Hello. My phone got destroyed and I need a replacement sim card. Can you send me one please?

I am using a physical SIM card in my Apple iPhone 16 Pro. I am unable to make or receive phone calls and SMS. Mobile data is working though. If I put a SIM card into my Samsung Galaxy S22, then everything works as expected. How can I make my SIM card work on Apple iPhone 16 Pro?

I cant call or receive calls? Seems impossible to speak to anyone in customer services its awful. Why is the connection so bad, it's been weeks now and still having trouble. I will refused to pay my contract if this doesn't get resolved ASAP

Can I please extend my contact till I can pay on the 5th Feb

My phone is not able to make calls, when calling someone it says calling on the phone but there’s no ring tone. People have told me they answer but they can’t hear me nor me them. Also people are for the most part not able to ring me as it either doesn’t ring my phone or goes straight to voicemail but I don’t get a missed call notification.

Hello I am trying to switch to ID mobile and keep my existing phone number. I can not find a welcome email or an invoice email with a transaction number. I have confirmation of a direct debit but no transaction number. Any help on how I find my transaction number would be appreciated. Am finding ID mobiles customer service questionable! Up until a few weeks ago, I had no problem making calls with Wi-Fi calling switched on with my iPhone 14 Pro. Then, when I dialled out, the person I was calling would receive the call, but there was no sound on my phone. I did a network reset, and that fixed it temporarily, but after a while, the problem came back. I’ve now just upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro, changed to an ID Mobile eSim, and the problem is happening again. I worked out if I switched off Wi-Fi calling, it fixed the problem. My wife is on ID Mobile and has no problem with Wi-Fi calling switched on. Anyone got any ideas what’s causing the problem?

I have a plan that does not not give me enough Data and I am keen on switching to a new Unlimited Plan for the same phone. How do I go about it. Is there someone to call or is everything on this app.

Hi, I’ve been working in a roaming destination for the past couple of months, and I am due to be working here for a little while longer before returning to the UK. I understand that under the terms of the fair use policy, I’ll fall under ‘permanent roaming’ and incur charges. This is absolutely fine - I was just wondering if I need to notify the network of this or will it be detected automatically? thanks

Hi there, I have a new phone and have moved over my ID sim to this one from my old phone. I have tried calling 123, holding down number’1’ to access voicemail and also tried the longer number (Information removed). All these come up with the voice message: “Sorry, your service does not allow you access to this number”. What does this mean and how do I get access to or set up my personalised voicemail? This seems to be a bigger issue with ID on this.

I shall be travelling to the States in April. Does the buying of roam beyond make a roam like home deal as it works in Europe? In other words, do I get callls and texts as well as data?

Hello, I would like to cancel my contract as I have a new one and a new SIM card, but I don’t have the ID SIM card anymore so I can’t log into my account to cancel the contract as I don’t have the ID number anymore. Please could you advise me about how I can cancel my contract? Many thanks, Lucy

I recently landed in Switzerland to discover, within minutes that £5 then another £5 were added to my account in data charges. I would like to know how this happened since my new phone has never had the data roaming switched on. How do I raise a complaint for recovery of these incorrect charges? As an side, £5 for 3Mb?! Extortionate comes to mind.

I recently joined the network, I'm wanting to use a pac code to carry on using my old number. When I try use it online, it says error, not useable. It's definitely still in date, I would just like to avoid telling everyone the new number. TL~DR: The E-sim is activated and data is working, I just want to use a pac code, but it won't let me.

Hi I'm in Hu55xf area of Hull and can honestly say I'm not happy , the network data speed all day today is absolutely terrible and slow .can anyone explain why as it's saying there are no outages or issues .

I have some issues after switching from Three to iD. My son was struggling to send messages to me using my phone number that I got ported over from Three. None of them come through. I've just sent a text message to him and it came through under the old number that iD originally provided with the SIM card, and not my poetes number. How can I get this sorted? I have no idea if this is an isolated case or if other people have struggled too. Thanks

Does anybody know why it’s cheaper to take out a new contract rather than upgrade my current phone. I thought it would’ve been cheaper to upgrade so thinking of going elsewhere.

So just joined ID. Coverage map said excellent 4G. Reality being 1 bar, 3G is full but data speed on both horrible. Any suggestions?

My phone was stolen and I needed Proof of Barring and Proof of Usage for my insurance. It turns out ID blocked the wrong phone intially, a previous phone of mine. My insurance asks that a phone when stolen is blocked within a short time period. As such, i’ve asked for Proof of Usage for my stolen phone and Proof of barring for both of the phones so I can show insurance the error. On the letters insurance has asked that IMEI, Make, Model, Times, Dates, and Gigabytes for the phone on usage and barring documents. Documents were sent to me but with obvious errors - wrong number of GBs and no times. I’ve spent four days waiting for the correct emailed documents and still to no avail. Everytime I’ve had to wait a day to get a single response to an email, in the latest response ID has questioned why I need the correct documents… Can someone just send the correct documents ASAP?
