Hiya, i got a monthly iPhone deal from currys and 500GB ID mobile sim. This is my date 2 and the signal is so terrible and I turn off WiFi, I can’t even send a whatsapp message.  before purchasing I checking the coverage and it said “excellent” 4G and 5G in RG41 postcode. Obviously this is misleading. This is 2024 guys, if you can provide the service just say it. One of the important factor to me was roaming point- but didn’t know that it won’t even perform properly in the UK.  i am considering to return this as this they are not performing their contractual obligations. my question- do I cancel ID mobile first and then reach out to currys to cancel the phone deal? What is the procedure for that.  thanks

I placed an order for an upgrade to the galaxy 9a on Wednesday 2/4/25. I haven't had any email confirmation or money taken out. The 9a was showing as a preorder item, think it's available from the 11/4/25, could this be the reason? Either way, some help on this would be wonderful. Thanks

So I've been with Id mobile a week. All other providers have been fine withbthe same phone. I change sim every 12 months. Everytime I call someone and sometimes when they call me, the caller cannot hear me or when they can they say it's very echoey and impossible to make out what I am saying.  The phone often switches to 'WiFi calling' but that makes no difference. I can see other threads where this is also the case so it's nothing new.  Why is this an issue? What are ID mobile doing to sort this as it's a common thing. This is extremely frustrating especially when I've sat in a phone queue to the bank for 20 mins each time only to get through to someone and they can't hear me and disconnect!!  I don't live in the middle of nowhere at all.

For the last month or so I’ve been getting emails about my upcoming upgrade. I even had a phone call from Curry’s/Carphone Warehouse about it. I’ve seen the upgrade I want which is the next model up but lower monthly costs. I didn’t know how to do it so I did the chat I was told that I couldn’t upgrade as I still owed money on this account ( but all over my account it says I can) and then even though it was a deal on there website, I couldn’t have it. Has anyone else had this as I’m about to give notice as I think the service I got was shocking!

I want to know how you can continue to charge me my existing monthly charge when the phone is paid off. Daylight robbery 

HiI checked my leaving info a few days ago and the amount was £53.82 and i did it again today and its increased to over £99 pound... why is that?? I am near the end of my contract next month? So why now i am paying more????

What is the point in having a mobile phone which does not connext calls away from the house?!?!?I can only make and accept wifi calls, when I step away from the house my phone goes to no service/ emergency calls only or not registered on the network.I've had a new sim bit this did not make any difference. I've reset my phone, still the same.I went via customer service and was told that they will raise a complaint but heard nothing for over 2 weeks, so that was pointless…I cannot get anyone to help...and they want over £600 for me to leave!!My job takes me on the road and I cannot make or receive calls so for me this is a safety issue also!Absolutely joke. If my business didnt deliver the service the client doesn't pay...but I still have to pay for this service which I cannot get?!?! So poor and no help from no-one  

I missed a payment and now can’t pay the outstanding amount as my phone has been hacked again. When I try to pay it directs me to a page that wants £1 to get to help. Then it took £35 out of my account and is being investigated. It’s the first time I’ve used it and don’t want to lose more money. Any suggestions what I do next? Thanks. Kelly  

What is the cost for calling the 00800 international freephone number from within the UK on ID Mobile? I can't find anything within out of plan charges or international number cost pages. 

My ID mobile contract has just ended. However, the best deal was not available to me via the upgrade service so I bought the best deal on a comparison website instead. I am therefore not 'switching' to ID mobile and have not upgraded through them but will still be with ID mobile. How can I keep my mobile number? Everywhere says that I can't use a PAC code as my number is already registered with ID mobile. Thanks

Just got 2 new iPhone 16s for my wife and I and moved from O2 to iD.Wife works in a school and can no longer make/receive phone calls or messages nor browse the internet within school premises.Trying to forward her ID number to another sim but failing when using the normal method. Enable Forwarding, enter number, press back, Forwarding switches itself off.Eventually got calls forwarded using **002*number* but if phone with ID sim is on, it rings there first. If that call is declined it forwards to the other phone.Am I doing something wrong?

I ordered a sim when I received it I transferred my old number to my new sim. Since doing this I don’t receive messages even tho I have done everything what the help article says but still not getting anywhere, I really need the messages sorted due to needing codes ect sent to my phone for important stuff.

Have received the joining offer for Apple. Apple TV worked fine but Music and Arcade are saying “UID Missing or incorrect.” Have tried on several browsers with no success. Please send me a private message to advise. Many thanks in advance. 

Hi there - I have received a new Google Pixel 10 Pro as an upgrade. However, when setting up the phone, it said that it the sim from my current phone (Samsung A54) was not compatible. Please confirm if my current physical sim card is not compatible with the Google Pixel 10 Pro? I don’t believe I was made aware of this. If so, is the only option an eSim? And if so, how do I set this up?I would prefer to keep a physical sim card if possible.Thanks,Allan

I just  got sim and I tried to set it up and I needed OTP number which is not coming through despite receiving text message from friends. There is no contact number for customer service and I don’t what to believe I have made a wrong choice in choosing ID mobile unlike my last provider that you can put calls through for help. I chat up someone and I was told the technician will get back to me within 48hrs. Today make it 7days after and still waiting. Please I need help because I don’t have extra money to pay If I can’t manage my spending and I go over my limits

please can i check that i have ended my contract for mobile number. I requested a code and screenshot this but I would like to know when I will get my final bill and the amount 

Hi, Anyone in the SM6 postcode area not getting calls? So you just get voicemail notifications when someone calls but the phone doesn’t ring. I have full bars. Gone into airplane mode and out. Restarted the phone and taken the sim out and put it back in.@ID any ideas as this is really frustrating.Thanks,Andrew
