Hi I have an iphone 12 running IOS 17.5.1 i have switched from a sim with vodagone to an esim with ID mobile. I tried installing the esim via the qr code, it would not install, i tried again and it says the qr code is no longer valid I tried to register with the mobile app to download a new esim, it wants to send a code to my phone to activate the app, which i obviously cant receive as i have so sim on the phone I tried to install the esim via the manual settings in the original mail and it says it cannot be installed, contact my providerCan someone advise what i do to download/install a new esim?thanksJon

How do I fix this! I’d mobile fixes and then it happens again. Seriously considering not renewing my contract!! 

Return of phone was Thursday 4th, my plan looks to have gone back to the old one but I've had no refund.

PROOF OF USAGE NOT A BILL,...AND PROOF OF BLACKLISTED.I CAN'T LOGIN TO MY MAIN EEMAIL so if you send to my also I need new SIM card with my number please I believe someone will help me thank you 

Hoping for a bit of help.I am just coming to the end of a 24 month contract with iD mobile, so I looked around and found a better (later phone at a cheaper monthly cost) new contract, still with iD, from Carphone warehouse which I have bought.I now want to change my existing number to the SIM in the new contract phone but an struggling to see how this is done as a PAC is only used when changing numbers between network providers, whereas I am just wanting to transfer my number within iD.Any help would be much appreciated.

I have an ID Sim-only plan and am trying to use it in an iPhone 16 Pro. The SIM is accepted by the phone and it says ‘4G’.  However I cannot make calls or send texts and I cannot access the internet.  I can, however, receive calls and texts.  The same handset works fine on a vodafone SIM I have and I have also tried the ID SIM in another iphone (a 13 Pro) and it does not work in that either.  (both of the iphones are on the approved list of ID Mobile).  

Hi IV upgraded to a new device but ID mobile has taken the one off payment and IV had no confirmation or nothing to say it's been accepted or phone will be delivered on such and such date 

Are Add-ons the monthly price, eg. 6GB data for 12 months = £15. Is it £15 per month over and above the plan price? Thanks

I note this is a common issue but cannot find the solution in previous answers and I have just spent the last 3 hours trying to connect to ID online customer services as the Chatbot was useless!  I urgently need to call a 0345 number, but as others have reported the call does not connect and the signal drops to zero while trying! I’m sure this will be an easy fix but the lack of any form of reliable support from ID is shocking. I suspect they will need to do something with my plan (not sure why as it should be included), but how can they do this if you can’t get through to customer services, 

Hi, my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G is no longer connection to my data usage (bills are being paid regularly by direct debit!).  It only happens when I am out and about wich is exactly when I need my own data for WiFi.’Also, I on and off get the sign ‘Emergency calls only’ at the top of the screen and when this happens and I try to make a call, a text appears saying: your phone isn’t connected to any network…Can anyone understands why this is happening please?

Hi can someone help me. Lately if someone calls me the coverage suddenly drops and the phone call ends. I then try to ring back to see a message saying. No network available. The internet doesn't always work either. It's quite annoying as the price i pay isn't cheap.

I moved from Three to ID mobile so it should not have been a huge change of speed. I was getting 20Mb/s on average which is poor but usable. Since moving to ID mobile, the best speed I got after a while was 10Mb/s but generally it is less than 1Mb/s when in use, this is midnight in Edinburgh EH8 9RR. The same handset gets 50Mb/s with Vodaphone SIM, so it would not be this issue. Similarly, the ID mobile SIM on my work phone gets a similar speed. Location is already in a better spot than if I am in the city centre, 99% of time I will not get any Internet despite full bars when on Princes Street, now this might be down to congestion, but 4am in a location which has perfect coverage an

I’ve just received my new Samsung A36 and did the whole phone set-up including moving all data and apps from my old phone. I have set fingerprint screen unlock but I do not recall adding a screen pin. The phone seem to have a screen lock pin which is unknown to me. Is there a default screen pin or a way to reset it without having to take my phone away ?

I’m heading to Hong Kong for 2wks.I’m currently on an unlimited data package.My contract actually runs out while I’m on holiday, but assume I will remain on the unlimited package.Does this cover my data usage in Hong Kong or do I still need to get one of the Roam Beyond add-ons?Thanks.

I am visiting Ireland and when I try to call a number in Ireland I receive the message “your service does not allow access to this number”. I have tried calling both a mobile number and a landline number but get the same message. I have ensured that both roaming and international calls are active, and I have reset the network settings. Anything else I should try?

I went through the upgrade process yesterday to increase my plan, as I have done before, but I have just received an email with a new account number and new mobile number. It seems the upgrade has created a new account.

I’m roaming in Spain  purchased a new iPhone that is eSIM only  currently have physical sim So advice please. I am on an extended holiday (3 months) but my current iPhone is dying. I’ve purchased a 15 pro and realised it’s eSiM only. How do I get around this? can I convert to eSIM while abroad?should I convert then set up new phone hoping the eSIM will transfer across as part of the process?  I desperately don’t want to loose access to my sim while I’m out here as it’s used for my mum in a care home to call me. She can’t use anything other than a traditional landline as she has advanced dementia.  thanks in advance!
