im looking to cancel my contract please

I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for my sim to be activated after it being passed on the the technical team. I have got service shown on it but can't make calls, texts do work. It says service does not allow access to this number. It will not give me 4 or 5g data either, only H+ even though we have full 5g signal on other ID Sims.

I’m a new paid up user who has activated her account, but I am unable to use my account to make calls and I can’t reach support to help me.

Does iDMobile offer an additional level of security for accounts (a PIN or password) to stop SIM switching fraud?

Hello. I have been with Id mobile for a year on a sim only 12 month contract. I recently got a new sim only deal through moneysavingexpert.com which isn’t a direct upgrade through iD. I need to transfer my phone number to my new iD sim. my question is.. is it just a case of requesting a PAC from my old iD sim and sending it to iD from my new iD sim?

Won’t let me pay the phone bill on the app or on the automated number at all.

I live in an area with very poor mobile reception, and so depend on wifi calling, but it just doesn’t work. There is no sign of a signal or dialling, when I select a number to call, then after about 30-40 seconds it gives me an error ‘Call Failed’. When anyone rings me at home, their call goes straight to Answer-Phone. I’ve read through the similar topics here and tried a lot of things, but still no luck! I have an Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max running the latest ios18.2. I have: Made sure WiFi calling is selected, that I have three ‘bars’ (and the phone mentions that it’s using ‘ID Wi\Fi Call’)made sure there are no VPNs set-up, or even profiles being availablereset network settingsmade sure that my phone number is listed under ‘Settings/Phone/My Number’Totally erased all the data from the phone and restarted from Factory settingsHad Apple diagnose that there are no hardware faults with the iPhoneAny other ideas would be very gratefully received, please! When I send a text and the recipient has their phone switched off it is sometimes taking several hours after their phone is switched back on for the message to arrive

I have an Android phone and changed from O2 to ID via Esim, keeping my 02 number. I have two issues, sometimes when I txt people it reverts back to ID number, and when some people ring me it states number does not exist?? Can you help as on one occasion I was needed in an emergency and they could not get through??? Thank you

For a few weeks now, I am rarely able to make calls, when calling someone it says calling on the phone but there’s no ring tone and then after a while it says call failed, also people are for the most part not able to ring me as it either doesn’t ring my phone or goes straight to voicemail.

Why do upgrades cost more than a new plan

Hello , I’ve been with ID for a few years and have been generally quite happy , I have been using a router with an external antenna on the highest part of the roof - this set up has been getting about 9.00 mbps on average and the interesting thing is that’s on 3G but only getting about 2.00 mbps on 4G despite the coverage map suggesting 4G should be a better signal for me , I have found in the last week especially I’m getting virtually no internet plus call drop outs and it’s made me wonder if this could be connected to the 3G switch off . ? My apologies if this question was asked previously. I’ve just switched to a new ID mobile pay monthly phone contract yesterday…..Discovered that when calling UK 0300 or 0330 numbers from my phone, result in busy, call type not supported or cut off after a few mins of a successful call connection. So I’m guessing, that calls to these type of UK commercial numbers are not covered in the ID mobile contract call plan, even though I’m on unlimited call minutes, TXT’s and data. Can anyone confirm this is indeed the case, and if it is, what we can add to the plan to make calls to 03XXX numbers etc?

I have been getting this issue for a couple of days on and off but today it has happening on every phone call I have tried 0800, 01235, 03456, 07896 all ahve the same issue I have tried rebooting my phone, checking for and updating any outstanding software on the phone. All is uptodate and freshly rebooted issue still happening.

My father acquired a new smart phone with ID mobile last year, having previously had a phone on the 3G network. Soon after acquiring the phone he realised he could not view his account details online as when he entered his details he just received a message saying his details weren't recognised (although this has not prevented ID mobile taking money from his bank account). He has written twice to ID Mobile about this, but has not received a reply despite the SLA of 7 days given on the website. On 30th December he was in the middle of a call when it was suddenly curtailed by a recorded message saying he had reached his capped limit. He does not believe he has a capped limit, but being unable to view his account details or discover his customer service pin is making it very difficult to receive any help. He has reported these issues via live chat, but once again he is asked for details which aren't being recognised, and so he feels he is constantly hitting a brick wall. He has, following

New sim not working

My account got Hacked 27 December 2024 My Account got deactivated - Without my knowledge Ordered a Sim card 27 December 2024 - Said to have existing phone issued with the SIM card 7 January “Your SIM has left our warehouse and is on its way to you by Royal Mail first class delivery. This can take 2-3 working days, so it should be with you very soon” 9 January Still no sim card - I Cannot not make any calls still Really not happy with Customer service - No one has help me revolve this BIG ISSUE Three times now have been ordered Still no sim card Unable to a a PAC code? I have paid the minimum and still have no service and it's been a few days since I paid. The money has left my account and it's not showing on the app and today I got a letter for recovery of the amount.

I'm currently in Italy and checked what data I have left out of my 30gb allowance. I think that t he way it's shown is confusing. What does "39.1/30gb" mean ?? I know that unused data is rolled over, but I know I can still only use 30gb here. I'm sure there must be a better way of showing this ID !
