I can’t get into my id app. I’ve had to set up a new account as my previous one with password wasn’t recognised.  

Why is it cheaper to start new contract than upgrade. £6 difference in price monthly and as a loyal customer why are we paying more  to upgradeAny advice or is it time to leave 

So Yesterday (18/11) I spoke to sales team, and found a upgrade deal and device. I Selected, my colour and plan etc and was then told to Choose White as this would guarantee delivery today (19/11) - I did and this was before 20:00. I contact teams via the online chat thing today, to get ETA and was advised phone is out of stock and wait till 28/11 and situation is out of there hands.  1) why sold me a lie, 2) if indeed sold out, why still available to purchase on site, and 3) Does 28/11 mean by then or will get it then? 

I received my new phone started set up but have not received a QR code for my esim so my pho e is useless. Id mobike says thr fault is with Mobile.com and they say id mobile. Nobody wants to tske responsibilty and im being fobbed off by both companies. Phone remains without connectivity.

First you get the Bots, but then Live agents also appear like bots, sort of generic responses. 

I joined iD Mobile recently, but I’m still within my 14-day cooling-off period and have decided to leave. My SIM was activated on 10 October, and I’ve already started the number-porting process to another network.I’ve been trying to reach someone on live chat all day, but it keeps saying no one is available. My plan was £8 a month, but I’ve received a message saying my estimated final bill will be £13.52, which apparently includes line rental. I just wanted to check — if I’m cancelling within the cooling-off period and only used the service for a few days, should line rental still apply, or will that be adjusted once the account is closed?I’d be grateful if someone could confirm that the cancellation will go through once the number ports out, and whether I’ll only be charged for the days I’ve used.

I keep receiving text messages from id saying 'Calling abroad from the UK is chargeable and is not included in your standard allowances or add-ons. For international calling rates, please visit our international call charges page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges'I have also logged into the app for my account and it says my upcoming bill has some additional charges (however I cannot see what they are for). I have not been out of the country so I want to check if I'd thinks I am roaming and are charging me (I have turned off roaming on my device). There seems to be no way to contact ID for this help.

Please send me my PAC code. I have spent 6 hours of live chat which has been incredibly unhelpful. Three attempts have now been made to send me my PAC code to my email address and an alternative email address was also tried. I have checked both junk folders and there is no PAC code there. I am going on holiday in a few days and need my PAC code as a matter of urgency. Please note i do not have a physical sim card. The esim plan was taken out on a phone that was not compatible with an esim. This plan has been cancelled however my phone number switched across to ID mobile today despite multiple attempts to cancel the PAC request yesterday which was unsuccessful. I need my number back so i can port it to a pay as you go sim card with another network which i have. Please help resolve this ASAP

I’m currently in the process of switching my family (3 of us) from Lebara to ID Mobile, we’re retaining our existing numbers using PAC. 1 SIM number is planned to change over Monday, the other 2 SIM numbers change  over on Tuesday.I received the SIMs today, is there anyway of correlating the new ID mobile SIMs with the old Lebara numbers?  There’s nothing in the email chain that tells me which SIM is which.(ID mobile plans were purchased via mobiles.co.uk). Another issue I have is that ID Mobile emailed me a ‘Let’s Get Started’ email for only 2 of the 3 SIMs, these emails includes the new mobile phone number, and a ‘Customer service PIN’. Does it matter that I don’t have Customer service PIN for the 3rd SIM? Thanks!

When I signed up to sim only deal it stated £30 cashback still awaiting and don’t know how to contact Id mobile direct how do I claim it 

On the page explaining how to raise a complaint https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/complaints-procedure it says you need to “Click on the button below and fill out a simple form”The button does not existIt’s almost like ID don’t want to know when things go wrong...

I'm with iD mobile under contract for another 18 or so months. The phone service is shockingly bad when I stay at my partner's address. Been through it all with them and no resolution. Letter of deadlock issued etc. Early termination fee around £450... using a PAC.However this means paying up for something I will no longer be able to access, effectively ending all ties with iD mobile. I will keep handset obviously that came with contract but lose all services despite effectively paying for them 'in advance.'  Alternatively, I'm happy to keep paying the monthly fee as agreed under contract and possibly get a new number from iD and use this in conjunction with a tablet for travel use.I want to keep my long term existing number for mobile phone use and go back to O2 who I know provide better signal in the area I have the problem. The only way I can see to do this is to request PAC and port number and initiate a new second co

Hi.My number was due to port from O2 to ID Mobile yesterday, but the transfer has not happened.When I look at the Plan / Switch to ID Mobile section of my account, it says “Work in progress!You're currently viewing the plan for 07449….., which already has a pending switch request.”I am concerned that the transfer wont happen and I will miss the no-fee transfer window from O2.All necessary information was provided when I purchased my bundle from ID Mobile i.e. old number / PAC code / new number / transaction number.Any support would be greatly appreciated. 

I make upgrade to new sim plan.But i see on uswich thay offer better deal.Can you seasy much the same deal for me as a long term loyal customer?Uswich offer is £6 for one month 20gb

I purchased new sim on id online. Then I fund better deal on uswich I think be easier to upgrade to better deal for you id people.  Why i must send this sim back and make another purchase?

I upgraded my contract in December 2022 but I have come to realise my old contract was still active and being charged all this time. I discovered this early 2024 and contacted customer services and the agreed to cancel it but i have just realised i was still being charged for bot contracts. 

RCS chats problems has not accepted transferred number. I verified the number and it is stuck on setting up.

Can i upgrade two other accounts that i pay for from my app   

Hi, I recently saw an announcement that that the 30GB data cap when roaming had been lifted until further notice. Is this still the case please as I have just received a "usage warning".( I am in France )

Hi,I recently (last week) switched to my old number from my previous provider. The transfer was laborious and my old provider switched off and the new provider transferred the number a good 8 hours later. Also, the new number was unable to send and receive sms and iMessages and FaceTime did not work for about 3 days after the transfer. However, over a week later and even after having changed from eSIM to a replacement SIM card, I am unable to receive international sms (I can send them though) which is really serious as I cannot verify my international id virtual card without it. Can anyone suggest what I could do to be able to get international sms again? 

HI, I ordered a new pay & go Esim on the ID website yesterday morning. (Sunday 16th) i got an email confirmation with invoice etc but still no QR email to download the Esim yet? Does it usually take this long? Thanks!!

I had a letter from lcs debt collectors saying I owe I’d mobile money. I contacted id mobile and was told I owed no money. Lcs were very unhelpful when I explained this.I checked Equifax credit agency who show this as an adverse debt. As I don’t owe anything I now have an adverse debt on my credit agency through no fault of my own.  How do I get the adverse debt removed from the credit agency?

I got my ID mobile sim over a month ago but was out of the country for a month and can’t get a PAC code now. Is there a way I can switch to my old number?
