Is it true that iDMobile has no coverage in Poland?  I am currently in Wrocław and banked on using my data, but can’t connect to the internet at all 😔

So frustrating.!! Not sure made the right move coming to ID.!! No humans.! And the BOT well I think I would rather nut a brick wall 🤯 has anyone else found a way around this I’ve had phone few days now have PAC CODE but can’t do the switch as date on the system won’t let you choose a date nor leave it blank WTAF.! Set all new phone up now not resetting it rather leave.! Fuming 😤 Thank you in advance fellow humans 😂

11th of December my contract ended, the phone now belongs to me as there are no payments outstanding and no further contract months outstanding. The handset is still locked to D and three... An O2 SIM card and a Vodafone SIM card doesn't work. Will someone from ID mobile please contact me so I could provide details and let's get this phone unlocked please 

Hi ALL,I've been having signal issues since just after 3G discontinuation..Contacted iDMOBILE via live chat..Apparently my handset was to blame, they kindly took me through how to ensure my phone settings were correct.Today though when out shopping in my local area, I couldn't connect to ANYTHING!! I've taken screenshot to prove this...This situation is now making me seriously consider leaving this network

I can't replace the eSIM because the code didn't come in. Is there another way? Because previously it didn't require a code.

How long have people been waiting for the trade in promo payment to be paid.....I have tried contacting tradeuphelp@currys.co.uk and tradein@currys.co.uk and after multiple attempts to both haven't received a single reply.20th June they received the phone, the main payment took a week or two but then nothing since.  I filled in the form for the promo so no reason why I shouldn't have received the additional payment.

I've been on a SIM only contract for several years, using a phone which is now out of support. I checked in the app, and was offered an upgrade to a phone package that looked like it was worth taking, so filled in all the details, including CC details for the initial payment. Email and texts received stating the order is bring processed.Next day I get an email asking me to call the sales line, as there is an issue with the order. Initial comment was that there is no stock of my chosen phone colour, so is black okay. "Not an issue, I'll take the black - can you confirm when it will be shipped?" Now all of a sudden, they have to cancel that order, but I can go for a much lower specification phone instead - which one would I like? "Pardon? What is going on here?"Eventually got to the bottom of this apparent bait-and-switch scam. ID do not allow upgrades that more than double your monthly cost, for "reasons", so all I can do is take out a new contract, with all the nonsens

Since changing over to iD,  I’ve not been able to make or receive calls on my new SIM since three weeks ago. Data is working but not voice or even txt.  I’ve tried several ways to iD but there doesn’t seem to be a hotline as such… Seems very dodgy… Anyone experience the same and if you have any solutions please do let me know. Appreciate it community peeps.  

I recently upgraded both my phones to Samsung Galaxy S25 with 500Gb data per month at a cost of £29.99 each.One of thr plans is showing 500Gb per month at £29.99 but the other is showing 100Gb per month at £29.99 per month.I have just received both phones and want this sorted before I open them. I have been on to Live Chat 5 times and every time I have gotten through to an agent I have either been left on hold for in excess of 30 minutes with nil response or kicked out of the chat and had to start again.I have kept all emails and chat transcripts but I am at a loss of where to go next as the live chat is not serving its purpose.

I have checked my payments, I have 3 payments taken for November and also my bill should be £5 a month not £10.  Please arrange to credit my account. 

Hello,Joined ID Mobile on the 1st December SIM only the bill was created on the 2nd, with payment due on the 16th December by direct debit. No monies has been taken today, but logging into my Id mobile app says payment taken on the 14th of December.Customer service on live chat told me to wait a few days; my bank has no problems processing direct debits.Where do I go from here?

Whilst in Cambodia during my last billing period I was charged for a call which does not even show in my call log. At the time the call was made I was going through security at the airport. I know this because 5 minutes later according to the credit card receipt I bought a coffee just past security. Since inbound or outbound calls are the same price, I have to assume this was inbound because it was from a Manchester landline that has been reported as a scam number. The ID Mobile invoice does not state if the call was inbound or outbound, and for sure I did not make any outbound calls while in the country, let alone to a scam number. I did not receive any calls.Can you explain how this could happen please?Thanks, Steve

I ordered a SIM only contract in June 2025 which had a promotion to get a £50 gift voucher. I still haven't received this nearly 6 months later. When will it be delivered?

Hi, I’ve tried to call with little help. I have changed jobs recently which has me going from weekly to monthly pay, so I am short on money until the 31st. Could I have payment holiday until then  please and also change my payment date until then? Thanks

i’ve just got an email saying that my account’s been cancelled, but I’ve only just got my new SIM card. I don’t know what to do as I haven’t cancelled it and it is very difficult to get into contact with ID.

I’m on holiday in Reims in France, and can’t connect to ID mobile data or mobile phone service, have I got to do something in the phone settings.. ?

There are many times I've tried to use my phone in areas and get absolutely no signal, yet my friend (who introduced me to id mobile) and stood next to me can! Why is this ? I've got a pretty new phone with 5g coverage where available.

Hi so i followed all the instructions to do my switch and when i got to the selecting a date i chose the 19th of december but then i wanted to change the date and so i went back on the page and now when i re enter my details its says sorry please try again later 

Hi. I used qr code in my phone and now I want to load it in my other phone but eSIM details not working. When I wanted to get new eSIM details throughout automatic order it’s asking me to give sms code which was sent to the number which I can not use due to can’t load this eSIM.

Is it possible for ID Mobile to retrieve a deleted voice message?  It was recorded on my cellphone in late September/early October and I simply forgot to save it.  My phone also generated a transcript - not very accurate - but it would be great if I could retrieve this too.Why do I need it? The message came from a company confirming that I was entitled to a (free) household repair and that a date for that would be provided soon.  However, in chasing it up they now claim not to have actioned the repair and have no knowledge of the voice message. 

If I increase my data to a higher package will I be held to term? 

Nearly 3 weeks after porting my number I still can’t use RCS chats.  It is showing my new number but the status is stuck in “Setting up...”  I believe the problem may be due to the fact that the number is still linked by Google to my old EE SIM, even though it is no longer provisioned.  I have an iD e-SIM, so for a period before porting I had both SIMs working, and during that time RCS chats moved to my temporary iD number.  I have since successfully got RCS to forget that number but now it doesn’t work at all.  (RCS Chats does connect if I re-enable my old SIM, but that is no good since, as I said, that SIM is no longer provisioned.)I have tried every suggestion I can find, including:Clearing cache and storage for Carrier Services and App, including turning WiFi and mobile data off and on in various orders Disabling RCS chat through the Google website Uninstalling updates to Messages app Just waiting for several days Etc.

I have just taken a contract with ID mobile from Vodafone.  When does the SIM arrive and do I need to order this separately or does it just arrive automatically?  I put the PAC code in at point of sale to transfer over my number from Vodafone. Also trying to set up an account with ID mobile and the app but it is sending a verification to the iD mobile mobile number that I have been allocated and not to the vodafone mobile number that i want to keep.  The ID mobile number is not yet active as the phone is not active as i dont have a SIM so how can I set up an account>Going round in circles
