Hi can anyone help, I've made a payment today as I had an email saying my payment was over due, made the payment then decided to check on past payments noticing that this month's payment had been taken already (so now I've double paid) and also noticed my direct debit was also taken twice in April so I'm owed 2 months payments back. 

I accidentally went over my cap while travelling and iD have stopped my internet access - l can access some WiFi but it's not guaranteed and l can't find any way to contact them. I upped the cap amount on the app but there's no acknowledgement and now l've realised l can't set the alarm because the  phone still thinks it's in England while l've just arrived in Peru. The time difference is not helping either - l want to live chat with a real customer service person to sort this out but l can't! It's too complicated for the AI support and this is negatively impacting on my travels. How do l quickly get in touch with someone who can restore my internet access? Thank you

Around the end of august, my phone’s battery started to bulge. I immediately notified Samsung support who said they would pick it up from my house and take it to a repair centre. They have been inconsistent with their updates since then and have notified me that the battery issue was ‘my fault’ and the warranty was broken due to scratches on the front of the phone. After attempting to charge me £139 for a repair they said they would replace the battery anyway but they were waiting on parts. I called a week after they sent me that email and they said they would “let me know of the whereabouts tomorrow”. That was yesterday and I still have no updates. It is nearly a month since I last had the phone and I was wondering if iD could help as I am currently paying for a phone I do not have. I am using an older phone as a replacement but this option is no longer viable.

Could you kindly provide me with proof of purchase documents for my ID Mobile device or contract? I require this urgently and would appreciate your assistance as soon as 

Hi I lost my sim card how do I order a new one 

I have been told numerous times by numerous friends and relatives that when trying to call my iD mobile number, they are told that you are unable to connect them. I have no trouble receiving their calls on my TalkTalk land line or calling them back from my iD mobile phone. This is becoming a nuisance and I am very concerned that my recent porting over to iD Mobile sim only has been a BIG MISTAKE. Can someone at iD mobile or THREE please sort it out before I decide to leave iD Mobile.

For the past month or so I've had no access to 4 or 5g at my home address. It will connect but soon drops out. I'm better off using 3g but it is awfully slow. According to the status checker there's a problem in my area (BB1) that they are "working on" but they've been working on it for weeks! What's the problem and when might it be fixed? Does anyone else have the same issues at home (my connection everywhere else is fine).

Hi, I have an iPhone 14 Pro and upgraded to the new iOS 26. I have lost all sim connectivity. When the upgrade occurred it stated “no sim” and all connectivity is lost. I’ve subsequently reset network settings, updated network settings, simply removed the sim card and put it back in, as well as turning the phone on and off to no avail. Is anyone else having this issue or is it an iOS 26 problem with iD mobile?

i have had a problem for over a month now requesting a mew esim i want tbis problem fixed now or itll end in a law suit

In my 30+ years of owning a mobile phone, this network has to be the worst I've ever experienced! As well as that it also has the worst customer services I've come across, I don't think it a coincidence that you have no direct contact number,instead you have to come on a forum to try and get any assistance. My contract couldn't come to an end soon enough and I for one will never give this firm my business again and I will make sure everyone I know steers well clear of it also.

I’m on a cruise to Canada and the USA from 02/09/2025 to 02/10/2025 and these two countries are not in the 50 free roaming countries.  There will be sea days which I do not need the roaming but I do need data roaming on shore days. It says £5/day but there is no option to choose the dates.  can someone help me please? Hi, I’ve recently moved to a new area and have no signal at all in the whole area. I cannot even receive a message for hours, until leaving the area. In surrounding towns my connection is perfectly fine, it is just this town but it is the whole area. I have checked the network coverage and it says my connection should be great inside and outside. My phone is 4G and 5G compatible and is an iPhone 16. 

I keep getting the ! symbol and then my data connection is lost. I have loads of data allowance.

I am 10 days away from my 24mth contract end and I wanted to move to a sim only deal. I have paid for and downloaded an eSIM. Am I now paying for both or will the eSIM cancel the monthly contract?

Looking through the threads here I am worried about the trade in process. My phone has arrived and is with the trade in team but I only know that from Royal mail. It's still recent but already now about to be beyond the quoted 3-5 days. This is all over the ID page advertising this so I dont accept the responses of emailing the trade up team! What do you do when they dont reply to anything. What are people's experiences with wait times. If I dont hear this week I'm thinking to cancel the ID upgrade I've done and think I'm within a cancellation window still! Any advice would be great

I am currently on monthly EE mobile contract, and they can't offer me a decent upgrade plan and new phone deal. Only an increase on my current contract.I also currently paying for a ID Mobile contract for my daughter for past 18 months. Can I Cancel, and switch from my EE to Id Mobile contract and keep my old same number.Although I have a ID Mobile contract for my daughter ongoing.Also, if i order online will it give me the option to keep my same old number from EE or insert old Sim. 

I do not have a welcome letter from ID so do not have a transaction reference number. I need the transaction reference number so I can provide you with my PAC code to keep my old number. Please can you advise as soon as possible. Thank you,
