My I've had poor mobile internet for weeks, now I'm getting 'no service' for telephony, even when there is mobile internet. I tried it in multiple large towns in Devon and Surrey and it's the same. I swapped the SIM card from Samsung A16 back to Oneplus 6 and still no service. I tried network reset, the same, I tried rebooting phones, the same. I'm ready to ditch ID any minute. Can this be fixed?

How do I edit text notification preferences? Specifically, how do I change the set amount when data allowance usage reminder texts is sent from ID Mobile? A notification to my phone is received when I go beyond the 2Gb limit that was set sometime long ago, (and I’m not even sure how this threshold was set). Seems like ID Mobile have closed their customer services department, and delegated it’s work to the community help hub (possibly a cost saving measure). I’ve wasted my time searching for help from ID, and am resorting for help from this community. I’ll gratefully await a response from any kind soul out there.

I was sent the wrong model of handset, this just need to be exchange for the correct one I was told this would happen on Tuesday after a week of trying to get this resolved I called called again on Thursday to check you had got the returned phone back and that the exchange would take place without cancellation of my current contract  So I would still be able to Claim the Free Samsung Chrome Book  Yesterday at 1820 you cancelled my new contract  You have told me nothing but lies You have taken my money for the up front payment of the new phone You have stopped me getting a £155 Chrome Book You haven't given me the £50 compensation You Haven't refunded me the postage costs to return a phone that ID Mobile Sent in Error Return Postage Cost £13.25 So you have lied, stolen money and now fraud  I would like to make a new complaint about the Complaits Department Ive

How is anyone contacting Id mobile, I’m not receiving any sms messages. For example, can’t log on to accounts as I never receive the code, missing GP links. I can’t find a human to speak to and the AI robot isn’t answering my questions?! 

I am visiting Turkey 6 times ove the next fortnight (cruise).The dates do not run consectively, and am looking for advice on the best roaming package for my requirements.Thank you in advance

I have bought a new phone with you and sorted PAC to switch from three and keep my old number. I have received my new phone but no SIM card. Had email to say switch should have been yesterday. I can’t register for your app as it sends a text message to register which I can’t receive as I have not been sent a SIM card so I have no network access as Three has now cut off my network access. I have triple checked the packaging that was sent to me with the handset. There is nothing other than the phone itself.

I just purchased a second ID unlimited sim only plan. The first one is in my 18dB LTE antenna working fine..I bought a new one one for my dual sim phone as a second sim, just to use the internet. I barely have any signal on it ever, data at best is H or H+ but when i try to use it it just disappears. It’s been tested in 6 different devices, in the whole Pembrokeshire area, Bath area and in between these locations along the M4 weekly twice, at each locations for several days (as i work away). I have been using a SMARTY unlimited data sim previously in my phone and it was fine 4g almost everywhere. But since the Vodafone Three merge the signal just went down to one bar, no internet. Hence the switch to ID mobile. I knew that SMARTY and ID are virtual providers and they ride on Three’s infrastructure but i thought maybe ID is more competent.It is sad because i was hoping to get even better service with the merge. Used the App to increase my bill cap (limit any extra usage charges) from £5 to £12 and noticed it put the extra £7 straight on my next bill. I wasn’t expecting that - I haven’t incurred any extra charges and may not but wanted to increased it to cover receiving banking texts when traveling in NZ. Is this normal or a glitch?

I cannot see why Mobile keeps phoning my faulty phone connection -if they could get through them why would they have to be fixing it In the first place?!My phone rarely accepts phones calls which is why I've been complaining to them for months & On the rare occasion someone can leave a voice message it's ONLY!! by chance that I might be going through my voice messages (admittedly a lot more these days since the fault!) And if I do get through to them to explain the situation to them AGAIN then I can be cut off at times for no reason other than, you guessed it, my faulty phone connection…I told them time and time again that texts now seem to be getting through so why don't they just text me with a phone number and I'll call them back but do they? NOOOOOOOO!!🙄

I moved to ID mobile a few months ago and the signal is rubbish … can never get any signal in work or when out shopping. It shows 4G but there is hardly any signal. My messages come through very scattered when i move my phone about otherwise nothing.

I have added a roaming add on to the wrong plan. Can I cancel or move it? 

Hi,I switched over to ID a couple of days ago and I’m having major signal issues. I initially thought this was down to swapping my number/provider but coming here and seeing similar issues it looks like it’s not. My wifi is terrible at home so I rely on my mobile data and I’m lucky if I get 1 bar. I also spent the majority of work today with no signal and a paper aeroplane by the signal (not the same as aeroplane mode) I’ve switched my phone off thinking it might need updating but still no different. Any help would be greatly appreciated but already I’m thinking of cancelling my contract in the cooling down period as I’m only on day 1 and can’t put up with it.  

Your live chat is terrible it's none existent.  I am currently with ID mobile, my contract ends tomorrow so I purchased a new SIM only plan. Can I keep my current number I have with you for the new plan?If not I want to cancel my new plan so get someone to contact me!!!!! 

I selected 07/10 for my PAC switch day. Kept on using my old Vodafone SIM card until the afternoon of the 7th and then I lost all network coverage for this, so I popped my ID sim in and thought the switch was nearly complete. I’m now 2 days delayed and my ID sim and Vodafone sim both have no network/coverage. My old Vodafone number (the one I’m trying to keep) has been switched off and I can’t make or receive texts or calls from new ID number. I can’t even log onto my ID app as it’s sending a confirmation code to my Vodafone number, which I can’t access. I’m really stressing out and not sure what to do, but it’s a shame you can’t talk to someone directly. I’ve tried the live chat about 10 times, but never get through to an agent and I’ve sent a message on Facebook, but still waiting for a response. does anyone have any advice on what to do? thank you!

Hi, when I make an outgoing call, it doesn’t ring, they can hear me but I can’t hear anything. Gets frustrating so I ring through WhatsApp and that works fine. The sim has been put in another phone and it was the same.

Recently joined ID mobile and not happy. Randomly my phone reception drops to no bars when i dial numbers. The call never connects, and just sits there. Some time later I’m able to call without problem. I’m on iphone 12 and never had this issue with my previous providers. Not sure how to move forward with this, considering cancelling my contract as its not usable. Any suggestions? 

I set up a SIM-only deal for my sister when she was visiting from New Zealand two years ago. She visited again this year, but no longer needs the SIM for use in the UK. Until recently I paid this by direct debit (at £6.00 a month it was cheaper to keep it going!)The phone [SIM] is physically in New Zealand and has never been linked to my App.I wanted to cancel the SIM, but could find no information on how to do this, and cancelled the direct debit. I have had issues with my imessages since i switched to this carrier. I could send and receive messages but my messages would always show as “not delivered” with a message send failure.  Recently, I’ve been unable to send or receive any imessages at all, which is becoming annoying when i need SMS verification for most apps and websites.  There is an issue in my imessage settings where it says “imessage activation unsuccessful”. The send & receive address are my apple email and a random phone number. There’s no option for my phone number though. Any help would be appreciated!
