My old plan of 60 GB at £10 a month ended on 8th October so I started a new plan £8 for 40 GB. Although my plan is showing £8,00 for 40GB ID mobile have taken £10 out of my ‘current account’ on the 11th October plus a further £10 by direct debit on the 13th of October so two charges one by direct debit and one directly out of my current account and more than my plan fee of £8.00.Now very suspicious and angry with ID mobile and considering cancelling plus putting my issue with ID mobile on the net via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram also by word of mouth to anyone who is looking at ID mobile. I want a refund nothing less. 

I have moved country temporarily and have got a sim plan over here. If I cancel my ID mobile plan how can I ensure that I can get the same phone number back when I move back to the UK next year?

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. Hi Community  I need to raise a complaint about the Complaints department make a total mess of my new mobile phone contract that has not be cancelled  Sales are now trying to offer me a deal that is worse than what I was on so not a deal at all It serm that nobody at ID Mobile knows what the hell they are doing  The worst customer service Ive ever had from any company Ive known I was told my phone would be exchanged for the correct one Not my contract would be cancelled and Ive now got to fight to get the deal I was on  I need to raise a complaint at a much hire level Ive been offered ID Mobile credit I paid in cash to return my phone to ID Mobile I want my money back not ID Mobile Credit I Didn't pay Royal Mail with ID Mobile Credit  Someone needs to get this sorted out ASAP   

I am a new customer to ID and took the opportunity to use the eSIM facility.However, now I have ‘successfully’ loaded the eSIM I am unable to send SMS text messages and yet, successfully receive them.i have run numerous resets and attempts to try and resolve this but have failed; what can you do to assist?

I’m getting really poor coverage and network signal at home although the coverage checker tells me that it is strong 

I received an email after I closed my account and my final bill is £-4.74. The email states that negative balance means I'm owed money back.When checking my account, the bill shows amount due is £4.74 Should I pay or wait to get paid back?

I was recently on holiday in the Lake District, and when climbing Scafell Pike (in the rain) on Monday 6th October, I received a text roaming notification.I have roaming disabled, and didn't make a call, so I am assuming there is no charge. But why was I roaming whilst in the UK?

Is it possible to suspend my account for a few months as I use it to power the wifi router in my caravan. Won’t be using it again until April 2026. Would save cancelling and reapplying next year.

Hi I have requested to cancel my contract on the 24/09 and got a confirmate text says my contract ending on 24/10. However two weeks later ID send me another bill and the there is no mention about the end date of my contract. I have spoken to an online chat agent and he/she said the new end date is now 09/11. This is absurd, the online chat agent is helpless and took 10 mins to reply a single question. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hi.I need to sort out issue with my ederly mothers phone.  She has ID Mobile SIM in current phone working ok and which works ok in other phones we've tried except just one - a Samsung Galaxy A6 that we want to use (its slightly older but smaller and lighter).Network settings show it is connected to ID Mobile but it won't make or receive calls or SMS (at one point it was doing texts but not calls). Other SIMs work ok in the A6 including my wifes ID Mobile SIM Could this be some settings at your end or could you sent a new SIM?

Why are ID mobile charging me for two separate plans instead of just one plan like it’s always been?

I’ve tried all the guidance to get iMessage & Facetime working since switching to ID & porting my old number but nothing works. iPhone 12. Getting fed up of having to keep resetting phone & re-inputting info. Any ideas and advice greatly appreciated 

Earlier today, I submitted a question regarding roaming, and received a call from customer service.After a long call (30+ minutes) things appeared to be resolved..And then, around 7pm, after the contact number has closed, I received an email advising that some of my settings had changed…I immediately logged in and to my horror it showed that not only had my bill cap been increased from £0 to £25, but my contract has changed completely…I DID NOT agree to this, and I want to revert to my old contract immediately.The customer service rep tried to encourage an upgrade to a new phone.. I refused as I want my existing deal, sim only.Please contact me as soon as possible.Malcolm Preen 

I've paid _35 for data roaming in Turkey but not been able to use it.  I've checked the chats and both phone and ID app settings are ok.  Feeling let down any suggestions
