Good day. I’m off to South Africa and have seen there is a roam beyond add on which can be purchased. You get 20gb for 10days. So if I want to make phone calls will I need to do it via WhatsApp? If I do make a normal call will I be charged international rate? And lastly if I don’t want to be charged anything over the roam beyond add on what settings should I set my phone too to only use data! Regards

I got an e-mail on 16th January saying my switch was complete. It should have been on 15th January. I was in contact with Live Chat on the evening of 16th and was told there was heavy traffic and it would be resolved at midnight. It is now 1pm on 17th January and no progress

Past 3 months l have been charged double. Can you explain why ?

Evening, been with ID since February last year and recently swapped to a esim due to using another physical sim (with someone else). Not sure if it's the esim but I've had a few issues with calls disconnecting. Reckon the 8 times I've called my dad this week calls last anywhere from 2 to 6 minutes the just cut off also had this with a few calls to others the same. Having rang back on the other provider they seem fine so doesn't look like an issue with the other people. Are there some setting I can update, using a pixel 8 pro Cheers ​​​

I have received a fraudulent final demand letter for £44.99. How do you intend to remove this promptly from my account?

I took out 2 pay monthly contracts back in November, one of them cannot be used but I’ve been charged multiple times for it I cannot cancel it as the texts will not come through, I have been trying for weeks. Now the sim that’s not been used has been paid for while the one I’m using has been cut off. Please can someone contact me about this as I have been paying for a sim that’s will not work and now I cannot use my phone as you decided that the payment made this month was for the sim not beingbused

I have got a new Sim and unable to make any calls as it has said, I reached my capped I can’t even phone 01 02 07 Numbers I have never been able to call any mobile numbers or landline numbers when I increase my cap limit From 0 to £5 and increases my monthly bill to an extra £5 and still unable to make any phone calls as it keeps telling me I have reached cap my limit

Switched from Honest Mobile two mobile accounts which transferred over yesterday. But neither number can make of receive calls! We are set up with ESIM’s. have tried to switch off iMessage and Facetime which were not open anyway. Have switched off the phone and back on again but nothing seems to help. So first impressions - far from seamless! Without a phone to make calls for 12+ hours now… 😕

I am now unable to make calls to landline numbers . Absolutely terrible service . I had to use my wife call to book a GP appointment as for some reason it doesn’t let me call landline numbers !!!!! please help

I've been with ID mobile since October 2022 and have a pixel 7 pro handset, I noticed the signal was poor but I checked the coverage which claims the city centre I live in (Cambridge) should have good indoor and outdoor signal so I assumed it was temporary issue. This seems to have progressively got worse over time and has never improved, I've travelled all over the UK and it's totally patchy and I can pretty much only make calls outside. My partner had the same handset on Tesco mobile and has no issues anywhere. I'm now moving to Norwich, there area is also listed as having good signal inside and out with 5g, in reality i can maybe 2 bars h+ so I'll have to rely on WiFi. I'm not sure I can cope with this, my contract is up on 11 Oct 2024 but I'll need signal until then. What options do I have? I can't afford to pay for another contract just to make phone calls or use the internet on my mobile... I pay for 50gb data unlimited texts and calls.

I am going to Egypt soon for two weeks holiday. I’m on a ID sim package currently. ID Mobile plans do not cover Egypt so calls from Egypt to UK will be very expensive. My smartphone although new doesn’t support eSIM technology but I can buy a physical SIM card at the holiday location with enough data and calls for two weeks pretty cheaply. My question is - can I simply swap the ID Mobile SIM card and put the other one in for that two week period? Or will doing this cause a problem ? TIA

When i complaint on id mobile vulnerable customer line or on chat their response 1 id mobile respond it is fixed 2 tell me to add on money Nothing worked and out if pocket and without essentials access apps Now the vulnerable customer number is not responding and chat impossible to find it is appauling please Act now id mobile ref 442173055

I've just switched over from a giffgaff physical sim to an iD eSim. In the brief period waiting for my number to be ported over, both sims were active. I was able to get a 5G signal on the giffgaff sim but only a slow 4G signal on iD. Currently using a Samsung Galaxy S24+, which is on iD's supported devices list. What is the best way to diagnose / get support with this issue?

I have a sim only contract with you that I’m trying to cancel. I no longer have access to the ID mobile app so can’t cancel through the app. Is there a way I can cancel it over the phone? Or any other way?

Hi there, I have a Nothing Phone 2 and am using ID mobile. I am currently in Turkey and have brought 20GB add on roaming data for Turkey, valid for use on TurkCell and AVEA. I have updated my APN settings, have contacted support about this, have tried manually connecting to networks but my phone simply is not connecting to the network I received a welcome text and my signal hard have R, however I am unable to load web pages or access the internet. Please help as I have paid for this service and it does not work, and I would quite like to be able to use my data that I paid for to help me navigate this beautiful country. Thank you

Can I roam on I D mobile in Egypt and Nigeria?

When I took out my contract i was told I would have Unlimited Loyalty Data with it. When I check in the app it’s showing 10gb and I have read a few posts saying sometimes it doesn’t show in the app and that once the data runs out it should move onto the unlimited data. Today I used all my contracted allowance (10GB) expecting the data to continue into the unlimited data, but it has Infact not been continued. I have been on the live chat to let them know twice (yesterday and today) to try and get this issue resolved as I require data on my phone for my job. I have transcripts of both live chats to show if needed too. i could do with any help at all at the minute to try and get this fixed. Any ideas?

Can't add my sons details to new app, telling my details are incorrect
