I have no mobile data option button. There’s no way to turn on roaming 

I am trying to switch to ID mobile and have submitted my PAC Code but the switch will only happen on the following Monday. Can I use the ID Mobile sim and data plan or will have to wait till monday and keep using my old sim till then

Hi there, I have a Nothing Phone 2 and am using ID mobile. I am currently in Turkey and have brought 20GB add on roaming data for Turkey, valid for use on TurkCell and AVEA.  I have updated my APN settings, have contacted support about this, have tried manually connecting to networks but my phone simply is not connecting to the network I received a welcome text and my signal hard have R, however I am unable to load web pages or access the internet.  Please help as I have paid for this service and it does not work, and I would quite like to be able to use my data that I paid for to help me navigate this beautiful country.  Thank you

Hi. I was told I would be refunded for the time the network was down in June. So far I can’t see any credit on my account. Can you refund me please? I was told by one of your operatives that we would get refunded.  

I have got a Samsung S25 and trying to set up my mobile banking, but not receiving messages through to set this up. I have phoned the banks and saying everything is going through at there side. Any help much appreciated 🙏

Hi All  I Need some help as customer service from the web chat has left me in more trouble than I started off with  Me and my wife both upgraded to new Samsung s25 in Silver Blue on Sunday via a member of the retentions department  The phones arrived on Tuesday morning my wife's Silver Blue and mine came as Titamium White ????I logged on and started a web chat to be told I could not swap the phone as the Blue ones cost more Then I was told to cancel my contract and I would have to re apply and ask for a new S25 in Silver Blue  Followed this muppets advice and I now have a text saying I have to pay £930 on top of what Ive already paid  I started another web chat and got this cancelled but now I have a text say you have chosen to cancel the pac code and disconnect my number  Jesus what the hell  All I want is the phone I ordered ID mobile have shipped the wrong color 

I have recently switched to ID Mobile as I upgraded to an iPhone 16. I have kept my old number, but since I changed network providers I have been receiving verification messages for apps such as Gmail at least 12 hours late. All other messages have been working fine. Any help would be appreciated!

Every-time i try to log into Three WiFi  on London underground, I always get a message “ Please Insert a valid USIM card? Any help would be appreciated

As the title says, I paid for 10gb of roaming data but have been charged standard rate which are insanely expensive.My 10gb is still 10gb and wont even connect to internet which has badically ruined my trip because I cant access maps. My standard data allowance is currently 197gb.So despite having roaming data I've been charged.This is the last straw with Id network, its poor coverage as it is and its add ons that don't work.Can I get my bill reduced, its cost me £114 in a day!?

Hi, after some help please. Using hard SIM in Netgear Nighthawk M2 whilst travelling in Europe but router says data connection is disconnected. Have downloaded eSIM into iPhone 14 to test and can send texts and make calls but when doing internet speed test can download but not upload.Has worked OK in UK using same equipment as router in Moho. 

Hi. I changed my voicemail when I went on holiday, but now I can’t change it back. I’ve deleted and re-recorded a new message several times, and despite it seeming to have worked on my ID mobile phone, when I ring the number it still gives out the old message. This is very frustrating as it’s a business number and I need it to be accurate. Any suggestions please? 

Cuckoo (eero Pro6) broadband kapootUsing Mobile Data for past few days and then last night I started seeing issues with certain APPs saying Not Connected, No Internet - type error messagesWeirdly some Apps work, but some don't and as per, the ones I use more often are in NOT category. Few examples: Chrome is allowing full access to all pages. But, it does state NO INTERNET CONNECTION along the top of the page. It does fall over when I try to open Google Account to check connected devices, etc. Eero app is allowing access, but after I log into account and select START SET UP Button, it timesout and error states CANT DETECT MOBILE CONNECTION.  Abs no doubt I have disabled something on settings or within Developer but unsure what and scared to factory reset in case i lose the lot as recovery email is old employer which i dont have access (daft I know).

How long does it take to receive your upgrade after ordering?on website when upgrading it's say next day, I ordered Wednesday at 1,40 am, after work hoping I,d get it Thursday, Friday when I'm on days off when, it's taken full day just to receive my pre contract summary information email which I have agreed to, but not heard anything back from id mobile or dpd, abit worried that's it's going to come when I'm back at work. And couldn't change delivery address,  I ordered after work  Wednesday 1,40 am thinking I,d get it latest Friday if it's next day delivery. 

My old number was activated on Tuesday but the new one  is still active. Every time I am sending texts or making calls ppl are confused because it's show the new number. Can you disactivat the new number please.

I upgraded on the 26th September, I have not received confirmation email or email from dpd regarding delivery.

Hello, Any advice for this issue please?I am in the British Army and have been posted to the US for 2 years. I have approx 12 months left on my contract which was for Pixel 9 Pro and includes minutes/data.I called ID and explained this, and said I was obviously happy to keep paying back my phone, but could they pause the "SIM" usage charges. They said it was not possible.They're a member of the Armed forces covenant so it was a bit dissapointing as I'll now be paying to use a UK.phome for a minimum of 12 months while I'm not here.Any tips?Thanks 

I am getting constant calls, texts, even whatsapp messages all asking who I am and why I called them. And when I say constant I don’t mean it lightly. While writing this I got about twenty more.I greatly suspect my number has been spoofed by a scammer, and am lost on what to do.

  I am told that my order is delayed and is not being delivered till 19/09/2025 but I am also told it’s being delivered on Wednesday?! I have no idea what’s correct and what’s not! please advise

However, over the past few weeks I have experienced recurring issues with signal loss. The only way to restore connection is by restarting my phone, which has become increasingly disruptive. This problem occurs frequently during my working hours while I am out completing deliveries, where reliable service is essential. The repeated interruptions are not only inconvenient but are also beginning to negatively impact my work. Given the amount I am paying each month for my plan, I do not feel I am receiving the level of service I am entitled to. This is very disappointing, and I would appreciate this matter being investigated and resolved as a priority. Hello, so I’m aware ID no longer lock their phones to the network but my iPhone 16pro and new iPhone 17pro will not accept any other sim card apart from ID mobile and 3, any ideas why this would be happening? 

Iam still within my cooling off period and trying to cancel, terrible network quality and data speeds. But they want to charge me termination fees. Ridiculous. The customer service team is definitely not in UK and seems like everytime i heard an african accent and the whole floor can be heard through whoever is speaking and they dont seem to understand..Will have to pursue this probably through Ombudsman as the contreact papers and what iam being told is different

If I would buy the plan let say 12 month with term of condition 3 months half price and after then normal price. If I change my mind in 30-60 days and I make the decision to stop the plan, it’s can be anytime stop the plan or not?and if stop the plan, I am still have a charge fee like early termination fee or not?
