Hi, I’ve just joined iD mobile and on the app there already (less than 1 week in) is an additional charge showing on my live usage for this month - so it’s saying my next bill is currently going to be £xx which is more than the contract… where on earth do you find the live billing / charges?! I always had this with 3 mobile - surely iD have the same as I haven’t used anything outside of usage to my knowledge.  Thanks 

I received an email telling me that my activation would complete by 10pm tonight and my old provider would then no longer work.Well, we’ve passed that deadline and my old provider no longer works. Problem is thatI’ve not received any notification from ID mobile When I try to log on to my account it sends me a verification code, but my phone is not connected to a network, so that is not helping I don’t think I have received the sim, although I requested one Because I can’t successfully log on my phone is dead. No human available to chat until 9am.So far my introduction to ID mobile has not impressed me, If anyone out there can help me, I thank you in advance.

Hi, I recently switched to ID-Mobile, and now when I use the ID-Mobile interface to request a PAC code to switch out of ID-Mobile, it says the code is “Not Created”. I am unable to therefore switch out… I can’t get a PAC it seems.

I signed up through the money saving expert deal, expecting to receive am Amazon gift card. I waited the 120 days, sent an enquiry to the third party voucher teamand was told I had to wait another 20 days. I enquired again after this time and was told that my order had not been tracked and I wouldn't be getting the gift card. I am very frustrated as cannot get in touch with anyone to chase this. Can anyone help?

I had an ID mobile pay monthly SIM in my old phone but purchased a new phone with iD mobile on a 24 month contract. I'm aware you can't switch iD mobile to iD mobile so started a triangle switch. I've put a tesco SIM in my old phone and successfully transferred my number from id SIM only to tesco SIM but now want to switch my number from Tesco to my new iD pay monthly account but when I try switching with the PAC code from Tesco you say that my iD mobile number is invalid when it is definitely the number on my new phone. Please help.

Called them 2 minutes too late as they are now shut for the day.I need my eSIM. I’ve been without a working SIM for almost two days now. I need someone at ID Mobile to fix this.

Hello, I'm on monthly payment 2 year contract and the contract is still active and I've been paying via direct debit so payment is upto date as well. However, I noticed I don't have a mobile data and when I logged in the app it says the plan is disconnected. I've used my own credentials and I'm not sure what's happening here. Can you please help?

Today, I am disgusted with ID’s service. A week or so ago I had eye operations resulting in very poor vision.I set up my account and my wife’s account, as my wife is not tech or internet savvy.I have pin for her chat and mine.I was persuaded to update our sim, and where an eSIM was said to be quicker.I updated SIM’s on both iPhones 13’s running exactly the same software, and that’s when the nightmare started.Could not make calls out or receive calls and where currently I’m reliant on them (aged 73, 2 x cancer, before my eyesight problems, and leaky aortic heart valve) so I rely on the mobile. My wife is 71.Tried to find a way of calling ID mobile. NO such luck, as it goes to a rubbish answerphone. Then had to try and go via my Apple Mac desktop with text setting massive. I am currently on a £5 a SIM only monthly rolling contract with 1.5gb of data. I'd like to sign up to the Double Up On Data promo of £6 a month (rolling contract) with 20gb of data. I think the promo is only for existing customers taking out an additional plan. Thinking of signing up to the promo plan and unsubscribe my current plan. Then transfer my number. Is that possible? To the ID moderators, is there a way to just upgrade to the promo plan rather than the above?

I went to Spain last year and my wouldn’t connect to a network. If I turned my phone off and on it would flash up with a network then the name would disappear so I couldn’t make calls etc.  I’m going again next week and would like to find a way of resolving this before I go.  Any help gratefully received. TIA

I have recently got a replacement phone as mine was stolen, got an eSIM and had no trouble installing it to my iphone. The problem is on some apps (some apps only sometimes some never work) it says i have no connection, i’ve searched and tried many ways to fix this, sometimes it works to go on airplane mode for 10s and back off, but need to do it every time i go on the app, does anyone know what’s wrong??

I cannot get roaming to work in EUROPE on my ipad eSIM. Done all suggestions and contacted web chat team and still not sorted. I have had nothing but agro since joining ID nothing functions as it should and it is extremely difficult to get help
