I have been the victim of sim Swap fraud. I have a physical SIM card and received an unexpected sms message from id mobile saying that my SIM activation is in progress. The next day the SIM card in my phone no longer worked - no service, no calls, no sms messages.  I checked the id mobile account info and someone had changed the billing address and billing email. I was unable to change the address and email back to the correct as it required sms verification  I contacted id mobile through live chat and explained all of the above including the fact that the billing address was wrong. They said they would send out a new physical sim and said they would send it to the billing address, even though it was the address of the fraudster!I managed to eventually get them to agree to send it to my actual address by supplying a utility bill.  currently waiting on new SIM card. Managed to block sim via the app.  still cannot correct the billing email

I am travelling in Italy and I cannot do any internet browsing. I can make calls and receive emails, but no browsing at all and no satnav. I am using an iPhone 8 does any one know how to fix this? I cannot do a live chat with idmobile for some reason

I have a payment pending but my pay as you go monthly contract has run out. Can ID reinstate me until the payment has processed?

Found deal online through Money Saving Expect still with ID for Samsung A36 5G Unlimited Text, mins and data for £14.99 a month with £45 paid upfront. ID upgrade only offering is for £28.99 a month no upfront fee.  Why can't I get the MSE deal as an existing customer?

I’m due to upgrade middle of the month. Existing customer deals through ID feel like I’m being penalised for loyalty. Rang mobiles.co.uk and been offered a good deal as an upgrade actually through ID but I’m suspicious it’s too good to be true. Anyone else have experience of this?Edit to add ….. read some previous posts and looks like I’d have to triangle port my number which is a pain but do-able, but would also have a problem registering my email for a new account.

Hi, I’m on holiday in turkey and have purchased the 5 day internet package, but even though I’m seeing 4g signal on the phone and roaming is turned on I have no internet access unless I connect to wifiive done all the usual things toggle mobile network off and on, turn it phone off and on, but still no connection.using an iPhone 15 if anyone has any ideas.it appears the mobile network is set to automatic which I can’t change. thank in advance

helloMy daughter is off to Japan shortly and wants to know if she’ll get charged for receiving SMS texts, specifically log in codes and so on,   It’s not clear on the roaming section of the website whether Texts Received have a cost.  It lists costs for Texts to UK and Texts to Japan but not for incoming texts received.Sorry to ask a thick question.

Hi iD Mobile Community, I have recently bought a rather fantastic Oukitel WP100 Titan mobile phone for me - and an Oukitel P1 for my wife. They both seem like great handsets and run Android 14 - but I see that they are not on the ‘approved’ Wi-Fi calling-compatible handset list. Whoops.Both of the above phones have 4G and VoLTE calling capabilities but my wife and I have been really struggling to get our new Oukitel handsets to make Wi-Fi calls - something that is quite essential here, because we are a bit remote! The Oukitel WP100 Titan is a breast of a handset (projector, camping light, 33,000mAh battery, night vision etc) and it would be great if I could get it to work using iD mobile. The iD SIM is currently in SIM 2 for the Titan as I have to use SIM 1 for my work number (no choice - on EE), and that seems to work (and will make use of Wi-Fi Calling). Since moving my number from Vodafone to IDmobile I have been unable to receive calls from some callers. I have narrowed this down to callers using the Vodafone network. Callers from Three, O2 and EE all seem to work. 

All my incoming calls go straight to voicemail. This is not due to the call forwarding option on settings

I cant download the QR code and the settings for esim are not available on my device.  I went to the change to physical sim help topic, but it's asking for the sim number, but the QR code and the instructions so not have the sim card number.I cant speak to anyone. I need help to change to a physical sim. Thanks 

According to the app, my contract runs out in June 2026 but I think it should be before this? There was an issue a while ago where my number was hijacked and in the process of sorting it out, I think my contract has extended without taking into account the period of time before the invident.

Does anyone know how to leave ID Mobile?I've been with them since practically their very beginning but the service is now SO bad and they're so difficult to get in touch with (&they never return calls like they say thry will) and they won't deal with any of many new faults on the Service and I just can't keep missing phone calls from people(always a really important phone calls likemedical or money and never spam!) I want to keep my number and I want to pay off my handset and just get out of here but how?🤷‍♂️ cheers for any help or ideas

Terrible Coverage - Want to Transfer My Number Back to My Original Provider but Keep My Contract to Full TermHi, I moved from O2 but didn’t realise that despite living in Central Edinburgh, how terrible your coverage would be in my basement flat.  Can’t make or receive any calls clearly without stepping outside onto the street or into the garden.  I’m planning to pick up a new contract with a better provider and want to move my number but the PAC process seems to mean my contract has ended.  Can I get a new number for my ID mobile contract whilst moving my number to another provider?

Bit of a weird one. When people call me, and I can’t answer they are prompted to leave a voicemail. I don’t get any notification and when I call my voicemail it says no new messages. It’s almost like my voicemails are going to someone else’s mailbox. I’ve tried disabling and re-enabling voicemail, but still no joy. I have vulnerable parents that need to contact me and leave messages so I urgently need this fixed. It was working fine up to about two weeks ago.

How long does it take to receive your upgrade after ordering?on website when upgrading it's say next day, I ordered Wednesday at 1,40 am, after work hoping I,d get it Thursday, Friday when I'm on days off when, it's taken full day just to receive my pre contract summary information email which I have agreed to, but not heard anything back from id mobile or dpd, abit worried that's it's going to come when I'm back at work. And couldn't change delivery address,  I ordered after work  Wednesday 1,40 am thinking I,d get it latest Friday if it's next day delivery.
