My phone has not been working since Thursday. It does not allow me to connect a card from any network. It is definitely unlocked. The SIM card inserted into another phone does not work. I am writing to you for the second time. This is not serious. I have a lot of stress because of this and problems with doing my job. I have been to the service, contacted Apple and EE, and no one sees a problem. It was noticed that ID Mobile indicated that the phone is lost or stolen. This is a lie. I am its owner, and I always have. Please remove the fault immediately. If not, please provide information regarding the termination of the contract due to your fault.

Recently switch to ID Mobile  ( 2 days) Checked Network coverage  but now still same problem .phone : Iphone 15 pro maxNetwork : 1 signal bar sometime 2 bar after aeroplane mode on and off. ( indoor)Postcode : SS2 5FY Restart done already .Any help Please .

HELP. when in japan we put in a data sim, into slot 2, since coming back we only have data no calls or texts. i have gone into settings and sim management, calls and messages for sim 1 are just faded grey, i have tried turning phone off, taking sim out, and making sure its in slot 1. before turning back on, in sim manager my phone says SIM 1, iD and my number, my partners says SIM 1 unknown. i am at a loss, as i have gone through all the help topics i could find on ID including access point names, network operators, the VoLTE calls sim 1 is on, as well as allow 2 g service, flight mode is off, do not disturbed is off, updated and did a reset. 

Inadvertently added the same roam beyond add on twice, I can see this in the bill. This shouldn't be possible surely? Can 1 be cancelled or will it run from the end of the first one

Can ANYONE help. I have recently changed to an ID mobile plan. Everytime I enter my details to start the switch over to keep my old number I get an error message’ oops something went wrong’’I still get the txt from ID to say the switch over will happen but it never does.I have ensured the details are correct and tried the process numerous times now.Coincidentally  my daughter is having the exact same issue. We have been trying over a couple of weeks ,  not only are we now paying for the old provider as well as ID plan,  it is beyond frustrating .

I had a sim only plan at £8 a month. And became eligible for a mobile. I took out the iphone 14 at £28 a month. And yet my bill has come out at £45. I’m still paying the £8 a month but a little confused

So coming to the end of my 24 month contract,  all payments made including the final one which covers the period of 8th Sept to 7th Oct. when I requested a PAC they say I need to pay an extra £10.70 !!Why when I've made all 24 payment up to the end of my contract

I am already a customer, with a specific SIM only plan and phone number, that I use for private life. I want to add a second SIM card and phone number for my professional contacts to keep it separated from private life. It means I am paying already by direct debit, all payments made well and no issue. When I try to add a secon plan, the system ask for my last name, phone number and birth date. But systematically doesn’t recognize me and thus is blocking me. How to deal with that? is there a phone number I can use to contact customer service at ID Mobile and sort out this mystery? 

I cannot unsubscribe from emails generated in id community and wish to switch them off. The unsubscribe button doesn't work as keeps generating a bad request page, how do I get out? 

When I change plan at the end of my contract does my number move with me?

Just upgraded and kept my number, was told it would just come transferred but new phone isn't working ? Is there a delay with this? 

Good morning.I have been using the reception checker as reception  is terrible for months now and keep getting the same message that ID mobile are aware of issues in the area (s80) and are working quickly to resolve the issues. What are the issues and why is it taking so long? I am running out of patience  and am considering  moving providers. Thanks Paul

our sims don’t work properly, in sim management, calls and text sim 1 is faded out, only mobile data is working. there is only 1 sim in slot 1, my phone says sim 1 ID and my number, my partners phone just says sim 1 unknown number, we have tried all google help, restarting, re setting etc including adding an access point, none of this has helped, we are both on samsung S 23 and S24. do we need new sims? both phones are from ID. ppleas please reply as this is the 2d time i have posted about this

I no longer have access to my online account and have a final bill to pay.I’ve attempted to pay using the automated phone line however I’m not even asked to input my account number or phone number, instead I’m told I owe £0!In fact I owe over £700 as I’ve moved provider and sold my handset to pay off my iD mobile account 12 months early.There isn’t any helpful information on the rear of my final bill.Can anyone help?
