How do I add a second pay as you go sim to my iD Mobile app account. I already have a monthly phone account registered on the app.

Whenever I try and text my mum in Ireland, the text sends and I get a message saying I will be charged for the text, so it appears to send  ok, but the texts are never received by mum. However, I receive the texts she sends me.  I have a Samsung s22, she has a 4g Doro phone. We have checked all the network settings on both phones, roaming etc and also spoke with her network provider in Ireland who says that as she is able to send texts that are received ok, the issue must be with ID mobile. There is no issuing with making and receiving calls between UK and Ireland.  Any thoughts?

I have a sim only 1month contract deal that is £9 for 30G. I want to upgrade this to the 63G at £4.50 for the first 6months and £9.00 thereafter in a 24month contract as advertised in the “My Plan” section of the ID mobile app. When I click “Upgrade to this deal” it takes me to the ID website where it shows all the current deals however the deal I want (which is shown in app) is not listed. Also I have been on this particular 30G plan going on 6 months.

My ID mobile contract was set up using a Samsung A34, but this phone is broken and I have an iPhone 7 bonuses instead. However, when I pit my SIM in the iPhone it is not recognised. Any advice on how to get this working? I have updated the Iphone to the newest IOS update.

I have an iPhone 16 and I have started getting long delays receiving text messages particularly for 2FA.  Please advise how to fix this.

I’m in an area with poor indoor reception. New phone has VoWiFi option and this appears to work. The main problem with the intermittent access though is with SMS messages, given the number of organizations using it as a second factor for secure authentication. Does reliable VoWiFi imply reliable SMS delivery? 

We got to Palma a few hours ago and regardless of what I try, I can't get proper reception or data on ID Mobile. I have a Samsung s24 ultra. My partner has the latest iPhone. We're on the same contracts yet due has full data and service and I have almost nothing! A WhatsApp message will randomly be received by me after an hour or so. That's how inconsistent it is! I can't send anything myself though

Hi,My mobile number ending in 751 is on a new contract with unlimited data, texts, and calls. Before that, I had 60GB, and originally a few years ago it started at 30GB, which used to renew automatically with extra data.I’ve just received a text from iD saying my out-of-plan cap of 30GB has been reached, and now I can’t use any data. It says I have to wait 11 days for renewal.Please could you reset this as soon as possible? I work for the NHS and need my phone urgently. Many thanks 

I have been trying to access my account all week. On the app it tells me I encountered and error whenever i try to log in. On the laptop it allows me to log in however, within less than a second it redirects me to the log in page. When I click to log in again, the page refreshes its self. I have attempted to find the chat to get support. I have enabled pop ups and I still can find it anywhere. I have changed my password and uninstalled and installed the app already. I really need some advice on how to gain access to my account or an alternative way to get in touch with customer servicesThank you 

I’ve received my SIM in the post and want to switch my old number to ID but don’t have a transaction number.  It’s not clear from the welcome information on the website exactly what you’re meant to do to set up you ID mobile account and switch the number. 

I have a new Sim only contract and I want to exit without penalty or charges because the signal is non-existent. I live in Cirencester (20,000 population) no signal at home or at best 1 bar. Recently had full 4G signal when elsewhere and could not get any data at all despite full 4G. I know it’s 3 network but the network coverage checker is a lie. The customer service is non existent. Chat bot fails, I’ve been trying to contact you for weeks. Can someone please call me to discuss???? Help. 🤯

Hi my phone contract ends today  I would like to find out  how to change for sim plan only  so monthly cost will be  lower , i don't find that options on my app( only phone upgrades).  Should I  cancel contract and  then choose sim plan only..?

Can anyone advise a way to talk to ID about upgrade options? I need a new phone, currently on a SIM only contract.

I have a pixel 9 will dual sim - ID mobile esim (personal) and vodaphone physical sim (business)I am about to travel to the US, so roaming charges would apply on my ID mobile plan.  If I set up call forwarding on my ID Mobile number to redirect to my work number prior to leaving the UK, and switch off my ID mobile sim on the Pixel, would I be charged roaming calls for any calls that are forwarded from the ID mobile number to the vodaphone number or would my unlimited calls cover this as technically the ID mobile wouldn't be roaming? Also how do I switch on and off call forwarding on ID mobile?

Why am I being charged 140 instead on 62.99 a month
