I am trying to change my data plan usuage. I have a the following message, “Sorry, you can't change your plan. This is because you changed your plan less than 31 days ago.Please try again on 08/10/2025.I still cannot change my plan. Why is that?

I have unlimited data but it has reached 3.88Gb and won't allow me any more

I would like to be able make and receive calls on my HUAWEI B525s router with a landline telephone as I could with my EE SIM card. Does anyone know the VOIP settings I need?

I’m not receiving text messages on my phone. How can I sort this asap? I’ve tried all basic troubleshooting and still nothing. 

If I travel outside of one of the included roaming destinations, yet leave roaming turned on, but have my bill capped at £0, will I avoid any charges? Thanks. 

Been trying to make payment now for 3 weeks an getting nowhere iv done the live chat an spoken to an agent on there for them to say if gone to debt collection I have then phone the debt collection for them to say my case is closed as its been payed when I have not made any payment so had to go back to id chat for them to say pay online or the automated payment again will not work told them this then get given an vulnerable team number for them to just try an transfer me to automated payment im getting absolutely nowhere going round in circles u can look how many time iv been in contact with you this its just beyond now im paying for a phkne thats disconnected an will have another bill now on top of this an I haven't even used it how is this my fault that ur system ain't taking payment your just putting me in debt for a phkne I ain't using 

Hi.I've currently experiencing some financial problems. I don't use this sim anymore or need it, I still have the balance of the phone to pay off. I want to discuss my options for payment arrangements but feel like I'm hitting a brick wall.I'm in a bit of a vulnerable state at the moment so don't feel I could discuss over the phone. I've been on live chat but they don't seem to understand what I'm wanting. I just want someone to help and discuss my options.Is there an email address I can contact at all? 

i started a new contract and new phone with ID. I got confirmation my old Number was transfered over at 10am yesterday morning. I still have no mobile data. I reset network. Took sim out and in Rebooted. The Sim recognises the number with wifi on, but mobIle network status states disconnected. This port over was yesterday morning. i have no mobile data.

I’ve swapped from EE, wanted to keep my old phone number.. all swapped over but I can’t make outgoing calls.i can receive calls and I can make calls through What’s App but not normal phone call.when I try, I little p is next to their name but when someone phones me there is a little t next to my name.ive looked through all the settings and googled as much as I can but I can’t work out what’s wrong.heeeeeelp. 

I’m attempting to use the switch website to keep my old number, everything is working except when I get to the page asking me to pick a date for the switch. When I enter any date, whether it’s within or outside of the thirty days, a red message pops up telling me that the date I’ve selected is outside the 30 days that the pac code lasts for and to pick a sooner one. It’s currently the 1st of oct 2025 and I’m picking the third of the same month and year or any day after that and the message still pops up. I have no idea what to do, has anyone got any solutions?

I would be grateful for some help and advice please as a matter of urgency.I can receive calls but cannot make any outgoing calls. I am in Guernsey presently and have had no issues previously making calls. However, about 3 weeks ago the problems started.  It seems I cannot call any Guernsey mobile numbers, “CALL FAILED” keeps happening.  I was over 3 hours last Friday afternoon chatting to Chatbot on ID, I did all the checks and still no success.I have switched my phone on/off 3 times, still no luck.  Also I have done a Network Reset, still no luck.Please can someone help me as a matter of urgency, being without my phone is a nightmare.Thank you so much.SAJ.P.S.  I can receive phone calls, just cannot make outgoing calls

Hello i switched to ID a few weeks ago but the switch wasn’t fully successful because I can’t receive texts from my bank (or probably any short code sms texts) so I can’t use my bank card online anymore (I wonder how id mobile is going to feel about this when I can’t pay the bill!!! ) I have tried live chatting it’s always the same suggestions they don’t work and meanwhile the team will not answer if they have checked if I can receive short code sms texts. They simply just disconnect from the chat so I have to start a new one with another service agent who suggests the same things that have already not worked. I want to be able to spend on my bank card again. I also think it’s disgusting that the complaint form only works during office hours and there is no customer service that I can ring

Hi For some reason, I don't have my son's phone registered to the account with the other two contracts I pay. He's lost his phone today, and I can't sort a replacement because I can't log into the account when it sends a text to a number we can't access with the phone missing.  Please advise,  Kindest regards,  Claire

Hi I purchased a new phone from ID Mobile and have an old mobile with Vodafone which I want to transfer the number. In the process of setting up the new iPhone I mistakenly said yes to transfer the number so it moved the number from Vodafone over to the new iPhone as an eSIM. It then disconnected the service on the old Vodafone mobile. I did get a PAC code from Vodafone prior to this.I have since removed the eSIM from the new phone and have tried to go through the Porting process but it keeps coming back with a problem. Tried contacting support via the chatbot but it's absolute garbage. Says Average wait time is 20 mins but disconnects before anyone responds. Any help appreciated

Afternoon folks Daughter turned 18 on the 5th of October. We had setup a SIM only account for I believe 12 months, we did not receive an email, but we have noticed the direct debit being setup. We tried to speak with someone online but they could not help. Our daughter is  AutisticSelective MuteDeafGLOBAL Development Delay  We have a Guardianship order from the Scottish courts to deal with Financial and Care needs  What we are looking for is the initial email with the esim attached so we can add it to her phone. But the online chat person just said email documents@idmobile.com The reply from that was saying it was ONLY for sending documents. Any ideas what else to try

Hello thereit looks like I can’t receive any message outside or WhatsApp. I need some access codes to connect on some accounts (TFL, childcare services) but I never get the messages.I have tried to switch off and on my phone, and the network but nothing seems to work properly.This is a bit urgent as I need to be able to connect on these accounts as soon as possible.Thank you for your understandingManon

ID Mobile PAYG Sim I currently don’t have an active PAYG plan with ID Mobile, as I don’t use the phone much in the winter. I do, however, have about £10 balance on my online PAYG ID dashboard. My question is, is there a days/months timeframe, where I have to actively use the phone, texts, data, in order to stop the SIM being cancelled? Also, there may be, I think, a requirement to top-up, to avoid cancellation. What timeframe is this, please? I want to keep the SIM/number, as come next Spring/Summer, I wish to use the ID sim regularly again, likely with the PAYG plan, I had over this last Summer. Any help on the rules/terms would be welcome. Thank you.

received an outstanding balance email today from ID but my bank account shows I've paid the months bill already. about a month ago i saw i had two direct debits connected to ID mobile but i only have one plan for one phone, so i cancelled one. overall just confused about this second set of billing, can't find info about it anywhere on my account. 

Has anyone had issues when making calls where you get a message saying "This number is not recognised, please try again" ? I have had this a few times and its affecting more of the numbers I normally call.It works fine calling the same numbers on whatsapp or from another phone. Does anyone know of any solutions or is or has experienced the same issues?
