I've purchased a 10 day roaming add on for Turkey, checked all settings and reset phone and plan/app settings and still have no data connection?Been through all the troubleshooting ideas, anything else I can try?

I have tried to chat to someone but keeps saying no one available try again later. Requested earliest transfer date and gave pac code on purchase. Supposed to be the 16th but contract is saying the 23rd? 

I am in a similar situation. I’ve got a few numbers with IF mobile but never been able to size the app as the security code when registering never comes through to my email

Help!Im so frustrated having just returned from a week in Spain where I couldn’t get roaming data (my phone connected to Movistar 3G but I could never connect. When I returned home I saw there’s a problem with that network.Now I’m in Italy and connecting to WINDTRE in Rome but still no roaming data.  I’m using an iPhone, roaming is switched on there and on my id account. I’ve turned my phone off and back on again. I’m well within fair usage. I was in Macedonia in April, Menorca and Sardinia in May, all with no problems data roaming.Any suggestions welcome.    

I joined ID and ordered two sim cards for my daughters. I recieved ONE welcome to ID email with one transaction number. I managed to complete one PAC code for one of the numbers but it won’t let me do the 2nd one - i’m assuming because I only have one transaction number?  It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone on live chat! Can anyone help or give me an email address to contact them on please?

Hi, raising this as I have lost all hope here. If unfixed, I will just moved providers. Iphone 14 pro, my roaming has never worked. Roaming is on in the app and phone, and network provider also tick off from automatic.this is extremely frustrating to say the least, I travel all over Europe, Spain, Italy, Greece… never worked. any suggestions that can change my world?! thanks

I would like to move my other number from another network to ID mobile, I don’t mind losing the current ID mobile number, but I’ll still keep the contract but just want to change to another number from another network, is that doable?  The other network already confirmed they’ll provide me the PAC number.

I just moved to ID mobile but having issues with OTP messages from abroad. I double checked the number is correct, checked the blocked numbers as well but not recieving any OTP messages. Kind regards,Yana

 Data not working since Monday noon. Calls and text messages are fine. I've tried every recommendation from FAQs. Tried live chat multiple times as well but no one available to help me. I got an e sim.

In the past few months I've been missing several calls from NHS. They are calling but my phone doesn't ring, calls don't appear as missed calls either.Please help!

I terminated my plan 14th Oct, one year after commencing the plan and have paid charges to 14th Oct why is ID invoicing me for the period 14th Oct to 14 Nov

Hi - been on ID mobile for many months and I’ve suddenly stopped receiving OTPs from my bank (I receive them from other companies fine and texts work fine too between friends).I have seen previous threads here and have tried the Network Settings reset as-well as the manual toggling off of Automatic in Mobile Services (choosing ID from the list).I’ve contacted my bank who have contacted BT (who they use to send my OTP’s) and BT said it’s an issue with ID mobile as they can see SMS error (Code 213) which typically indicates temporary problem or lost reach (I’m on WiFi and strong City 5G so it’s not like I’m in the countryside).my friend also has ID mobile and facing same issues too.How can I get ID mobile second line support to confirm if they are indeed receiving my OTP from BT but unable to forward it to my number?Thanks for help in advance 

So when I make calls they’re great quality but any calls I receive sound terrible and hard to understand. This becomes hard when it’s someone like the doctor calling. 

Hi alli won’t recommend this network to anyone i would pay £5 -£10 extra to other networks but not this one. Have joined them by 10/10/2025 they sent me an esim i have scanned it didn’t work. I have requested another esim didn’t work. 3rd one in another phone only worked for the wifi calling which took me to the ID activation thanks for that. Then no service again. Generated another eSIM in the app no service so i have generated more then 15 esim and tried them in the 3 different phones none of them works.  And i made a mistake to give them pac code for my permanent number which is registered number for my kids in the school with the nhs for my kids and many other places where its off now for few days and its about the health and safety of my kids. But who cares. I have wasted more then 100 hours with them while chatting bots and agents replying after 20 mins for one msg then you have to wait for another msg another 20 mins. The Indian Bank IT team have provided me a screenshot from their end which says the sms has been delivered to Vodafone but I do not receive it on my mobile number. Senders number is +91 80 4511 5000 - is it possible that it is being “blocked” by some filter within ID/Vodafone systems?I confirm I have sufficient spend cap, premium services and international roaming enabled on my account.I am able to receive sms from other Indian banks. 

Hi,My switch was scheduled for 13/10/25, it hasn’t happenedI know that there can be delays but today is the last day in the billing cycle with my current provider, and was expecting the switch to iD of my existing number to have happened and my current provider account closed. I am now running 2 mobiles!The iD account and DD have been fully set up. iD SIM inserted into new phone but my existing phone number has not been switched - frustratedI have got nowhere trying to contact iD Customer Services, the Chatbot tells me I am being transferred to an agent but nothing happens.Help appreciated

when i make a call or recive one i get banging noise afterbthenperson as finished talking.  and sonebtimeni can hear myself on the line like a echo.  the signal is 4g but the voice quality is rubbish ... i live in a villige only 50meters away from the mast.  the internet is slow with only 20mb download speeds on 4g.. there is no 5g service at all ! .  using 3 as your backbone i thpught this would be better than this  !!!!!!

My new Pixel 9a is telling me that iD don't support transferring my SIM. Please advise

This is getting to be a bit of a joke. I scheduled a number transfer for Monday 13th October which has not completed two days later on Wednesday 15th October. So I try to go to your live chat, finally get past your bot and 3 minutes later I get “I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.” This is after my having to apply 4 times to get a plan, the reason? You rejected my address for not having a county - the same address YOUR system automatically pulled… Pretty awful service and there doesn’t appear to be a number I can call, very frustrated at the moment.

I do not receive sms sent from an Indian Bank (sender number +91-80-4511-5000). I have sufficient balances on account, international roaming enabled and premium services enabled. The senders IT department have confirmation from their service provider that the sms has been delivered to the Vodafone network. Is it possible that there is some sort of filter on the ID or Vodafone network preventing delivery of sms messages from this bank or some other issue?
