My ID bill has doubled without any notice -I cannot make or receive calls -payments are still being taken ,no response from ID and canner get past automatic replies.

Thinking of getting a monthly SIM for the first time, will it roll monthly after month with the same deal, or will I have to sign up to a new deal every month?

When I call people it show up as a different number. I have 2 numbers im guessing its the one ID mobile assigned to me and my number I switched with my pac code.When people try to call me back on the number that Ive called out from it doesn't ring.  I only want 1 number- my original number. What do I do about this? 

My dad ordered me a new phone and I got a new SIM with it, we got the pac code from our old provider however when I put all the details in it’s saying unable to process information and to try again even though it’s all right. I made a separate account so it shouldn’t be under his name but it might be. Also when I went to create an account I gave the number ID gave me but it’s saying it’s incorrect?

My contract is due to end next month, am i albe to move to a sim only contract after this or do i need cancel my contract and leave for another provider?Thanks

I am unable to claim my free 3 months of Apple music as when I follow the link in the email, and then click the Redeem Now link on the Apple page that this takes me to, I get the message UID missing or incorrect 

Hi my wife has been receiving 3 premium rate texts each month for the last 5 or 6 months adding £4.50 to each bill.I read that this is a common problem for customers of various network providers.In the end I phoned I.D. customer services as her contract is in my name.I have 3 contracts with I.D. and I requested that each of them have premium rate texts blocked which the customer advisor did.I am awaiting now to see the next bill to check and see if this has worked hopefully it has I will be straight back onto I.D. to ask why and demand a refund. I am in Italy and roaming is not working. This is the second time in the past 6 months. It was working perfectly till last December  Roaming is on on app on phone , no change of phone. Nettwork set on Automatic, picks up Wind3. I have switched phone on and off multiple time without any improvement, any other tips and advise? I need the phone for working. Thank you

How long does a new plan take to become active with an upgrade that is on pre order? 

Since arriving in the Isle of Man I have not received any data, my phone signal is working, also my Samsung phone is setup to roam, any ideas please. 

I have just recently became a new ID mobile customer and I am wishing I never joined.I have had 2 issues already and I haven't even been a customer for a month: The first is that on checking the app my billing randomly went up from the £34.99 it was supoosed to be to £40.01 I decided to use to complaints forum only for it to be a disguised livechat. I persisted anyway as the only ways to contact customer complaints was through live chat or call. Or post, for obvious reasons I do not wish to use.On the chat it only said "2 minutes" average time to respond. But the response times were tediously longer so much that the chat disconnected several times. I spoke to Winnie who told me that "everything seemed fine now".Why did the issue even happen in the first place? Then I recieved an email on 11th August for free Apple Music and TV. Apple TV worked fine but music did not saying "UID missing or incorrect".As a disabled custome

Iv just joined ID mobile today on PAYG on the £10 think with 6GB. Wanna stay on PAYG for next time with more data which plan with more would you recommend

A year ago I purchased a Pixel 8, and am half way through the contract. Just recently however, the display started to malfunction, developing a long vertical line across the entire display. This is a known Pixel 8 issue. Who should I get in touch with regarding this issue? The phone has been working fine up until now. Should I contact, carphonewarehouse, google or Idmobile?

Hi, Im trying to activate a replacement SIM card, however, when I try to log into my account, it keeps sending to the phone number I needed to replace. We don't have any other ID mobile number. How else could we activate the SIM tonight? Thank you

Had the merge of Vodafone and three. Is ID Mobile still using three network or like three using Vodafone network

HiTried to talk to the online chat earlier but took 30 mins of exchanging messages and made no progress (other than being asked if I had put the sim in the phone !).Moved to ID Mobile and had old number ported over.  This happenend on Tuesday but it hasnt worked properly.  My phone registers as my old number and I can dial out and send text messages etc but no-one can call me or send me anything.  If you try and call my number it says ‘number not recognised’ or ‘not in service’.Anyone had this and got any idea what to do ?  Phone is a Pixel 7, have done what ID Mobile online chat have said (check number in personal info, check SIM card has been put into phone).Will try them again tomorrow - at the moment paying for a service that doesnt work. Thanks

Please I would like to convert my ID mobile sim to eSim

I have been with ID mobile for a few months now and suddenly I am not receiving any Text messages! I am using IPhone 14.

Since switching to ID, there have been two numbers active on the one sim. I requested to stay on my old number from my old network and did the switch, on my mobile ID app it says my old number but in my network settings and when I call or text anyone it says a new/different number.I have tried taking the SIM out and resetting network settings but this hasn’t done anything. How do I make it so that I am just on my old number?

I can’t make or receive calls. I have dial assist WiFi calling all on  I get text message to tell me I have a missed call but can’t call back or goes to voice mail if I switch my phone off and back on I can make a call but then goes back to not able to make or receive calls
