When I switched to ID in November 2023, I chose to keep my mobile number from before. However, since then, I have had issues where my outgoing calls show up as the number that ID gave me, but I can still receive calls on the number I wanted from before.  This was a bit of an issue, however I lived with it. But now I can’t receive text confirmation codes from companies 50% of the time. It will recognise my number but I won’t get a text through.  any ideas on how to solve this?

When my contract reaches it's end date what happens because my phone will be paid offSo what happens to my bill, no one has got in touch 

can someone quickly gain access to your phone if you pass it them to see number received if they call your number ? concerned 

I've got a upgrade coming very soon and wondering if can upgrade my id contract via carphone warehouse as the prices are alot better than id so wondering if can do this either in store or online as I'd told me on live chat can only upgrade via their website but carphone warehouse clearly has id upgrades on there so all very confusing 

Switched numbers nearly 2 weeks ago from the number id gave me back to a number i was using before but its taking too long to switch back and i can even take calls from the id number. i can make calls from it though but not to 7777

Just arrived Ulta and I can't make or receive any phone calls. I've got everything switched on roaming and international are enabled in the ID app and also on my phone.I'd be grateful for any help

Iv recently taken out a 30 day sim only contract for my sons phone (£8 per month)today I tried to order myself a new contact and iv received an email to say the order has been cancelled as I need minimum 90 days payment history on my sons sim only contractis there any way around this as I need a new phone asap?if I cancel my sons sim only contract will I be able to take out a phone contract for myself straight away? Or If take out a contract in my mother’s name and bank account can I swap the direct debit to come out of my bank account?

Hi,My wife and I are due upgrades. Both have a pixel 7a. Yesterday I went to upgrade: I got a pixel 9a via the app. It's coming tomorrow. I did the same for my wife. Or I thought I did. Checked today and she has no confirmation email so I went on the app and mustn't have finalised it.… Anyway: can no longer get a 9a as an upgrade! Only 24 hours later. However, you can get a 9a on ID if you are new customer? What's this about then?  What's stopping us just getting a new deal as a new customer and porting the number over?  Thanks. 

My husband passed in August and he took out my mobile phone contract and managed it for me.ID mobile told me that they are not able to transfer an account to another user. They told me via email that they would need to convert the number to a PAYG number to end the contract and that this would take some time:Reyhaan said:“We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused your mother. I have requested the number be converted to pay as you go. This process will take a maximum of 48 business hours. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.”I agreed for the tranfer to go ahead. It’s now been a week and the transfer hasn’t happened. Live chat handlers are saying they can’t help and we’ve emailed to say the transfer isn’t working but so far are getting no reply. I need network to be able to port my mobile numbe out. I need to be able to use my mobile phone number as part of 2-step verification for things like my governm

Has anyone else got an issue with calls not going to Voicemail? I first identified this issue yesterday (02.09.25). When calling an iD Mobile number, it rings but instead of going to Voicemail, it just times out and says 'Sorry your call cannot be connected'. I have tried this on 6 different iD Mobile phone numbers (as all of my family are on the same network), so it's not a problem with just 1 number. Also the phones are in various different UK locations (Filey, Skipton and Huddersfield) and all have the same issue. I went on chat last night and was told it was network congestion that would clear at 23:59 but it hasn't as the same thing is still happening now at 19:15. Any idea how you report a fault to iD?Interestingly, trying to call a number where the phone is switched off, it DOES go to voicemail....

I tried for over a month to cancel a second SIM I have( I am happy with the first one) but the app never worked and there was no customer phone line etc. I have a charge for £12 for service I didn't use. Can someone contact me to discuss 

Hiive been to Rhodes for a few days and the charges havnt been included with EU roaming ie free. They have come under rest of the world roaming which is strange. Why is this please as Rhodes is EU ? Thankyou

In the town of Llandrindod Wells my phone shows 4g, but data does not work, WhatsApp, Snapchat, all social media, internet doesn’t work.Is the network overloaded all the time?I’m on iPhone 11 on IOS18.5, but have friends with iPhone 12 and Samsung with the same issues.I’ve tried all the LTE, restarting, airplane mode, switching between networks and back again… nothing seems to improve the situation, if it continues I’ll have to switch network, 

I have just UPGRADED and got a confirmation and did a trade in too but did not take a screenshot ASSUMING ID mobile have done the due diligence and sent me a confirmation?! My wife tried to buy me a new phone for my birthday. However, as it was amazingly cheaper on ID mobile outside the app, it wasn’t bought through my account. as ID would only port number via 3 way port, which is too much hassle, she cancelled the phone before delivery. to prevent money being taken she cancelled the direct debit. Now ID want circa £4, but we have no details on how to pay it Phone number was       

Why is my direct debit coming off on the 17 September when my billing period is 3 September . When is the direct debit date because logic would assume it is the same S billing date?

I would like to know what I'd are doing about their usless signal. I brought phone and contract 1.5 yrs ago. Signal was good until 2&3g switch off. Since then your network has become unreliable.  Not only Internet but calls aswell.  Slow network,  drop off or no signal at all. Calls inaudible.  Have commented several times to be told there is no issues or the best one was its coz your no in your usual region or this affects signal.🤔🤔🤔I can't wait for this contract to end next year as you all refuse to end contract now as you say there is no issues. Read all the comments on community page that will tell you how fed up everyone is with ID mobile.  You take are money and provide no service worth speaking of and no customer service. 

WHATSAPP ISSUES Any suggestions on how I can get past this error message?!! The whatsapp support is useless it’s all AI bots that just give you routine answers don’t actually listen to the issue and I cannot seem to get in contact with an actual person.  The voice call option also doesn’t work for me, the closest I’ve got is a call with 1 of the 6 digits🤦🏼‍♀️
