I am beyond frustrated. Have spent since Tuesday without a fully working phone. First sim - no sim no service msge. Same with second one. Have done live chat 4 times. Was told they activated my sim last night. No joy. Sim doesn't work in other handsets. My phone is not locked. I can't get onto my account as it keeps taking me that stupid succes page on the wrbsite then can't go further. I have asked them to email my pac code to me and terminate my contract but they told me they can't email a pac to me. What on earth kind of service is this? 

We are in France. My daughter has a Poco C65 with ID SIM. We set everything up before our travels eg roaming activated etc yet still cannot connect to data network. Have tried new APN, network tools reset, manual network select but each time phone states it is disconnected from network. Also cannot make calls or texts unless tethered to another phones network connection. This is our second trip (last time in Easter) when we thought it was a handset update. That's all been completed with all apps updated too. Still no connectivity to ID network. Any recommendations please? Thanks. 

My ID mobile can't call my child's mobile number (which has also recently been changed to ID mobile). Simply states, when I try to call her, 'not registered on network'We've had the welcome to ID Mobile messages etc. but we can't phone each other or send texts. Any ideas? I can't text her either.We can communicate however and call via WhatsApp. Thanks. 

I upgraded in the 12th and now have no data until 3 days 

“I ported my number to your network, but my SIM is still provisioned with the temporary number. This is causing SMS/MMS to fail.Please refresh my SIM profile and push the correct MSISDN to the network so my iPhone registers the right number.?

Started a new contract on the 9th August 2025 it's now 15th August and still have no handset. Spoke to Agents numerous times and every time they tell me to wait 24 hours that's 6 day's on the run 🤣 what should I do.

I have just move to ID from O2 3 days ago with a new iPhone 13.  Transferred my old number 2 days ago.  I noticed that bank two factor authentication SmS  codes were not being received.  Spoke to ID and Apple, Apple have looked at the new phone through a remote screen share.  I had an another new Sim this morning via Currys and reactivated by ID.  Now iMessage does not work.  When I look on iMessage “send and receive”. The phone is not able to verify the number transferred to the sim.  When I swap the sim to another iPhone the same problem.  I am presuming there is either in ID server problem, or the sim/number transfer has not fully worked and may need reconfigurating.  I am now waiting for ID to reply following escalation to their technical team.

When some one calls me. The first attempt will say number is busy and then on second attempt the call goes through.  This works only if called right away the second timeThis happens with everyone. That does not stop here. If they try to call after 10 mins, it will again say my phone is busy and then they disconnect and call again.  Tried network reset. But it did not work. This very much annoying as someone would always get my number busy.. 

I've just upgraded to ID mobile, very impressed so far. I'm switching another one of my numbers (dual sim phone) to ID mobile. On USwitch, I see all upgrades sayRoaming in 50 destinationsUse 20GB of your allowance at no extra cost in 50 destinationsBut only some say Free Roaming up to 30GBOn my current ID plan, where can I find out if I have 20GB or 30Gb EU Roaming?And if I choose a plan that doesn't say Free Roaming up to 30GB, what will I get?

Received an email to say my bill is x amount. Log into my account and cannot see that amount on any of my bills. The amount stated in the email is nearly double what is showing on my last 2 and current bill. 

Am I able to opt out of the SIM part of my contract, and just pay for my handset.I get no reception other than WiFi.

I was using sat nav via iPhone in Greece. When on Corfu coast, phone switched to Albanian Telecom and got 3 messages in 20 seconds saying I reached limit of £45 and couldn’t use phone for data anymore. if when I receive bill I am charged extra, I will cancel contract. It’s a total rip off. i was not given the option to decline Albanian Telecom.

I’ve been trying to redeem apple offers Tv/music/arcade, but like others on this forum im getting error UID Missing or Incorrect when i click the links on the welcome email. The TV Link was missing from the email and instead Mcafe for 90 days (Which i wont be redeeming) I’ve tried to resolve with chat, however they’ve not been able to help and im quite shocked at their responses.Firstly they said they cant help and that i need to try and resolve this issue with AppleThe second option was that they will cancel my contact and will refund what i’ve paid since joining.The third option was that they will give me 1 month credit on my contact, and not give me the offers. Does anyone know how i can get some help to get the working links for apple offers?I have tried the links on different browsers and different devices - Same issue. 

Hello.i cancelled my account at 02 and sent you the PAC number they sent me.I cancelled the direct debit with 02 only to receive a message from 02 asking why I’d cancelled as my account with them is still active.phone calls later, they say you haven’t sent the PAC number to them so they can cancel.they’ve sent me a new PAC.please advise Thanks. 

How is it possible to know what your next bill is going to be but have no way of knowing how the bill is made up?My next bill is showing additional charges, to my knowledge this is incorrect, customer services are unable to tell me what the additional charges relate to until the bill has been produced on the billing date. It appears you must pay the charges before you can challenge them. Is this really how it should be?

Have been sent a PAC number from O2, on the “let’s start”/”Switch Now” form, I enter the PAC, my old number to take, my new number assigned by iD and the Transaction Number in the email iD sent to me and the prompt I get is “We tried to process the PAC but there is an issue with the info you submitted, please check and try again”, but I have checked, double check and triple checked the information and it is all correct. 

I requested to leave on 7th July, saying I would be disconnected, however I am still connected and have just been charged. I would also like to change the number on my previous contract to a new contract (both contracts are with ID mobile) when trying to submit this on the ID Mobile website, I am was I was unable to do this, however I require this.  Many thanks, Harry

Samsung galaxy s23 FE. My physical sim stopped working. Attempted to install esim, but that didn't work. Just visited a Currys to get a replacement physical sim. I've inserted it, logged in to ID account and, when prompted, typed in the new SIM number. I get an error message saying the sim is already activated. I've gone through the activate process several times and get the same message.

I bought a SIM only for my daughter on Mon 11 Aug with a switch over date of Mon 18th. However yesterday, Wed 13th the switch over happened and I hadn't received my SIM yet. My daughter now has no service. I went to my local Currys store this morning and picked up a replacement SIM, however I cannot activate it because my daughter does not have any service to receive the confirmation code. What can I do to activate the SIM?

I recently moved to ID Mobile and can’t believe how bad the coverage is. My calls are constantly dropping out and people can’t hear what I am saying. I notice that there are lots of people reporting the same thing within this community. I am going to report this to Ofcom as I’m currently paying for a phone I can’t use! Hs anyone has any luck with this (or found a solution)

The app says I have unlimited data, but I am currently overseas and know there is a 30gb cap.  my bill shows my usage, but I can’t find current usage.

HelloYesterday I received a call from someone claiming to be from I'd mobile fraud dept. They said someone had logged into my account and tried to buy an iPhone. They had my full name and postcode and called from a withheld number. They said I had to give them a verification code to have the iPhone order cancelled. I didn't proceed further with the call and am wondering whether this was a legitimate call or not?Thanks 

I have downloaded my wife’s esim onto my mobile in error. Can this be corrected or reversed please?If so what do i need to do?
