No connection at all G21 area and G22 area , what going on !!!!

I’ve checked the connection status in my are and for 3 days now it says there’s an issue in my are that you are working on. In the meantime, I’ve not been able to use my data for 3 days. How long does it take for you to fix an issue you’re obviously aware of? Who can I get in touch with to ask for updates?

HiTried to talk to the online chat earlier but took 30 mins of exchanging messages and made no progress (other than being asked if I had put the sim in the phone !).Moved to ID Mobile and had old number ported over.  This happenend on Tuesday but it hasnt worked properly.  My phone registers as my old number and I can dial out and send text messages etc but no-one can call me or send me anything.  If you try and call my number it says ‘number not recognised’ or ‘not in service’.Anyone had this and got any idea what to do ?  Phone is a Pixel 7, have done what ID Mobile online chat have said (check number in personal info, check SIM card has been put into phone).Will try them again tomorrow - at the moment paying for a service that doesnt work. Thanks

Hi I have been a customer of yours for a number of years and would like to stay with you but the upgrade offers are not competitive with starting as a new customer. I want would like to upgrade to the Google Pixel 10 pro xl 256gb and if I was a new customer it would be £9 upfront and £35.99 a month after unlimited data. This is less than what I am being offered as an upgrade. Can you match this? 

My wife calls my number regularly but I now get 3 beeps and the line cuts off before I get a chance to speak to her. This also happens with a WhatsApp call. I can get calls from other people and answer without a problem. Why would one caller not be able to get through to me?

I am concerned that I may be being double charged on my account.Each month I am charged £8.00, which is the only amount shown on my online ID Mobile account and bills. However, I have also been charged an additional £7.00 at a different time in the month, even though there is no record of this £7.00 anywhere on my account. Looking back, I did receive an email saying I would be charged £7.00 on 31/01/2026, but this does not appear in my online bills or account history.I previously contacted Live Chat and was told that I am only paying £8.00 per month. Based on that information, and as I have recently switched banks, I cancelled the Direct Debit for the £7.00 because it appeared to be a duplicate charge. I also asked my bank to refund the £7.00 payments, which they have done for January 2026  and February 2026, because there is no record on ID Mobile of these charges.I have now received an email today stating that the £7.00 Direct Debit needs to be set up again. For the last 3 days I have had no mobile signal in GU34 5BN... I need to make calls ... how can this be fixed?

I recently transferred my phone and my wifes to ID from a different provider.On neither phone did we get around to setting up a Sim pin.Today I tried to do this with no success.In our phone settings, when I tried to turn on the Sim pin facility I was asked to enter the current pin.I tried the same default as was used by the prvious provider (9999) with no success, then was informed that the ID default is 1111. I tried this with no success so now only have one try left before my sim locks.Can anyone tell me what the default code is, and how I would recover the sim if I do get locked out following a third attempt.

Past week very poor phone coverage.  Keeps dropping off altogether.  Unable to make/receive calls.  Have gone outside but no better.  Having to constantly restart my phone, comes back with only 1 or 2 bars at most.Have not made any changes to phone/Sim.

Hi I recently got a new phone and yesterday I decided to transfer my eSIM to the new device. I initiated the eSIM transfer around 5 am, but I did not get any signal. No service / Emergency calls only.I waited about 15 minutes and then requested another replacement eSIM, but I had exactly the same issue. There was still no signal. I tried all the usual troubleshooting steps on the website or those provided by the chat bot including resetting network settings, but nothing worked. At that time there was no customer support available, so I had to wait until later in the day to raise a ticket. When I finally contacted support, I was told there is a technical issue and that it needs to be escalated to the technical team. I was also told it may take 24 to 48 hours for a response. I find it completely unacceptable in this day and age to be left without a functioning SIM and no data for up to 48 hours. This is my main phone line

If I upgrade at the end of my contract to SIM only to save some money, will I automatically keep my number if it's ID to ID or will there still be a switching process?

Hi, I've just signed a new contract for another 12 months. I know my bills may be different for the first month but the app bill & email bill are different. The one above is my email bill. The one above is the app which makes sense as it's pro-rata billed.Can someone please advise? Thanks

I have looked at my recent bill as I used the phone as an emergency in India. I then realised that before I went to India I sent texts to my customers but it was sent as an MMS and I’ve been charged 55p for each text. Why would it send as an MMS

I need to access my other two phone numbers log calls I cant seem to access them on the app i have 3 phones all together but only one shows up on the app

Hi, I'm new to ID Mobile and I've downloaded the app and created an account. When I go to add my id mobile number, I enter the number, my last name and date of birth but then just keeps saying error try again. I've tried on the web a number of times same as the app. Any help? Thanks. 

Hi I have been made aware there was outstanding bill to be paid on my phone bill.  however checking through the payment history this is not the case. I have now overpaid 3x £30 and my account has not updated this correctly. Please can you look into my case urgently.  thanksbel
