Hi guys been stuck for 2 days now I stupidly dropped my original sim and couldn’t find it , so then requested a replacement online which suggested a visit curry’s to get one. In the meantime I tried to get the eSIM but it would not deliver to my email and when it did I had around 5 eSIM requests come through to my email. Tried to activate an eSIM but always failed to activate. went to Meadowhall yesterday into curry’s and got a replacement sim and tried to activate it but keeps saying that the sim is activated already. Went back into curry’s and explained so they gave me another sim. Still the same saying already registered. This is all through the app trying to register it. I went in live chat last night and they said I needed to wait 1 hour as the eSIM had activated even though it suggested it had t in my iPhone. I have deleted all eSIM from my phone and reset network settings. So waited over an hour and re tried to activate physical sim and it’s still saying it’s been activated, I have literally just tried again since leaving it overnight and yes still the same. Please help. I have elderly parents who need to contact me and this is causing a big issue.

Hi When I have used all the data in my monthly plan the id mobile app doesn't work and I can't access the my id website. The only way I can buy an add on is to go somewhere where there is WiFi, then the app works. Never used to be like this something's wrong here.

Like what I have read with other users on here you cant download your final bill with IDMOBILE. Surely this is illegal that you generate bills that you cant view in your account. Then just take random payments for leaving! I am in my account and the bills just download both the desktop version of your site and also on your app. Then you wonder why idea I have decided to leave! Again how on earth can I look at my final bill that you send an email to me what NOTHING is due but I know fully well SOMETHING is due. Total shambles this network is. Again I want access to my bills that you are legally to provode BEFORE you take any payments! Please advise! (I note a few other people who have recently left are having the same issues as soon as you close the accounts down you are restrtciting access to customers bills???? I want to know EXACTLY what is due on my account)

I can’t find anything in my plan details, other than unlimited calls and texts, but it looks like texts to 5 digit numbers might be chargeable depending on your plan. Is there a way I can find out, I can’t see any details under my plan for this. I guess I could always text to a 5 digit number (if I had one I wanted to text to of course) but without knowing how much it would cost I would prefer not to. Thanks

I have been going round in circles for hours and am hoping that I can enable my wife to sign in online to check her texts. She ordered her IDMobile SIM last week and activated the switch, but the SIM only arrived today and EE has already closed her account (via IDMobile I assume). So she can’t receive SMS on the old or new SIM which is really frustrating. I have managed to unock the network from EE and have a code, but when I put the IDMobile SIM in the phone, it says the unlock code is invalid (Your phone isn’t allowed to use this SIM card). I am hoping this is just because the EE unlock hasn’t completed. Trying to sign her into IDMobile on the browser or via the IDMobile app, it hasn’t got her phone number, but when I try to add it, it sends her a text, which of course she can’t receive! Any tips please, because I: would like to know if the reason why the SIM can’t be used is because the phone isn’t unlocked yet or another error would like to be able to sign into IDMobile as she is awaiting an important text so she can pickup a parcel. Take care when close to a country that is not covered in your plan! ## set your bill capping to zero ## I traveled to Southern Spain (roaming included) but on 1 day suddenly started to ‘use chargeable services whilst roaming’. I did not receive a message to say that I was connected to Morocco! (not included in the plan). I bought an add on for data guessing that this was the problem- but it was not. I only realised what had happened once I had my bill I was capped at £45 ? luckily I have just dealt with an agent and can not receive a refund for services that I have used! The main help given is to set bill capping to 0 when roaming- I wish I had known

hello Is the Android Auto Apps built in pixel 9 pro and how can I checked is I have the least version. My problem is when connected to my car I don’t have the full screen of Google Map, only ¾ and the other quarter is a weather forecast. In setting the Tick is remove for “Split screen”. I went on you tube and follow all the advice but the problem still there. Please advice, thank you

Just had a very frustrating conversation with a customer services agent through chat. My issue is that the rotation of my job takes me out of the UK for 21 days (within the EU) and then back in the UK for 21 days between the months of March to November. A total of 147 days out of the country in a non-continuous run. This seems to put me in the ‘Permanent Roaming’ category. Infuriating as it is far from permanent. To get around this it seems I will need to cancel and re-sign up to a pay monthly sim every couple of months. Does anybody have any better suggestions or has had any experience with the permanent roaming clause? I have used local sims for many years and ultimately I just want one provider who can facilitate EU roaming without charging me through the roof. ID Mobile seemed to be that provider at first but now it seems it’s just as much hassle.

Have terrible signal in the BN16 area. 1 bar of signal indoors and 2 outdoors. 5g is non existent outdoors. 4g outdoors is terrible and only get around 2mbps Absolutely horrendous and locked into a 12 month contract. Have had to get a second sim to use the data on that

Hello, I recently transferred my mobile number from O2 to iD Mobile and received confirmation that the porting process was completed successfully. However, I am still unable to activate iMessage and FaceTime on this number. The issue appears to be network-related, as I was able to successfully activate iMessage and FaceTime within minutes using a different SIM card. I have confirmed the following: My number is correctly set in iPhone settings (Phone > My Number). I can send and receive regular SMS and calls. I can send an SMS to Apple’s activation number without issues. I’ve tried all standard troubleshooting steps, including resetting network settings and reactivating iMessage/FaceTime. It seems the problem might be related to the provisioning of my number on your network, particularly regarding Caller Line Identity (CLI) or SMS routing. Could you please verify: That my number is fully registered on your systems after the port. That outgoing international SMS and CLI are properly configured for my number. Whether a new eSIM could help resolve the issue if the current one was not updated correctly after the port.

I recently changed from o2 to ID and took my old number with me. The number has been disconnected from o2 for over 24 hours but still isn’t working with ID. I can’t access live chat, can’t find a phone number to call and every piece of information I can find on this site is absolutely useless! I cannot receive calls or text messages and can’t even set up and ID account as it says my details do not match your records. This is a really horrible first time experience with a new network because it’s actually impossible to get some bloody help!
