Hi, I have tried several troubleshooting methods to fix the issue where I’m not receiving SMS verification codes from some apps to create an account.The iD Mobile Live Chat function is useless. They do nothing to help, so I’m hoping this can help me.I have tried resetting my phone, restarting my mobile data, the only option left is to contact iD Mobile.Can somebody help fix this issue?

Hi everyone, just a quick question on international calls.I accidentally pressed the wrong number to call yesterday. It is an international number that is out of the 50 free roaming destinations provided by ID Mobile.I hung up right away, on my phone it says the call lasted 0 seconds.Also, I have previously set these up (a few months ago):International feature on my mobile plan TOGGLED OFF Bill cap is at £0 Roaming on my phone TOGGLED OFFAm I safe to say I wouldn’t be charged for the call I made yesterday? I am very paranoid about these kinds of things. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you all.

I’m just moving from an iPhone 14 with physical sim to iPhone 16 with an eSIM.  I initially tried the physical sim in the new phone and it don’t work, so requested an eSIM.  it hasn’t worked, and I’ve contacted support via chat and followed all their instructions but still have no service. This has also disconnected the old physical sim in the old phone, so now I’ve got two phones out of action.  Any ideas of what to try next?

I switched my sons number to ID from 3 and the port was confirmed on 17th September however his phone still shows his old number on the phone and he cannot receive or send texts or calls.Its an iphone 14 and i’ve seen other discussions suggesting something with the settings but these were to do with esims. His old and new sims are both physical sim cards.

Hi!I can not connect iMessage or FaceTime to my phone number. I just keep getting an error message it is also saying I need to have a SIM attached to that number, which I already do with yourself - it is an eSIM.  I am very, very frustrated. Please help! fiona edwards

My contract ends 10/10. I have paid my last bill by direct debit in 25/9 covering the period up to the contract end date. I've requested my PAC code. I'm being told if I pass it to a new network provider before 10/10 and switch that I'll be charged £14.78 termination fee. Is this correct if I've already paid up to the end of my 24 month contract?

Just discovered this abuse of market completion when  buying a new iPhone 17 from mobilesdirect with an ID mobile contract just as my existing IDmobile fixed contract was coming to an end. Stupidly I thought it would be be easier to terminate my existing contract and just port my number using IDMobile systems or even via an internal PAC to my new phone. Wow, how wrong could I have been.The only way IDMobile said this was possible was if I upgraded (unfortunately IDmobiles upgrade offers were around £200 more expensive over 24mths) or port my number to a third party using an old phone and then porting that back to IDMobile.As per that suggestion (confirmed elsewhere on the internet) I then ended up driving to Sainsburys just before closing time, buying a 99p EE pay as you go sim. Finding an old phone, charging it up, putting a basic installation on it, loading the new sim, activating the sim, creating an EE account, loading a £10 minimum top up, requesting a new PAC code from

I need help

I can't receive or make calls for 3 days and counting now. I am based in London E14! This is unacceptable, I have missed important calls and this doesn't seem it’s being resolved!

I’m currently in Thailand and I’m trying to add Roam Beyond for Thailand to my package but keep getting the ‘Oops..’ message.  I’ve paid extra funds to my account to cover the 10 day package but it’s not letting me get past this error message. I really need it resolved and added to my account as I’m out in the middle of nowhere with limited wifi.  Can an ID member contact me and correct this please / apply to my ‘Plan’ so I can roam.  10 days for £35.  I’ve already prepaid by manually paying ID for this.  im not sure if they won’t do it as I’m already here?  Please help!

How can I call 0300 numbers....are they set in the plan or do you haven't ask provider to give access
