The past few weeks my mobile data hasn’t been working, despite displaying 5G and full service. If I reset my network settings it works for a short period afterwards then drops off again. Network coverage in the areas this is happening reports no issues.  I have an iPhone 16 pro that’s on the most recent ISO update as of a couple of days ago - so this issue was happening both before and after the update.  I tried to log this earlier but could not open the app as no signal, couldn’t google coverage as no signal, just had to tether to my work mobile to load my bus ticket etc. I can basically only use messaging platforms away from home. This has occurred in Bradford, Leeds, Wellingborough, Manchester & Salford within the past couple of weeks.  

It appears that ID mobile have stolen and have no intention of providing the phone purchased as part of my new plan. there have been a number of unhelpful live chat conversations. what do I do prior to reporting the fraud ?

I've got new contract with id and new sim and phone but my old number which ive completed transfer isn't working only via sms, I'm Android. It is on calling people 

I purchased an eSim today and it didn’t activate as I was in a poor signal area. Somehow the porting happened in less than a day on a Sunday and now I am without network. I would like to redo the eSim but it has been used so can’t be used again.

Why was I charged an extra £30 on top of my monthly rate on a two week visit to France? Most service providers don’t charge on the continent?

My wife and I have Pixel 7 and 8 phones respectively. Both of us have always experienced poor signal when making and receiving phone calls, especially when at home. We use our phones for work and can no longer tolerate this poor service.We have tried all of the advice provided on these topics by this forum and nothing has helped. Due to this we need to be able to cancel our contracts (at no cost) as we are not being provided with the level of service we are paying for.Please advise how we can do this.

I'm a new customer and I'm traveling right now, and I can't log in to my account and pay my bill because I don't have my SIM card with me. Is there no way to pay with a credit card without logging in, or is it impossible to log in without receiving a code on the SIM card?

Hello Chaps,Wondering if someone ‘iD’ could advise on signal issues in the Havant area?For a couple of months now, I’ve had next to no data service in PO9 1 (anywhere from the A27 in Havant, towards mid-Hayling, basically).Most recently I’ll have two or three bars of 4G signal and absolutely no data whatsoever until I turn airplane mode on and off again - eSIM, for reference.Other times, there’ll be ~2bars of signal/ maybe -90>-105dBm RSRP and such little data that I can’t even open a webpage - although there’s bandwidth there, as I can have it connect to a VPN if I try.Is there ‘heavy utilisation’ on local towers? - The same area on O2 and Vodafone gives slow, but usable data in the same areas.My workplace at PO9 1QJ has hundreds of people and my issues are replicated with at least a handful of other people on iD (that I’ve spoken to).Thanks,Tom

Both myself and my mum bought the 5 day add on so we can use data while we are on holiday in Turkey, but neither of us are able to actually access the Internet with the exception of hotel WiFi. We have 4g and full bars and have tried everything suggested on the Web page to fix it such as restarting the phone and manually selecting providers but nothing has helped. We need to be able to use maps and websites while out and about so how can we resolve this issue?

Hi, I have two numbers after moving to ID mobile - one old (physical sim) from Vodafone and one eSIM from ID. I want to keep only my old number. How can I check if I already gave PAC number somewhere? The purchase process was so quick that I only remember I clicked I want to keep my old number. I’m so confused 

I change my contract earlier in the year for a cheaper bill and I have only just noticed that I am still getting charged for my old contract I have looked on the bills and it looks like I am being charged for the sim-card even though I changed it to use my old number

Hi.I recently switched to a 12 month ID Mobile from Vodafone and opted for an eSim in my Samsung S24Plus phone (purchased from Samsung directly). However, I no longer have the option of “WiFi Calling” in the Connections menu. I have followed numerous suggestions. Has anyone else had this issue and found a way to get the enable “WiFi Calling” toggle switch in the connections settings to become available?Thanks

I cannot for the life of me see how much I owe for my phone. I am switching to a sim only plan from a monthly contract plan next month and have just upgraded (to a 2 year sim only plan). I wanted to know what my balance remaining for the actual phone/device is; however, all my bills combine the line rental with the cost of the actual phone. Is there any way of finding out the separated amounts? Thanks 

I have a contract for phone + SIM which runs for another 9 months. I am having various problems with the phone, and I am tempted to terminate my contract and get a new phone, very possibly with a new provider.Would the early termination fee be the monthly fee multiplied by the remaining months? Will it be less, since I won't be using the data etc? Will I be hit by additional charges for ending early?Or is there a better way round this entirely? Can I replace my phone while staying on a similar ID package?TIA!

I'm currently due an upgrade on my monthly contract, I intend to keep my existing phone and have thus purchased a sim only deal with I'D Mobile, I stated I would retain the same mobile number, but wish to Confirm that my existing monthly contract will now end and be replaced with the sim only package. 

Hi iD Mobile,I’m a long-standing customer and a father of two. I currently pay for three iD Mobile contracts – one for myself and two for my children. Yet, despite being the account holder and bill-payer for all three, iD Mobile has set up three separate accounts, and I’m unable to view or manage my children’s plans under my own login.This is extremely frustrating.I’ve spent time on your live chat support, and I’ve lodged two complaints – but I’m still no closer to a solution or even a proper explanation. I simply want one thing: to manage all three plans under one account. That seems like a very basic and reasonable request – and something many parents must surely want too.If this functionality does exist, why isn’t it being properly promoted, explained, or enabled? I have registered for eSIM but not received my email to activate 

Tried to port my old phone number from Vodafone to ID, when doing process it gave me a new phone number which now shows as my number in my settings.  However, if someone tries to call or iMessage/whatsapp my old number, it works. However, if I send a green text (non-wifi), it comes through as the new number.i want everything to appear as my old number and unsure how to resolve.

Hi, I have just joined iD and I have not had the greatest start with it. I'm in London today and supposedly have full 5G coverage, phone says no issues and shows 5G, but I've just had a phonecall drop out maybe 10 times and I've had the ring the person back. I have not seen the screen when its done this so not sure what message comes up. Conversely at other times such as on the train up here I am losing data signal when it appears I should have full bars and I have had to restart my phone to get signal again.  Any help appreciated 👍 

Why can I only Pay with DD or a one Off Payment?why can’t Isave card details to pay every month  pay with Apple pay set up a recurring payment (need my id account number and bank details )they are all pretty easy to set up and can be don’t in most other apps but not ID Mobile. It would make paying bills for everyone easier

Hi I just switched from vodaphone to id using an eSIM and paid a 24 month contract for unlimited data mins and texts I set a £0 bill cap but after activating my eSIM it says I have a bill cap of £25 it won’t let me log into the app as apparently the switch over is on the 3rd of sep however I am aware u can use ur data before that but I don’t want to use unless it’s unlimited 

Hi just wanted to know how long does it take for the same number to transfer onto my new eSim. I've recently just switched from o2 to ID but I'm wanting to keep the same number. I got my new phone on Thursday and it said something about the 2nd of September I'm not sure if that's when everything gets properly transferred which I'm guessing it is. But I want to keep my original number how do I know I've done this correctly?

I have 5 accounts which are now out of contract and I want to sort out upgrades. I spent 2 hrs on live chat yesterday and got disconnected 3 times and got only half way through sorting out 1 account..This is hugely frustrating. Staff are multiple chats at one time and the whole process takes ages. I would like a phone number or email address please so I can sort it all.out. thank you
