No service despite activating my sim and following trouboeshooting I recently had my SIM card stop working. Just randomly, “no service available”. I tried to request a new eSIM but never received any emails. I contacted iD several times, and ended up ordering a new SIM card. Between then and getting the new SIM card, the services restored itself randomly. But still, I switched SIMs. Bad mistake. Back to no service. No calls, no messages, no data. I tried all the troubleshooting, and my sim is definitely activated. How do I fix this?It is so frustrating. I can’t do anything with my phone unless I’m connected to WiFi. It’s been days now.
