I'm in Turkey Roaming.I've received the below text.Can someone please tell ID mobile that to me it is not clear.I have paid £35 for 20GB Data.I also have £20 cap on my line/account for calls and texts. Is the below text referring to I've used 80% of my £20 cap?Or I've used 80% of my £35 20GB data? Just a heads up, you've now used 80% of your Bill Cap for this month. Please note: once you hit 100% you won't be able to use any chargeable services. You'll still be able to use any remaining allowances or add-ons. You can keep an eye on what you're using with the iD Mobile app or on My Account online.

Honestly i regret trying to join ID Mobile already, and i havent even recieved all my SIMs yet.ive ordered 4 SIMS, only 3 have arrived.i cant call anyone to discuss it, as there are no contact numbers.i cant get on the chat, as to get past the chat bot, i need a contract, phone number, and last bill amount… all which i dont have yet.Finally, i found a way after multiple tries, by giving wrong answers, to get through to a person. 1hr later that person ignores me then finishes the chat after going quiet for 30 mins and not being in contact. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME TO TELL ME:HOW DO I CALL ID MOBILE AS THIS PROBLEM IS HARD TO RECTIFY ON A TEXT BOX?WHERE IS MY 4TH SIM CARD, AND WHO DO I CALL OR CONTACT TO FIND OUT WHY IT NEVER ARRIVED?OF THE 3 SIMS I HAVE, HOW DO I KNOW WHICH IS FOR WHICH CONTRACT I SIGNED UP FOR AS THE EMAILS AND THE CONTRACT NUMBERS BARE NO RESEMBLANCE AND ALL ARE DIFFERENT CONTRACTS?

Hi, I have 4 numbers that I pay for but I can only manage 1.Im trying to add my kids numbers to my account so I can manage data ect but it always says your details are not recognised. I have tried signing up with their own email/details but still get the same message everytime. Thanks

I’m trying to log in to my Telegram account, but I am not receiving the SMS verification codes on my iD Mobile number. Normal SMS messages come through fine from other contacts. The issue only occurs with Telegram. Telegram sometimes uses short codes or international numbers for verification messages. Could you please check if SMS messages from Telegram are being blocked on my line, or if short code / international SMS is restricted? If so, can you enable this so I can receive the verification code?

I mistakenly ordered both a physical contract SIM and an eSIM. I only need the eSIM, which is active. How can I cancel the physical SIM contract to avoid monthly charges? I have not received the Physical Sim yet.

So basically I have 2 iphones, 13 & 16e. The 13 using a vodafone sim only plan & the 16e is an ID pay monthly. However my 13 is completely broken and is my main phone for contact. I’ve tried putting the sim into the 16e it reads in the settings but won’t show up on the top of the screen. I don’t know what to do to fix this. I was also wondering if I could merge the 2 sims to one. Any advice?

I’ve contacted iD Mobile twice about a recurring issue with my calls not connecting, both at home and outside. When I make a call, it shows as ringing on my phone, but it connects for the other person — they can hear me, but I hear nothing. I’ve been told to turn off FaceTime (no effect), that it was down to my WiFi (it happens on and off WiFi), and to remove and reinsert my SIM (this actually made the problem worse). The problem has now escalated: People trying to call me are often unable to get through and are sent straight to voicemail, even when I am not on a call. This has included urgent calls from the police. At the weekend I was in a situation where I needed to call the police myself, and my phone simply wouldn’t connect.  This is unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns. Hi, I’ve received a new iD Mobile SIM card, but I can’t activate it because I have no signal at all. I also can’t log in or register for My Account because I’m unable to receive the SMS verification code. Please activate my SIM manually on your side in one go. I just need it working so I can receive texts and finish my account setup.Thank you – I’ll wait here for confirmation. This is the issue I’m facing when I try to create a new account

I cannot log in at all due to my details apparently being incorrect. I also can’t use the live chat function and have tried on my different devices and browsers. My phone upgrade was cancelled allegedy at my request which isnt true and I cannot get in touch with anyone to find out why due to these reasons.

Sim not working

I am looking to pay-off my sim & phone plan early and look at going to SIM only. How do I do this and I assume I keep the phone?

I submitted a PAC for my wife and myself and requested to keep our existing mobile numbers. Also gave a start date. But I am still with my old provider  and the mobile for ID has not changed to our existing one. Is there anyone who can look at this as I am now paying for two providers

I have received new SIM from is mobile - try to log into my account and it says does not recognise details AND direct debit set up confirmation has incorrect mobile but I cannot get into account to change it AND there is no customer service to help !?  Can see why it’s cheap now !! Nn

I’m looking to find my order number as I should have received a gift voucher for signing up to ID Mobile.  I waited the 120 days, and nothing arrived. I emailed GiftCloud and they asked for transaction number and order number from the original email.  I got the transaction number from ID Mobile but have no luck finding the order number.  Other posters have had the same problem, has anyone had any luck getting the order number from ID?
