Dear iD Mobile Support Team, I’m reaching out regarding a recurring issue I’ve experienced during phone calls on the iD Mobile network. Specifically, when I initiate a call—particularly to call centres—the first second or so of my speech is consistently cut off. This results in the person on the other end missing the beginning of what I say, which can be frustrating and disruptive, especially in professional or support-related conversations. I’ve tested this across multiple calls and environments, and the issue persists. I’ve also come across several discussions in the iD Mobile Community forums where other users have reported experiencing the same problem. Im looking to update my iphone soon. I currently use an e-sim, will that transfer to the new iphone when i set up or will i need a new e-sim. 

I need a PUK Code I’m unable to use the experts online because I’m having security issues with my Bank at this time , I have been trying for over 3 weeks now to get a code via live chat but they are ignoring me why ? I don’t know , so please can someone help my get a PUK code ?

I arrived in Spain and I’ve no internet access. Used WiFi in hotel and checked my app and both are turned on.  But nothing. I’ve toggled them and still nothing.  I’ve an iPhone 16 and I can’t find a roaming setting. I’ve got a esim.   Can anyone help please.    

Hi I am having long term very poor phone signal since joining ID. It’s now at its worst and at times people can’t phone me if I’m away from the house and away from the wifi calling. any advice please? 

​I'm writing to the community as I'm experiencing a significant delay with my number transfer and am urgently in need of assistance.​I signed up for a new contract with iD Mobile on Tuesday, September 2nd. At the same time, I requested a STAC number from my old provider and booked the number switch for Monday, September 8th.​I received my new phone and followed the instructions to activate the eSIM on Thursday, September 5th. On Sunday, September 7th, my old provider's service was switched off, as expected. I waited for my number to switch to iD Mobile on Monday, as planned, but it never happened. It's now Tuesday night, September 9th, and my number is still not active on the iD Mobile network.​This is causing a major problem as I have numerous accounts for banking, email, and other services that rely on two-factor authentication via this number.​Could you please tell me how long I should expect to wait for the number switch to be completed? I had no notification at all from dpd to say they would be delivering today and I haven't ordered anything else and they turned up while I was out I asked them to drop it with the neighbour next door but they haven't what should I do

No service for 3 days. What is the point in offering discounts if you can't supply a basic service.

I’ve just upgraded to a new eSIM after having a physical sim for a number of years. How do I port my old number over and cancel the old physical sim?  I have an Samsung S21 Ultra. 

Hi Ive transferred to ID with a new IPhone 16 Pro from O2 on a personal line - I have also added in a second business Sim to my phone on Vodafone which is working fine. i can make calls on my Primary (ID) line and use data, but incoming calls are answered with ‘number unobtainable’ and I cannot send texts on my ID line - I can receive them though as evidenced from my text from ID this morning.   reading similar issues leads me to think I am experiencing a split port and therefore need ID tech team to help. i have already spoken to customer support and been through the usual hoops to reset the phone / network settings etc and advised the tech team would contact me in  48 hours  which had been and gone.could this be raised with the ID tech team to investigate and resolve please? ps sorry about the typo in the title which I can’t amend.  Text to small for me to read properly!! thanks

I am trying to phone Australia from the UK on a UK sim but I just get a message saying “sorry your plan doesn’t allow this call’ but when I checked it was a cost to call but it did not say that I couldn’t. Please help!

Hello all,I renegotiated my contract last week to 40Gb plus a 20Gb customer loyalty bonus add-on. So 60Gb per month. This doesn’t show on my plan which now shows 40Gb. I started a chat session about this and was surprised to be told that the extra 20Gb just doesn’t show.To quote  Please be advised that as it is not part of the plan, but a Loyalty Add-on it won't show on the app, but once the 40GB is used up you will automatically use the 20GB. What kind of double-talk nonsense is this? I have to trust that when the 40Gb is used I will move into the 20 extra but have no way of seeing this before, or perhaps even while using it? Surely the chat operator is mistaken and it simply hasn’t been added to my plan?Thanks in advance for any clarification

When I took out my subscription,  I supplied my PAC number. Why have I still got my ID number instead of my old one? This is causing me major problems. 

Bought a new phone for my sons birthday on the ID network. The service is poor. Its not good enough for him to play his favourite app Pokemon which is so frustrating.The pure fact that this is a new contract I have no idea what to do? Do I have to leave and pay a fee to get out of the contract? What options do I have here? Any help would be greatly appreciated 

I need to leave ID as i have an issue , messaging isn't working, I've run through all the fixes they offer but nothing has worked. So now I need my PAC, but guess what ,I cant send a message. Is there another way to request it please?  Jane

My new phone, sent by DPD, was originally supposed to arrive on 30th June but I changed the delivery date to a few days later because I wasn't going to be in. The parcel never arrived even though on the DPD app it still says it will be delivered on the specified date which is now in the past. I got in contact with DPD and they said the sender is the only one that can launch an investigation into my missing parcel. I then spoke to ID Mobile and they said that carphone warehouse sent it so they need to initiate the investigation, but when I speak to them they say the exact opposite and that ID mobile sent it. So I am now going around in circles trying to explain to both carphone warehouse and ID mobile that one of them needs to do it.  This is getting absolutely ridiculous and I have been without a new phone for 2 weeks now going back and forth to get this sorted. Please can you help me?? I'm paying for a phone I don't have and wasting so much time on live chat and phone

Hi all, I’m currently in contract with iD Mobile, but the signal at my house is so poor that I can’t even make or receive a call when I step outside. I’d like to know if it’s possible to port my number away to another provider (so I can actually use my phone), but still keep paying for my iD contract until it ends. Has anyone done this before, or is it something iD supports? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Still after a month and now got back from holiday still no SIM card very disappointed 

My phone number for my main device has suddenly changed back to the one I had before transferring my number via PAC. How can I get my preferred number back?!

I’ve upgraded to a Google Pixel 9a. My replacement sim from Curries is inactive with no connection. My google account is synced, I can’t text or call anyone but have all my phone contacts. Thank you.
