New ID contract - how to keep number? Hi, I’ve been having a nightmare trying to find out how to talk to ID, does anyone know the number or email? Or any advice?I currently have a sim only plan with ID, and chose to get a new phone and sim contract with them to replace it - upgrade deals weren’t great, so I went through their normal options. I now need to transfer my number to the new sim, but I can’t as a pac code only works when switching network. Once this is done I can finally cancel the sim only contract. I haven’t used the new sim at all and have been paying for both plans 😩 (A separate issue I have with the sim only plan is that 80% of the time it won’t let me make outgoing calls or texts despite both those things being unlimited) Thank you
