I have a iphone SE A1723 (1st generation) but unable to get 4G. AS 3G will be discontinued at end of 2024 what is my best option to resolve this? 

My mom payed my bill 4 days ago now but nothink works all I get is a message saying my bill is upto date ??

I took out 3 sim only deals with ID mobile. Unfortunately one of the deals sims would not work with the mobile my wife had so I cancelled it after 3 days. Well within the cooling off period. Since then it has been nothing but an uphill struggle getting answers, sorting out who to get in touch with etc etc.  It now transpires that ID mobile have taken out £207;53 from my account for cancelling this sim only deal ???  I have been in touch with 3 different agents and still not been resolved. Unfortunately i will now take matters further and inform Ofcom of what the company has done and the amount of stress they have caused.  To say i am furious is understating the matter.  Nothing but disdain i have with this company. I wish to now cancel my 2 other sim only deals but it has gone past the cooling off period. So what will I get charged for that? Thousands of pounds???  Utterly disgraceful behavioud ID. 

The newly launched id Mobile app just doesn’t work. It requires you to log in with your email and password along with questions regarding Face ID recognition and notifications requirements, but does not give up-to-date outstanding data, minutes or texts details. Hence it defeats the object of having an app!When are I’d Mobile going to fix this basic requirement from the id Mobile app? Any update will be greatly appreciated.

I own a J3 2017.It has always been able to use voLTE.Recently, it’s microphone broke and I replaced it with an identical model.Same software version, identical hardware.I moved my SIM from the old phone to the new, but the new one does not have a voLTE option.If I put my SIM back into the old phone, the voLTE option is still there. The only difference I could find between the two phones was in the iD Internet access point, under the Access Point Names menu.The new phone (voLTE unavailable) has all the options unlocked, and I can edit them.The old phone (voLTE available) has all the options greyed out and I can edit nothing. If someone could explain to me how to get voLTE enabled on my replacement phone, I would be grateful. 

I've just signed up for new contract with id mobile but I'm struggling to get any kind of usable mobile data. Most of the time I'll have an exclamation mark next to my 4G symbol and I can't get any access to the Internet. I tried resetting the phone numerous times (Pixel 8 Pro) and have ensured my APN settings are correct. Any ideas as this is quite frustrating especially if I somewhere that doesn't have WiFi access. 

How can i get a copy of my proof of purchase to validate the offer for a new Pixel Watch with my phone?

I’ve never received an id mobile sim but have been charged for it for a several months. It seems impossible to cancel the sim because I never received it so I don’t know what the number is.

Really regretting swith before I start!The BOT is useless and the live chat button does not work in three Mac browsers, Firefox, Chrome or Safari.When I applied my PAC I got ‘Your switch is planned for 14/06/2024 between 8am to 10pm’, and then that it does not like my PAC. I can’t get a new PAC as my old one is still valid [and there were no typos.In the dropdown below this window ‘Getting starte’ is the only topic, but it reverts to ‘Choose your subject’.At least with plusnet you can call 500! 

I’ve just received my ID sim which I intend to use in my ZTE modem. I’ve been using a popit sim which works off EE so I’m aware I need to change the APN settings. I don’t seem to be able to find the required settings? Can anybody help? 

How can I see my data usage as I had 30 odd gigs left and then 5 days later my data allowance was  0on contract {REMOVED}. Most of the time I’m on WiFi so this is confusing f 

Hi I’m on holiday in canaries islands and checked on the ID website which says roaming is from my allowance upto 30gb. But I’ve had a text the day I landed saying all calls, text and data are chargeable. Does that mean I’m being charged to use my phone or is it coming out of my plan?? I’m really confused 

Hi, I have recently joined you from O2 and am totally happy with my SiM and signal on my phone so wanted to switch my daughters too. I was declined can I ask the reason for this and why you do a hard check even though I am already a customer with a good score. Can I also ask when I can try again and switch?

I have recently joined iD Mobile and I'm very pleased with the SIM deal that I got and the coverage. My partner recommended you.One issue is, despite unticking all of the communication preferences apart from SMS, I still get sent pointless emails from iD. In the beginning I just assumed these were one off welcome type messages but they keep repeating. My partner gets none of these. Since I'm on a fixed price contract, after initial setup, I'd expect no more emails.During the same period I've received no SMS messages, which is ironic.Do these emails stop in time, if not how do I stop them apart from marking them as spam so they are auto deleted?Many thanks in advance,Tony.

I was trying to log in to my Id account to set the roaming but when I enter my number & last name it says “Sorry your details do not match our records”.  And no other option on how to get in touch to someone to rectify this.  Please any one knows how to access their account with same problem?

My allowance is 100gb but app is showing only 20

My google pixel 7 has gone into a restart loop and will not turn on, rendering the phone unusable when its just over a year old and i have have a year left on my contract. Contacted ID and asked them to fix or replace as the phone was sold to me to last a 2 years contract, and is unfit for purpose regarding a contract lasting for 2 years. My phone has been well looked after and not damaged in any way.ID mobile refused to accept any responsibiliyy for this and said I need to pay for the phone to be repaired.ID should not be selling phone that are unfit for purpose regarding the length of the contract, and if anything goes wrong with the phone, they should accept the responsibility.I will never use ID mobile again!!

When I send a message it says not delivered when it has as I switch over to this one with my old number but on my account it has a different number 

I have a contact with id that I get unlimited calls and texts and 25gb per month for £7 However, last month June I was over charged and was charged £18.35. I paid that off because my SIM was suspended.Now this month it's asking me for £24.35. I have no idea why they are asking for more. And it's already saying that I have £31 bill for next month. I'm certain that in this month I haven't gone over the given data. Because I have 19GB/25GB left. So ID I would like my money back and my bill back down to £7/month 

Since the app changed recently, I don't seem to be able to see my contract details such as start date, end date. The home page has some details such as allowances, but no dates. There used to be a "my account " section which has gone. Having recently upgraded my account I would like to be able to see and keep a copy off the new contract. Any ideas please? Thanks
