I haven’t received any updates on my pay monthly contract iPhone 17 in 4 days. I don’t know when the estimated delivery / dispatch date is. I haven’t received any emails regarding an E sim. All I have is a confirmation of purchase email. The money I paid up front hasn’t come out of my bank account either so I’m wondering if my order has actually gone through. Can I get some sort of confirmation that my order has been processed? 

I recently broke my Google pixel and decided to put my SIM card in an old HTC phone I had. When I put it in it said that there was no cell service. I tried everything, factor resets, toggling airplane mode and searching for help online but nothing worked. I then thought installing the app would help, but it said it was unavailable on my device. 

I’ve also got the same issue of awful network coverage all across central london: limited 4G but even then nothing loads. Have been with ID for 2 weeks so would like to cancel my contract- anyone able to point how to get a hold of them as haven’t reached any customer service people yet?

I have tried to use the live chat automation bot, and after 7 unsuccessful tries I have given up. No phone number, or email. I simply want to cancel my contract within the 14 days I have for cool off, seems impossible!

Hi,Purchased a pixel 10 pro XL from Currys. Attempted to return today on day 13(13 days from order,11 days from delivery to store) but they refused as the phone has been setup. ID did approve the return and provided a return transaction number but stated I had to take it to the store to proceed, where the store then refused.Currys policy states that unless faulty you cannot return the device once opened. However, in order to assess the usability it needs to be setup? I should add that the phone was purchased in store however they don't hold stock of the XL 512gb so they had to order it in, I assume that still qualifies as a store purchase though?Issues: • I have 1 bar of service sitting in my living room right now. •Battery is terrible and doesn't last a full day(known issue)•Extremely laggy and slow(known issue)•Photos show in Google photos but not always in Google gallery•When calling you need to press speaker multiple times

Hi, I recently travelled to Greece and whilst on my trip I checked that roaming was enabled on my plan which it was. However, on returning home I have received a nearly £40 roaming charged added to my bill and I’m just wondering why as I was within a roaming area for my whole trip. I’m extremely concerned as I simply cannot afford the bill this month and don’t want to loose access to to my mobile. Please help

Hi I currently have a great commonly plan with you, unlimited. Unlimited and unlimited - I would like to purchase a new handset though but can’t seem to figure out if this is something that I can do - can you advise me ? 

My mum has had no mobile data since upgrading her phone. She can only access the internet on wifi. There is data in her contract. She can make calls but not access any internet/email etc content. What is the issue? Please help thanks. 

Dear iD Mobile Team, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding an accidental purchase of a 15GB data add-on for 12 months, which was mistakenly added by my child. After realizing the error, I searched your help community and found a response from an iD Mobile employee named Tyler, who confirmed that such 12-month add-ons can be removed in cases of accidental purchase, as 12 months is a long commitment. Following this, I contacted your support team and was told that I would receive a follow-up within 3 days. It has now been 4 days, and I have not received any update or resolution. I then visited the iD Community Chat for assistance, but the representative simply advised me to call the help team and check the app. However, there is no option in the app to cancel or remove an active 12-month add-on. When I explained this and asked for further help, my message was ignored. I find this experience very frustrat

I’ve just opened the app and it’s told me to re-register with my old details.Step 1: It asks for phone number, last name and DOB.Step 2: After filling this in, it shows a screen to enter a code that’s sent by text message.Step 3: In order to get the code from the text message, I have to switch to my messaging app.Step 4: When I switch back to the ID mobile app, I’m deposited back to the beginning of Step 1 and it requires a new code, the one sent in the first text message doesn’t workStep 5: Can't continue, stuck in a loop Please help. I’m going mad.

Now that 3 and vodafone are one when will ID MOBILE be able to use the vodafone network as well as the 3 network?

I changed my direct debit date ages ago and it said my next bill will be slightly higher and taken on the 5th. You didnt change the date, tried to take it early, then cut me off and say I owe 2 months. Your online chat doesnt work and any attempt to contact you to sort this is useless.I'm having to post a question for billing that should be sorted !!!So what now? Watch this forum for an answer? As a motorhomer I am always looking for good coverage in Europe. I signed up to what looked like a good deal and actually it is but it’s frustrating that my ID Sim will not work in my Avtex router on a data-only basis and that ID won’t ‘support’ such SIM card issues. I can of course use it as a fallback in my phone and for tethering but the router solution is better. has anyone succeeded in getting an ID sim to work in a router? 

I'm roaming (free) in Greece and Cyprus, but I've had messages saying “Welcome to the USA” and have been charged high rates for data usage. Why has this happened? How can I prevent this and how do I get the incorrect charging refunded?

Not a question… just some feedback.I’ve just spoken to Jaron in the Sales department to try and sort an upgrade. I’ve been with you 2 years and wanted to get better deal than I was being offered. Jaron was super helpful, polite and efficient. I wasn’t on the phone for half an hour (like I have been in the past with other providers) and I ended the call not only staying, and getting a deal I was really happy with, but I then passed the phone to my partner who Jaron continued to help and upgrade him too. It was also quite late on a Friday afternoon and there was much merriment going on behind him clearly (which I have no issue with, we’ve all been there!). It must have been tricky for him to concentrate.. but he remained professional and completely focussed on us. A lovely chap who deserves a bit of recognition for representing your company so well! Thank you Jaron!

I’m passed the date for upgrade.  I’ve chosen Iphone Air base model with 100gb data.  Via the upgrade options on my phone app that comes in at £45.99pm with £199 upfront (total £1302.76) OR £54.99 with £29.00 upfront (£1348.76).However I’ve had an email land in my inbox directing me to a the same plan at ID mobile, exact same phone, via Uswitch at £39.99 with £129 upfront.  Total cost £1127.76That’s £200+ difference.  There’s also a very similar offer on the same site via a different network (but I’d really like to stick with ID Mobile).Surely I can access the cheaper deal via ID Mobile directly?  Surely I don’t have to go via Uswitch?   

I am an existing customer, how do I get onto the double data plans that are currently being offered? They dont show up as an option in the app.

I get a message saying I have 7 oicemails. It plays the first message but I don't get a prompt to say keep it, delete or next one.I can't hear the rest of messages. I have switched voicemail off because of this and I don't get a message saying missed call. Also recent calls doesn't say missed calls just a number.  How do I fix these? Thanks   

My Vodafone number was due to be ported today, Vodafone have ended the number on my old handset and I have had a text on my ID mobile to say that my number has been switched over. However, I my handset is still only showing the ID mobile number. I have switched the phone on and off again etc but it still hasn’t updated. Do I need to just wait and give it more time, or is there something else that needs to be done?
