to has a more expensive monthly bill than I was expecting.I've looked elsewhere and seen some better deals for the same phone.Tried online chat with ID mobile to see if they could match the offer but can't connect to live chat. The offer I've seen elsewhere is with ID mobile lol.So....I may as well pay off my contract and get the contract elsewhere.I can't find an option on the app or website to pay the contract off.Anyone have any advice?Thanks Dave 

Absolutely stupid site ive just woke up to my notication that my wattsapp has been changed phone number wise and it turns out my id account was hacked and they got access to my number and sim through that. No notifactions or warning on your side to let you know. Would of been nice to ask wether this was me doing all this. How do you make it so easy for some one to hack and access a sim. Contact me ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Put an order for phone and sim last night and have not received any confirmation, how do I know if my order has been accepted?

Hi, I have smashed my phone before setting up an account so when I try to register, the SMS is sent to my broken phone which I cannot access. I therefore cannot request a new e-sim. Any assistance would be appreciated as I am phone-less. thanks   

I received email saying I could change my sim deal to a cheaper one. £7 for 40g data. I am already with Id, so just thought it would be a case of keeping my number, only more data for a cheaper price. I've had an email saying there is a new sim in the post, with a different telephone number, and a new dd set up. I thought it would be a case of just changing my sim plan. I want to keep my present number. Do I need a new PAC number from id to keep my number when the new sim card arrives? Also do i cancel the dd for my old plan of £8? Thank you

I am with ID mobile on a SIM only contract at the moment. However, yesterday evening I purchased a new contract with ID mobile. As I wanted to upgrade my phone I have been told by the unhelpful chatbot that I cannot keep the same phone number and I have to cancel my new contract and go with another company and then come back to ID mobile. As if I'm going to do that. Can anyone help me please. All I'm doing is going from a a SIM only to a contract and both of these are with ID mobile. Why is it so difficult with them  

I've got no 4g or 5g since yesterday, no Internet at allCalls seem to come through ok but cant use any data, noting loads and signal doesn't show 4g or 5g or anything.Restarted phone multiple timesChanged network settings to id mobile still no luckChecked network coverage and service status both on id mobile and three and apparently there's no issues but clearly there must be some as data is fully downCan someone advise what's going on?

I have received a final demand notice 15th October but the letter is dated 5th September. I have called the 0333 number that is on the letter but it tells me that the account is upto date. I pay by direct debit as I have done for the last 9 years with ID mobile I'm finding it impossible to get an answer and the live chat is always busy try later. I really need help in resolving this please?? 

We have 3 contracts with iD Mobile in our house and ever since the 3G switch off in our area every phone has next to no signal permanently. 2 of the phones are under 2 years old and we have been through all of the FAQ’s. The signal checker suggests good indoor and outdoor 4G coverage where we live but signal is non existent and this is outside in the surrounding area as well as in the house. Is this something that is going to change imminently or should we ask for PAC codes and move to another provider?

I want to switch my phone number on my sim only to my contract phone both with id mobile. Also then cancel my sim only after the switch. Can someone get back to me asap. Thanks

So here's something not covered or told to you anywhere from id mobile if upgrading your 4g phone to a 5g on.You are told to simply insert your old sim card into your new phone and away you go. Yes, that's true unless you want 5g on your new 5g phone because if your old phone was 4g then the sim WILL NOT pickup 5g.I only noticed this by chance some 4 weeks after upgrading when out shopping  a 5g reception area and still i was only getting 4g.You should be told that a si  from your old phone WILL NOT work as described in the setup directions, you will only get 4g.You need to upgrade your sim yourself to either a new 5g sim or a  Esim, which i eventually have done.Not good enough fro. id but hopefully this will help if anyone is having the same problem

No data or able to receive calls. Changed sim, taken it to Curry's, tried different phones, tried resetting network,, I've chatted to online support who just say it's a network issue. I'm unable to use my phone unless connected to WiFi.  Been like this for 3 weeks now. Going round in circles and getting nowhere.

I found a better deal for an upgrade than the ones through iD, so I wanna keep my phone number but pay off my current phone 2 months (or 1 billing month) early + switch to a cheaper SIM plan.Was planning on cancelling it to do so. Does the early cancellation fee consist of the remaining payments or is there a fee ontop of that? Or is there some easier way to do this? I assume the SIM plan switching might be a problem since it’s more of a downgrade, but I do want to stay with iD.

I have used live chat several times for a complaint and every time the conversation gets difficult it closes. The staff can't read previous conversations and can't open PDF files. This means starting over again. Communication and complaints should not be this difficult. I want to get another phone for a family member but I am considering another network because of this.My issue is a e-sim being sent to another phone without my permission. How did this happen. We never had the app, and first new about it from a text being sent saying the e-sim was being sent and activated. Perhaps a phone call to confirm the account holder has requested this?This has caused the scammer to message friends and family requesting money. Hello,I can’t receive one-time-passcode (OTP) SMS from an Italian identity provider called PosteID, which is used to log in securely to public services in Italy.I’ve tested other similar Italian services / identity providers and received their SMS without any issue, so it seems specific to certain senders.I contacted live chat support and was advised to increase my bill cap and reset my network settings. I followed both steps, but the issue hasn’t been resolved. I have also double checked that the number in my iPhone 17 is correct, and that it matches what PosteID has on their system.For context, I’m now using an eSIM with my iD Mobile number (+44 7…). I can receive normal SMS messages from the UK and from other countries, so the problem appears to affect only some messages from this provider in Italy.It seems possible that some international OTPs, perhaps those sent from shortcodes, are being blocked at network level.Does anyone have any su

I bought a iPhone 17 through mobiles.co.uk, wasn't happy so returned the phone. The phone was returned, accepted and I have an email to confirm this.  I have had a bill for over £900 and I can't get hold of anyone to help, I have received an email today to say I need to pay or will have debt collectors.. I am very worried mainly because there isn't a number to call, live chat says no one is available and I have no idea what to do!! Please help me

I have recently joined ID mobile and wish to switch my old number across.  I completed the online form with my PAC code and transaction number and chose today as the switch date. I’ve had no confirmation or no update to say if it’s happening or not.I’ve then tried to go on Live Chat all morning but it won’t connect to an Agent. Please can someone let me know if my switch is going ahead. So far I am hugely disappointed in ID as the communication has been poor and I’m still unable to talk to a real human being.
