I ordered a Samsung s22 whilst there was a promotion where I get wireless earphones and fast charger but I only received the phone.

My identity has been stolen. Action fraud aware. My equifax report tells me the suspect had dealings with ID mobile in my name. Please contact me asap.

I’ve had no ID welcome email, or transaction number sent and I have my PAC code to switch my old number. How can I get this please as I can’t keep my old number without it and it’s not been sent. It says it should be on my ‘digital invoice’ but it’s not listed on the one invoice I have on my account and live chat isn’t working either, can the welcome email be sent to me?

I have recently moved over to ID and so I’m trying to set up my NatWest app. they need to send me a short code text to activate it but the texts won’t come through. having spoken to the NatWest they have said that ID/Phone may block them. does anyone know how I unblock short code text messages please? I have an iPhone 11

I am currently a the Isle of man, have been previously with no problems, but now I am unable to access any internet services, phone calls work fine but no data, my roaming is set to on on the app, phone has worked previously as well so it not those settings, cannot even get onto live chat with ID for any help. Anyone got any ideas

I took a contract out with you but I had to cancel it because when I tried to register on my account it was saying my email address is already registered to an id account which I had years ago so can someone remove my email address from the system so I can take out another contract and registered my account.

I’m currently roaming in Poland and data will not connect but was working earlier. is there an issue?

How can I log in any complaint I have some issue with my new contract phone been returned and ask for refund my upfront and extra charges they advise me to ask carphonewarehouse and carphonewarehouse advise me to ask ID mobile with your refund

Are you able to pay off the contract in stores like carphone warehouse or curry’s if you plan to finish plan to switch to sim only monthly with ID mobile?

My phone is due to switch over today. Ive read that it can take til 10pm. However i can recieve phone calls texts from some people but not others is this right during the process. How will i know when its completed? Thanks

If I have just 100 international minutes on my mobile plan, I can cancel the international option on my landline and save £8-12 per month. I use Whats-app to call some people so I’m not using the landline much for international calls. 100 minutes per mo nth will do nicely. The ID Mobile 3 network does not have good reception inside my home but it is not too much of a problem as I can use the landline to phone others. If someone calls me on my mobile the call often drops which is irritating. I’m hoping that by moving to a Vodaphone network the reception will be better indoors. So, after four years with ID Mobile, I’m leaving for the 100 international minutes and the hope of better reception. I also do not like ‘CHAT’. Sometimes a conversation with a real person solves a problem in a minute, when a Chat with a bot and to and fro Chats with a busy assistant takes 20 or more minutes to achieve a similar result. If ID Mobile decides to add International minutes to their SIM only plans I may return. The ID Community is an excellent way of getting answers but sometimes you need an instant reply and have to resort to the awful ‘CHAT’ Au revoir.

I've just received my second bill and it's 59 pound instead of 36.99, it says it's a monthly reccuring charge what is this, my bill isn't supposed to be that high

Today I submitted my PAC number to ID Mobile to move my old phone number to this new provider. I have discovered that the signal in my area is too weak for my need though, so would like to cancel this PAC transfer request before the number is transferred.

I’ve placed an order, setup the direct debit, entered PAC code and selected date to transfer and recieved and downloaded the contract as a PDF file, but haven’t recieved any kind of confirmation email of any kind. Is this normal, and if not how can I fix this?

I would like my IDMOBILE account deleted as I am no longer and finished with the phone service.

I just saw checked my bank and they charged me 106.76 which is £65per month contract and been paying £65. So I checked what was the extra charge. Then i saw it was international roaming charge. Which i never used the sim in international. I did visit asia but as soon as i arrived I changed the seem and never used the sim. I wont be upset if i used date or calls just one second in asia but i never used and i got 34.17. Honestly just roaming costs £34.17 which i never even wanted to be. As soon as i arrived i turn on the phone and used airport wifi then changed the sim to asian one . I never seen this kind scam. I wish i can just cancel the contract. And the customer service absolutely sucks…. Will never use this mobile again and wont recommend at all

Hi I have no way to contact id mobile I wanted to know what insurance cover my phone has or what insurance company my phone is under?

I’m trying to use my PAC code to switch my old number onto my new sim - the site says my new iD phone number will be on the welcoming email I received from iD - it isn’t on any email I’ve received from iD. On th elater emails the last 4 digits of the number are listed but not the full phone number.

Hi, I received a letter today with a direct debit instruction for a ID Mobile account in my name, but I don’t have an ID Mobile account and have never set one up. I have a crime reference number, can someone please contact me asap so I can resolve this matter. Thank you

I have tried numerous times to manage my plan to unlimited data but all I keep getting is something went wrong try again later, any ideas??
