Hi I would like to see if it is possible to put all my services back on. I had an unexpected emergency this month and had a death in the family unfortunately so could I have my services out back on if I promise to pay double on the 30th of January. I’d also like to change my payment date to this date 

Since moving from EE  it’s becoming increasingly frustrating I am unable to use the phone for any sort of browsing texts or calls. When I do a speed test at home while I’m getting 2 bars of 5G coverage it won’t load up web pages, the speed test came back at 6mbps which is ridiculous for what was advertised. It used to be in the hundreds with EE, internet used to be instant. I’m constantly getting calls dropping and texts not coming through. Confirmation codes to log onto sites don’t come through which has been a nightmare for me. It’s not just at home. I went to Meadowhall even on a quiet evening it was impossible to use my phone at all, recently in York it was the same. Couldn’t even load maps, I was lost! It’s just happening far too often it’s not usable. I want to know if this contract can be ended early I want to go back to a good network I feel absolutely scammed.

I recently joined Id as did my partner and my mother. The signal is shocking Worst network I have ever been on. Will this be improving anytime soon? I am a few months into a 2 year contract. I will most certainly be changing provider after the 2 years. I am currently looking into a way to get out of the contract as I feel you are breaching it wirh your poor signal.

So when I call landlines the call connects we can have a conversation that lasts maybe 1to2 minutes before the other end starts saying...hello I can't hear you, your breaking up. At which point I have to hang up and borrow another phone to call them back. Ive had this with 3 different devices over 3 years now it's not the phones but I.d network..please help it's driving me insane. Plus it's not safe if I have a phone I can only call mobiles on ..if I ever need emergency services. 

Up to 10 working days to get pack, come and gone. Email company, no reply. Phone, done and we'll send another pack........some time later.......In the meantime I have received 2 different parcels from China, how difficulty is it to post an envelope

The 10GB roam beyond I purchased is not working in Memphis USA. I am having to rely on free WiFi in restaurants and hotels. How do I fix this issue? I have tried switching my phone off and back on but still not working. 

I changed my number due to harrassment . ID mobik sent me a new number and I cannot get rid of the old number in Google messages or RCS chat. I have tried toggling RCS chats to off , using airplane mode and then logging RCAlS chats back on. Also tried re staring phone several times.Is there a way to get the new number working ?  

I clicked the button on screen to leave and I get billed for the month when the final bill is supposed to be only 8 pound more and nothing more with no outstanding balance. Either it gets sorted or I will be putting a complaint in. 

Went to Turkey in October / November and bought a £20 pound data add on that did not work and went unused and was still charged by id mobile. Near impossible to complain as well ? Customer service none existent… 

Last month (December 2025) I changed my direct debit details. Since then, iD Mobile have been plaguing me with confirmatory texts - 18 so far in just over one month. Every text is identical, saying the DD has been reinstated. I ONLY NEED ONE,  NOT 18! I tried talking to customer service but the agent initially failed to understand the issue, then told me to change my marketing preferences in my app, then finally fobbed me off saying the technical team would ‘fix it’. I then pointed out the  my iD app does not offer me the option to change any marketing preferences and got the same pathetic answer  about the tech team fixing it. What will they do, design a new app just for me? How the hell do I get iD to stop sending me the same text message 3-4 times EVERY WEEK?

I'll be in Colombia for some time but will need to call and be called from the UK, can I have this with ID? From what I see there is no add on for calls, only for data, is this true? If I can't make and receive calls to/from the UK with ID while I am in Colombia, how can I do it? Thanks 

No mobile signal I switched over on Monday still not activated!! It’s a nitemare

I entered a competition on the radio I entered once ok but the second time you billed me but had a message off the radio station stating couldn't receive the money so was not entered but the money still shows on my bill  

PAC was meant to switch 27th. Still hasn't. No one can call me, no one at ID can help me, who can I talk to? 

I have had a contract for the past 24 months with ID mobile costing £42.66 a month. My direct debit would come out on the 20th of every month. On the 16th of this month, I upgraded my contract to a new plan costing only £7 a month. However when the 20th came around, I was still billed £42.66 through my direct debit. With the pro-rata explanation on my billing page, I was not expecting to be billed at all this month (as I was roughly £24 in credit). Do I need to cancel the old direct debit and create a new one for my upgrade? If so, how do I go about getting a refund for this? 

I upgraded my SIM only plan yesterday morning to 30gb data for £8/month.on 12 months, all good. I then upgraded my wife's plan and she had the option of 50gb of data for £8 / month for 12 months (she was on the same plan as me.previosly). Why wasn't I given the same option of 50gb for £8? and can I cancel plan under Cooling off period and take out the same 50gb plan?

I am in Hungary and I am unable to make or receive any calls.

My partner and I both have phones but whenever I make or receive a call on my mobile it only stays connected for less than 3mins calls are forever ending yet my partner's is okay we both have to use WiFi calling with airplane mode on as even though your coverage checker states good signal we don't get one here. I have already had a SIM swap and that has changed anything I am extremely frustrated as I have this for another year yet before I can upgrade or change networks

I’ve used a PAC code to switch to ID, it’s getting done on Tuesday. I have my new phone already and the new eSIM from IDmobile. Can I activate the eSIM now and set up my new phone or should I wait for my number to switch in 3 days. What would happen if I activate the eSIM now?

Hi I have just purchased a new iD mobile and contract from Carphone Warehouse, rather than upgrading via iD directly (as the deals were better). Do I need to cancel my first contract (which is now on a pay monthly basis after 24 months)? And how can I transfer my mobile number to the new phone? I can’t use a PAC code as I am not switching networks. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I don’t want to be paying for 2 contracts. 

I have recently changed the bank direct debit details, as a result I paid January via the payment method and account says next payment due 19/02/26. But I have received a SMS telling me the direct debit has failed and charges could be made please advise you have received the January payment 

I recently ported two numbers to ID from EE. I have the “stuck validating” issue for facetime and iMessage as reported by many other users. I’ve tried every piece of advice offered in the many threads I’ve read through.I’ve seen this before. When I ported my numbers from BT mobile to EE a few years ago, it took about 5 hours to resolve itself, so I know it’s a network thing and it’s usually sorts itself out.I’m nearly 48 hours in to this with ID so it should have sorted itself out by now.Steps taken from reading all of the related threads.I’ve deleted and re-added my eSIM, all other SIMs are deleted (my old EE sim was also eSIM). I’ve reset and refreshed the network settings, I’ve turned off these services and turned them back on, rebooted and various combinations of this. I’ve rebooted about 30 times, with and without WIFI, to use cellular data. I’ve checked to make sure my number is shown correctl

hi there I have 3 mobile contracts with id mobile,2 contracts are working and 1 is not working. I received it on October 2024 but I didn’t activate the sim (iPhone 16 pro max) Could you send me SIM card please?
