I am trying to change my plan to a sim only contract. When I go to purchase it it comes up with a comment saying I do not have an email attached to my account and that I need to add an email. When I go to do this my email is already there.  please can someone sort this so I can change my plan.  thanks, Alexia

I am still listed as owing a debt for an ID Mobile contract I have nothing to do with. I have not been able to track down anyone in ID Mobile to discuss or to find out what the account is connected to and I now have a debt against my name that I cannot do anything about. I have reported this to the police and I have a fraud case file number, but no way seemingly of ridding myself of the link to this debt. Help!

I recently switched from an Android device to an iPhone and am trying to transfer my eSIM to my new phone. However, I have attempted the eSIM replacement process several times and have not received the confirmation email.I have checked my inbox as well as my junk/spam folders, but the email has not come through.Could you please advise who I should contact or help me resolve this issue? I would appreciate your guidance on how to complete the eSIM transfer successfully.

My android phone calls are not connecting to anybody. Not even 4444.  What's app is connecting with calls and getting messages. Tried everything that's been suggested. SIM out SIM in. Bluetooth reset. Wife has just checked hers and same. Checked online and it says no problems.

DPD say they tried to deliver my phone but nobody was in, despite me being in all day and my cctv not showing any delivery attempt at all. I was told they would redeliver the following day which they did. I was working away so my wife took delivery, when I arrived home that evening my son was really upset as the phone was for him and they had delivered an Iphone 17 Promax in Blue which was not what we ordered. It gets worse as we opened the box to find it was a fake phone so I took it straight to Currys store. Here i was told it was indeed a fake as when it was turned on it had an Android operating system and they confirmed it was a Samsung phone in an Apple shell. I asked if they would replace it for what was ordered and Abdulah the assistant accused me of trying to scam them and told me he 'thought i was trying it on and he didn't believe me'. HiI can't make or receive calls on my Sony Xperia xz2. Data and SMS are working fineThere's no option in settings for WiFi calling or voLTE. VoLTE provisioning it's greyed out on *#4636 screen.  I have found a Id mobile support article saying that the xz2 model is volte supported.. But mine is the compact model. Can anyone help please?

Hey,What options do I have to get this issue fixed?I can’t try another phone as the Help Hub suggests as I don’t have another compatible phone. (Though, this phone has been working perfectly on another network for months.)Thanks for any help, Andy

I took out a rolling monthly sim only contract through my iD mobile app. However I had a problem with transferring my number and so I rang a number I found by looking online, thinking it was iDmobile customer service.  Since then I have had someone contact me who has been very helpful - however I have now read that iD mobile do not have customer service telephone numbers and  I think I am now caught up in a scam. Is it correct that iD mobile would not ever get in touch via phone? Thank you in advance for your responses.

Hi, recently got a new sim only deal to put on Mifi router. When ordering the id sales agent stated the sim would work in a router.when I first put the sim in the router it worked and I connected devices to it in the motorhome.forgot to charge the router and router went dead.once recharged the sim no longer works and states limited access and cannot connect to the internet.The APN is correct.why has it decided not work ?Thank you
