Hi there Im a new IDM customer and I'm visiting Devon this week and so far in EX9 postcode, no connection. I can see the 3 UK network as an operator but my android wont connect to it. It seems to come and go if I move around. Is it just a weak signal ? It was fine all the way down the M5 I've reset the access point Anything else to try ?J

I recently ported two numbers to ID from EE. I have the “stuck validating” issue for facetime and iMessage as reported by many other users. I’ve tried every piece of advice offered in the many threads I’ve read through.I’ve seen this before. When I ported my numbers from BT mobile to EE a few years ago, it took about 5 hours to resolve itself, so I know it’s a network thing and it’s usually sorts itself out.I’m nearly 48 hours in to this with ID so it should have sorted itself out by now.Steps taken from reading all of the related threads.I’ve deleted and re-added my eSIM, all other SIMs are deleted (my old EE sim was also eSIM). I’ve reset and refreshed the network settings, I’ve turned off these services and turned them back on, rebooted and various combinations of this. I’ve rebooted about 30 times, with and without WIFI, to use cellular data. I’ve checked to make sure my number is shown correctl

Hi - I had previously been a customer of ID before transferring networks.I have recently returned to ID, with the same number I left with, however my plan shows it is still disconnected (even though it is active). As things stand I cannot access the account online.How do rectify this?​​​​​​

Hi there,I am using an iPhone 17 pro max with an eSIM and I regularly travel outside the UK. I always have my roaming turned off as my destinations are not in the 50 included nations, however, I still get charged for roaming. I also have a physical SIM card installed for another provider, who’s roaming is also turned off, and I do not get charged for travelling between countries. I get the SMS notification that I have landed in xxx country and if I want to use my data etc etc blah blah, which is fine but I ignore it as I do not intend to use iD. Quite soon after, I get an SMS informing me that I am using chargeable data.I don’t understand how this can happen. (I have just toggled the WiFi assist option to off). In terms of monetary value it’s not huge - like tens of pence, but it’s kind of annoying! Can you please let me know how else I can avoid these charges?Many thanks,Samuel Man

Hey, just wanted to leave a little bit of feedback having switched over to ID in the past few months.While communication is great, overcommunication results in email fatigue and missing important details due to the feeling of "oh great, not another one".In addition although having opted out of marketing communications, some of the emails i receive are skirting the line between transactional and marketing.long story short:Great service, good signal.  Drastically reduce the email volume please.

I’ve just set up a new iPhone 16 Plus on an iD monthly contract & transferred all my data from my old iPhone quite easily following the instructions. I have been charged nearly £60 for absolutely nothing I’m Brasil.  I’m outside the add on destinations and I’m not using any of the services of my phone. data or calls as none work. I have disabled the data roaming and also there is a cap on my account of £45. In summary my phone doesn’t work here.  However, I have been charged £57 pounds for absolutely nothing. Mobile data is off and data roaming was capped and still is charging me for no service. I want to dispute this charge, this is a scam that not going to fall.  How can I report and dispute this charge? This is unacceptable.

I am in USA and Colombia for Christmas and New Year. I have purchased a Roaming Beyond data package for the States but my brother in law has bought me a local SIM so I don’t need the data any more. However, I will need the data when I’m in Colombia eight days from now. Is it possible to move the plan from the one country and dates to the other? They cost the same.
