still being billed for cancelled plan I took out a deal during black Friday week, then cancelled it not long after due to getting a better deal on my existing number. Anyway the new number was supposed to have cancelled, but I was still getting billed a month later. I chased this up, I had an apology as it hadn't been done, and I was due a refund. Roll onto this month, I've had yet another bill, and no sign of a refund. I've been with iD since 2018 without any issue. But this is proving to be very frustrating. I really don't like not being able to talk to someone, and get a resolution sorted. Many thanks for your help.
