Normal calls won’t work both outgoing and incoming. I have to make all calls via WiFi or using internet. Why isn’t it working? 

I recently got a new contract with id mobile along with a new iPhone. Ever since then I have had issues with signal. My phone tells me I have signal but I don’t meaning that people are trying to call me and it is going straight to voicemail. I have been on live chat twice to ID about this as it has never happened with other networks/phones and their new solution is “you need to download the latest iOS update”! This has been happening before the last iOS update so that is not the case. I need to turn aeroplane mode on and off to reset the signal but I have no idea when I do or do not have signal as it always says I do! Has anyone else run into this before and shed some light on how you resolved it? 

I’ve had no service on my iPhone 16 for over a week, and there’s been no coverage or network issues reported for idmobile. I’ve changed my sim from an eSIM to a SIM card and they both have no service. Not sure why this has happened or how this can be fixed.

Hi, I'm unable to add another mobile number to my account, to view bill etc. After entering number, surname and DoB, it states 'Sorry your details do not match our records'. Extremely frustrating. I've tried adding via app & online, same message. Obviously something must match as ID are debiting my bank every month.

Hello,Please can you advise if I can take out the physical sim and replace it with another provider sim as I have now got a esim with ID network? Main reason, I would like to have my phone as dual sims usage? I currently have Samsung Galaxy Flip 7 phone, it shows that it’s possible to have a dual sims use, ie. 1*physical and 1*esim. Thank You!

ive added a user to my account as per the instructions but now received a message stating PLAN DISCONNECTED against the added number Is there a solution 

I have a monthly pay contract with id mobile that is up for renewal. I found online a mobile tariff that is better that the renewal offers in the id mobile app. Can I take out a new id mobile contract via the other supplier and still keep my number? I can’t use a PAC code as I would be with the same network.   

HI I have transferred my number into ID mobile and it is showing on my plan but calls are going directly to voicemail  - i can send texts though. It is also sill showing as being on my old network EE. What do i need to do? Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

Not receiving messages 

My wife cannot receive or send SMS messages from her phone and is unable to log into the ID MOBILE app as the surname is advised as incorrect.Can anyone advise how to rectify this issue

Hi, I ordered my phone through Carphone Warehouse and got my PAC code so I could transfer my number and completed that through Carphone Warehouse before completing the order. I got my phone and it didn’t come with a sim or anything for an ESIM so I assumed ID would send a sim separately or an ESIM through email. My previous phone which had my number active on it is now inactive and I haven’t yet received any sort of sim. I now have no access to this number to set up an account for ID on the app. Im not sure what to do now as I haven’t received a sim and have no access to the number that’s being carried over. Can anyone advise ?

Hello Good day. I have upgraded my plan yesterday but until now I haven't receive anything yet like email or confirmation after the upgrade. Can you please update me whats going on on my update. 

I am sure that I received a notification from ID:Mobile informing that roaming in Albania is now Free. Does anyone else recall such a notification? Or did I dream it? Not sure I did.I’m not saying that I booked my holiday there on this premise but wow the charges were ridiculous!Any comments please?

I have just upgraded my sim only contract with iD to a pay monthly with iD . So now have a new phone. This was all done with iD over the phone as an upgrade. the person I spoke to said I’ll be given the option to transfer my number when setting up the new phone, however the phone keeps saying that the transfer of my current number is not supported! Any ideas how I transfer my e sim number to the new phone? 

The continuous signal i received (when with) Vodafone enroute home is not available since moving to iD-Mobile. It seems the best area network hasn’t been shared since the merger. Can i request for this to be changed to work off Vodafone?Ps not changed iPhone and been with Vodafone direct for 15 years.

Previously, I was with the operator Lebara, and I decided to switch to ID Mobile. I’ve almost completed the switch; I ordered a SIM card, and it arrived yesterday. When I inserted it into my phone and tried to activate it, it was partially successful but not fully. I have mobile data but I  do not have network signal, so I can’t make or receive calls. I’ve tried restarting my phone and everything I can think of, but the issue remains. I have iPhone 15.I don’t know what to do. Can someone please help me?

Got a replacement sim, activated replacement sim put it in new phone but my phone number isn’t receiving or making phone calls. I’m staying on the same plan and wanted to keep my original phone number, I thought a replacement sim would just replace the one I lost and allow me to keep my number. I don’t know what to try next? TIA

I’ve just been given my upgrade deals today and they are more expensive than what I can get from ID mobile on the Martin Lewis page. I think I will move on from ID mobile as I hate this sort of thing and with no contact numbers you can’t even discuss.  Contract ends in July and unless I can get a better deal than whats available on the Martin Lewis site ( which I should for loyalty) then I’ll be leaving

I am in Greece and I cannot get roaming on my iPhone XR. Roaming is activated on my ID Mobile account but when I go to Setting>Mobile Service there is no Roaming button to activate. I’ve had no problem in previous years. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I've received the esim QR code. I've scanned it and it won't work on my android Samsung phone. There is no option on SIM card manager to add the SIM.

How do I find my id mobile number I tried ringing family and friends so it would come up unfortunately that didn’t work and I need to be able to log into the app so I can transfer my old number over I have an eSIM and need to do this as soon as possible and I go to university in 3 days the email I had off id mobile does not have a temporary number I need help ASAP

I need to set up my voicemail to access my voicemails. I have followed the instructions on the website to ring 123 from my phone to set up my pin but I get the same automated message to first ring directly from the phone and set up a pin. Please help!
